Many in here won’t like the question, but it is a legitimate issue with many people…and an impediment.

We just wish you didn’t bring up Armando 🙄

First, there’s no substitute for will power. And like any muscle it (will) gets stronger with use.

Second, masturbation is usually a coping mechanism…a response to a lack of stimulation in some aspect of one’s life or a means of mitigating over-stimulation (your case).

I don’t recall any secret techniques in the books to aid in the issue, though. So I guess you would have to take the path as a whole, and all its concomitant activities, as a means of redirecting that energy.

Which book did Carlos Castaneda or don juan define will. I remember bits and glimpses such as a warrior waits patiently and that is for the will, another being "will" as something that arises from the part of the stomach.

I remember will as being predominantly in the earlier books.

As a group we really haven't gotten that much into it, other than to confirm that the tentacles of the energy body that emanate from the area around the will, do indeed become visible in darkroom.
