Practices for beginners
New Practitioners
Hello there, I'm a begginer on the path of the Warrior and I want to start with the teachings of Castaneda but I don't know how. Which techniques or practices can I start to apply in order to start ?

All you need is intent to be silent, everything else will follow.
You can gaze at leaves while shutting your internal dialogue and looking for strange things,
You can blur your vision while walking for hours (this helps getting silent, Carlos used that technique)
You can practice Tensegrity in the darkroom but this require silence so everything is tied to being silent, this is the very first step and one of the most important, this will unlock your Assemblage point (AP) and allow it to move to much more interesting positions (look out for the J-Curve post)
Low effort posting. Instead, find a related post and place your question or content there via a comment. Or ask to be added to the public chat group, and ask/submit it there.
Recapitulation (lots in the Wiki, and more posts with that flair)
Chair Silence (do a search). And also do your very best to create a dark space so you can do it open-eyed in complete darkness.
Then when you get tired of sitting on your ass, Tensegrity.
All this is done with the intent to move yourself towards silence, which is their built-in intent anyway.
