Seated Arms and Legs - Ontario 2001
═
Sit comfortably and firmly on a chair in the middle or on the edge. The palms are straight. Hand movements also include the clavicle bone. Separate movements (liked) can be repeated or continued.
═
-1. Take the left hand to the side of the right thigh and bend the right hand back. Then we bend the right hand and take it to the side of the left thigh and bend the left hand and take it back. (Hand movements are the same as in the Wheels of Arms And Legs - Barcelona 2000 series )
-2. Strike with the left foot diagonally to the right. We repeat the same with the right foot.
-3. Left hand with a hand in front of the face. The palm looks to the left, the edge of the palm is opposite the bridge of the nose. After we bend the left hand back, the palm looks down at the level of the vital centers and at the same time we raise the right hand in front of the face so that the palm looks to the right and the edge of the palm is opposite the bridge of the nose. This movement is similar in shape to # 27 from the Wetwood series. We repeat the movement with the right and left hand alternately.
-4. The left foot is slightly raised above the floor at the level of the ankles and strikes forward parallel to the floor. Again we take the leg back (parallel to the right foot) and raise it to the level of the knee or calf muscle and strike forward. Then again we take the leg back to the level of the ankles. We repeat the same with the right foot.
-5. Elbows raised to shoulder level and facing sideways, forearms extended upward, palms facing forward. With the left palm, hit forward, while the hand is slightly extended forward (no full straightening) - at the same time we move the bent right elbow back. This movement engages the clavicular bone when turning. Repeat the same movement with the right hand in front and the left hand in the back and continue alternately.
-6. Hit the floor with your left foot (heel) and then immediately hit up with your right leg (feet). As soon as the right foot hits the floor, the left leg is pushed up. Continue alternately. (Here it seems to us there was a mistake in the German text. All questions to the German practitioners).
-7. We move the left hand from the left ear forward, with the palm turned to the left. We repeat the same with the right hand. We continue alternately.
-8. Place the right leg on the left knee and beat to the right outward. We repeat the same with the left foot.
-9. Withdraw the left hand (palm facing up) from the left vital center forward in front of the solar plexus. Then again we move back to the left vital center - at the same time we bring the right hand palm upward in front of the solar plexus. We continue alternately.
-10. We hit with the left heel 2 times back, after the second blow we kick with the leg up. We repeat the same with the right foot.
═
Note:
All movements can be repeated any number of times. (at your look). Hand movements can be performed separately from leg movements and vice versa. The torso has a solid base, allowing the upper body to move freely, independently and unimpeded. Rotational movements come from the lower disc. This series can be performed in three different intensities: Jolt Form, Breath Form & Flow Form.
Jolt Form : (dynamic form) - uses the energy of the tendons, which it uses when hitting the cortex on our luminous sphere, to knock out the energy solidified there, in order to make it available again to the vital centers.
Breath Form- a slow form, in which the emphasis is on deep and long breathing, which is why the whole series is tested in a new intensity.
In Flow Form - a fluid form, concentration is aimed at very gentle execution of movements.
