Can someone help me explain what happened?
Experiences
I’ve been doing the steps followed here for almost a week but last night freaked me out. I made my room pitch black and after a few minutes I see some whitish shapes and the more I payed attention to them the more they shifted into what could have been (hard to tell) a face but I think I freaked myself out and they went away. A few hours go by and eventually I feel a strong presence in the room with me that definitely had negative energy. Shadows are moving in my peripheral also the whole time and look quite intimidating but I’m not worried about the face I might’ve seen or the shadows, it’s what happened after. I fall asleep and wake up in my room but I’m dreaming but it’s completely real, there’s enough lights to see but just barely and a shadowy blurry figure runs towards the other side of the room. Knowing I’m dreaming I follow him and he suddenly turns into a relatively normal looking person but he has a very severe deformed arm. I try talking to him and he stares blankly but I had very negative energy coming from him. I don’t remember if I woke up and fell back asleep or the dream changed but either way, I eventually wake up again, in a dream in my room, this time a shadow figure - still very blurry chases me across the room. I wake up and I’m trying to sit upright but I can’t, I’m guessing I woke up in sleep paralysis, eventually I fight and regain control of my body/ wake up. So I have a few questions/ concerns…
How dangerous is this?
Is there any way to protect myself from bad energy/ iobs?
How can you know if an iob is truly good?

Fear is stated in the books as being the first enemy for a reason. Multi-generational experience has proven it.

No one knows. We don't have any "masters" in here.

I'd say, if you don't think it's worth the risk than you're not going to work hard enough anyway.

Only 1 in 100 actually puts in any real effort.

And there's always excuses not to work.

Over in private chat we were joking about new people who try it for 3 days, and get frustrated.

Try 55 years?

That's how long I've been at it.

I started at age 12 due to my involvement with Morongo reservation and Carlos having visited there.

But that it's so hard and scary is mostly why other systems tell you it's impossible to shut off the internal dialogue.

Go ask ChatGPT.

It'll tell you the same thing.

It's IMPOSSIBLE to shut off the internal dialogue.

It "learned" that from all the fake magical systems out there.

BUT, Little Smoke (AKA "Fairy") gave us a FAST path.

Since she's an inorganic being, it's bound to be a scary one.

But keep in mind.

Everyone here is learning themselves.

And can't afford the energy to help others.

Helping beginners comes at a big price.

It killed Carlos.

Except for women. They can do it if they feel like it.

But then it "taints" their results.

The reason people expect help, is because the other fake magical systems need your money, more than they care what happens to you.

And since their techniques don't work, they don't have to worry about danger to you.

They're already screwing you big time anyway, and stopping you from ever finding the real thing.

Meaning they doom you to endless suffering throughout your life, just to steal from you.

That's the choice.

Risk, or suffer for the rest of your life until you die.

When Cholita gets afraid, she calls out to God.

Except, she can probably get an answer from him.

Can you speak more on how witches helping others "taints" their results?

I put it into a post. It's a good question, and I don't have to make a picture for it.
