Intro
-Sit down
-Rub hands & feet, over face, shake hands
-thumbs on cheekbones, fingers on the temples, looking down, let eyes drop/fall
-arms cross and thumbs in the eyesockets
-roll backwards/ rock backwards and forward, finding the rhythm
-wiggle hip to sense vibration rhythm
Stabbing Energy in search of a new position of the assemblage point
-pierce energy in front of the navel
-pierce energy in front of the solar plexus
-pierce energy behind left knee, then right knee
-roll hands then pierce 2x to the right, while keeping opposite hand's index on shoulder
-roll hands then pierce 2x to the left, ditto
-roll hands then pierce 2x above head and 1x to the right, ditto
-roll hands then pierce 2x above head and 1x to the left, ditto
-roll over on belly, chin to the front
-pierce 3x inwards in a horizontal plane in front, then 3x behind the back roll over on your back
-pierce V-shape inward, 3x -pierce energy in front of left knee, then behind left knee
-pierce energy in front of right knee, then behind right knee
-roll hands up, then allow assemblage point to drop, feel it rolling down the back, to between the legs, grab it, pull it into the solar plexus, rub it there.
On the floor
-Roll over on belly, head left
-lift left leg, lying down, gaze to the left with only the left eye
-do the pouch pass on the left, close to the ground
-pouch pass on the right, still facing left, but adjusting the head (a little lifted) to allow for the sweep of the right arm -face front, i.e. chin to the front, legs now parallel, left pouch pass, right pouch pass.
-turn the body to the right, with the right leg up, (symmetrically the same as we have done on the left when gazing), no gazing, and before we have the time to be comfortable, we turn to the left.
-lift leg up, same position as previously when we gazed, no gazing, we let ourselves sink into the earth, who we feel with our fibers.
Standing up
-feel the earth with the lower disk, and with the pouch fibers, let head hang
-slowly replace hands and feet, feeling,
-step left and grab energy on the floor in front, repeat right -left pouch pass, head still hanging
-right pouch pass, head hanging
-left foot flat on ground, slowly, next right foot, slowly, since it took us centuries to achieve this
-the knee passes ("stirring up energy for the adrenals"), inhaling, exhaling, 2x or 3x

Begin in sitting position; rub palms and soles of feet simultaneously; legs stretch out [?] and rub heels. [all the time rubbing palms]

Smear hands over face and back of head. Shake out both hands to side. [you tore off your social mask]

Thumb under cheek bones, index/middle fingers on temples. Gaze at space on earth in front of you allowing eyes to refocus as they will.
-
Opposite thumbs on eye sockets; exert light pressure. Knuckle fits into boney area of eyebrow in the corner of eye sockets close to the nose. Index fingers rest over outer eyebrows. [is it version from mexico city?... in anaheim version you place your nails of thumbs above irises of eyes and knuckles of thumbs press against middle of upper arc of eye]

Lie on back (chin toward chest), L ankle over R, rock forward and back to find rhythm of the energy body. Prepare stabbing (index) fingers by inserting thumbs behind index finger joints. [next movements similar to video3:5]

Stab over abdominal area with fingers pointing inward and almost touching.

Stab over solar plexus area.

Open legs, stab behind L knee, R knee, then both knees simultaneously.

Roll hands forward alternately 2X [it means: you start with L, then R follows and after L as ended it's ring strike follows; as in video3:5], inhale [?], turn to R side and stab 2X to R with L hand while R finger inserts into shoulder/chest joint, back to center.

Roll 2X; inhale. Turn to L side and stab 2X to L with R hand while L finger inserts into shoulder/chest joint; back to center.

Lengthen legs on the floor. Roll hands forward alternately 2X; inhale. Stab above head 2X [means: parallel to ground] with L hand and then once pointing to R. [you body arcs like bow, legs too]

Mirror the actions of (11) with the R hand.

Turn on belly (first extending [R] arm above head.) Raise upper body off mat [legs and lower body straight and in tension], and stab 3x forward, coming closer to body each time, then [put your forehead against the floor] mirror actions behind back [towards legs] (stabbing further away from body each time.)

Roll onto back by lengthening one [R] hand over head. Resume rocking position with crossed ankles. [doing rocking motions not so long as in 5]

Stab 3X inward with both hand in a V shape. [moving towards vital centers]

Stab with L hand in front of L knee, then behind L knee.

Mirror actions of (16) with R hand.

Both hands roll together in downward circles 2x [1,5X] while moving toward head. Raise arms above head, fingers facing each other. Jiggle AP down to earth. Pick up AP from between feet (which are now apart) with stabbing fingers and apply to solar plexus.

Roll onto belly by lengthening one hand [R] over head.

Lay still on stomach with face turned to L. The L leg and arm are bent 90-deg., and R hand can rest along side. Gaze up to periphery with L eye. [R might be opened, but all your attention is in L, you are exploring all this area]

Insert L hand in pouch and perform sweeping motion (just above the earth) on L side, re-insert into pouch. [like video3:2]

Mirror actions in (21) with the R hand. Body position does not change. [you fix one level of dreaming realm]
-
Turn head to face straight [L leg straightens] and rest on chin [?]. Perform sweeping motions again with L and then R hands.

Turn head/R leg to R briefly, then face L [L leg goes again to 90degree position], inhale. Close eyes for a few moments. [deep inhalations with abdomen]
-
Rise up, hands and knees on floor. Slight rocking motion [from side to side], feel fibers [coming from middle of body] brush ground.

Insert L hand into pouch; remove; perform sweeping motion, re-insert into pouch.

Mirror (26) with R hand. [next dreaming level/realm]

Move from knees to feet, hands still on earth and head hanging down. Shift weight from one hand to other while twisting lower body [you alternatingly push forward your shoulders, L first]; move hands a little further out and repeat shifting [was it so?];move L hand forward and grab something, then apply to vital centers. Perform same movement with R hand.

Rise up slowly till the hands are on the knees. Perform "Stirring Up Energy For the Adrenals (No. 18 from the Series for Preparing Intent) 2X [L-R-L only], stretching further 2nd time.

Stand up erect slowly.

Perform a set of sweeping motions with L,R hands and head turned to left as on video [next level]. Then perform another set of sweeping motions with head at center. Look to the R, then walk to L.
