Recapitulation, which could be misunderstood to be introspective fantasy, is about moving the assemblage point back to where it was when a particular event took place. At more advanced levels, one can even return it to places outside of one's direct experience and recall/re-experience events or objects you never actually lived thru or perceived...yet.

It is not fantasy or a psychological/analytical meditation.

And while you can indeed visit heaven, via sorcery 'storytelling' (which still isn't fantasizing), everything else you wrote, in that paragraph, is crap.

I assume you're referencing Dan's "force silence until blood drips from your nose" admonishments. I take the stance that if you have to work that hard to silence your monologue, it means you haven't put in near enough time and effort on the key practices of this path, which make silence less taxing.

Try doing those.

And if you don't know what I mean, then you haven't read enough either.

You can't write that type of early conclusions here, because they will confuse new people that read everyday.
