I teleported from a hospital on a train station

3 months ago I jumped off a bridge after a psychosis that led me to it.
I was transferred to a hospital, they gave me some meds, I slept, then I woke up and I wanted to escape the hospital, I could barely walk, my back was in so much pain. Only thing I remember was getting of the hospital and boom, 15 mins later Im on the train station. I had no idea where the train station was, had no phone on me, time was after 02 AM. I went to check recently how far was the hospital to the train station and It was 6 KM. Thats 55 mins by walking, but In my condition should be more like 2-3 hours. As for today I have no clue how I ended up in the train station, had no idea where I am generally.
