"Darkroom" was designed by the allies of Carlos. He left them to us when it was clear he was dying and couldn't "jump grooves".
He'd used up too much energy trying to help us.
And warned us about that at least 3 times I can recall. He NEEDED us to reach energetic mass, to make up for what he was expending trying to help us. So he could "jump grooves" and escape his cancer.
But we let him down. We didn't generate any energy, to make up for what he lost trying to teach us.
The Allies are the same way. When you learn to materialize them in visible form and interact with them as real, so that they start to teach you as the dreaming emissary, you are sharing energy with them.
They give you dark energy which is mandatory to move the assemblage point as sorcerers do. And you give them "speed" energy. Human energy.
And at first the Allies are like a new lover. It's super exciting and even hypnotic. You can't think of anything more fun.
But...
We grow tired of things quickly. What humans need is "the unknown".
Once it's known, it just doesn't produce the same type of motivation.
So the Allies fade away as you move further in your sorcery skills.
The old Seers were a lot like me, and didn't like that at all. So they figured out what exactly was giving the Allies enough of our energy, to allow them to return daily and teach us.
They even befriended them, and rearranged their own emanations inside their luminous shell to create more "overlap". The old seers actually turned themselves into a weird human/inorganic being combination.
So that they could get the inorganic beings to take any form they desired by perceiving on their level.
They even used them as weapons against opponents.
Contrast that with the "Men of Knowledge", who saw the allies as beings you found near water holes or while wandering around in the mountains all alone.
A view of the Allies as rare, and hard to acquire.
When the simple truth is, we're up to our ears in inorganic beings all the time! You likely had one yourself as a small child. The monster in the closet!
If you were taught by someone else, instead of under your own power, perhaps in the same manner as the old seers taught younglings one on one, or the way the lineages taught adults using a group of 15 sorcerers to guide them, you fall victim to the "stories" they tell you along the way.
Something you can see in the books, by reading all of them and noticing when someone in the books is talking oddly.
In a way you didn't really consider from just reading what Carlos and Don Juan did together while Genaro joked around.
La Gorda is a good source for "alternate views" of sorcery.
But as I mentioned before, darkroom was designed by the Allies of Carlos.
There's NOTHING NEW in it. It's merely tensegrity in darkness and silence.
The darkness being from Zuleica and her teaching method where you "find colors in darkness". We "find colors in darkness which are generated by Tensegrity".
But the Allies of Carlos turbo charged that for us, to produce a dazzling show of shapeshifting and magical objects.
The same as they did for the Men of Knowledge, with such rituals as "talking lizards", or "Moth Dust" that summons "seeing" any person you request.
The inorganic beings have to rely on "showmanship" to get the energy they need from us.
And so darkroom is a very odd path where you skip to the end from time to time, while at the same time having to crawl the entire way through your own power.
We have to see every inch of the way from the ordinary, to heightened awareness.
And then on to Silent Knowledge.
Contrast the ease with which an experienced darkroomer can gaze at "nothing" and get spectacular results.
With these passages where La Gorda explains gazing to Carlos.
And notice, we get the results she describes for stopping the world and losing the human form.
But we get them in weeks, if you sincerely follow instructions. And without all the drama.
*** from the books ***
"The Nagual said that gazing at leaves fortifies the second attention. If you gaze at a pile of leaves for hours, as he used to make me do, your thoughts get quiet. Without thoughts, the attention of the tonal wanes and suddenly your second attention hooks onto the leaves and the leaves become something else.
"The Nagual called the moment when the second attention hooks onto something 'stopping the world'; and that is correct. The world stops.
"For this reason, there should always be someone around when we first learn to gaze. We never know about the quirks of our second attention. Since we have never used it, we have to become familiar with it before we could venture into gazing alone.
"The difficulty in gazing is to learn to quiet down the thoughts. The Nagual said that he preferred to teach us how to do that with a pile of leaves because we could get all the leaves we needed any time we wanted to gaze. But anything else would do the same job.
"Once you can stop the world, you are a gazer. And since the only way of stopping the world is by trying, the Nagual made all of us gaze at dry leaves for years and years. I think it's the best way to reach our second attention.
"He combined gazing at dry leaves and looking for our hands in dreaming. It took me about a year to find my hands, and four years to stop the world. The Nagual said that once you have trapped your second attention with dry leaves, you do gazing and dreaming to enlarge it. And that's all there is to gazing."
"You make it sound so simple, Gorda."
"Everything the Toltecs do is very simple. The Nagual said that all we needed to do in order to trap our second attention was to try and try. All of us stopped the world by gazing at dry leaves.
"You and Eligio were different. You yourself did it with power plants, but I don't know what path the Nagual followed with Eligio. He never wanted to tell me. He told me about you because we have the same task."
I mentioned that I had written in my notes that I had had the first complete awareness of having stopped the world only a few days before. She laughed.
"You stopped the world before any of us," she said. "What do you think you did when you took all those power plants? You've never done it by gazing like we did, that's all."
"Was the pile of dry leaves the only thing the Nagual made you gaze at?"
"Once dreamers know how to stop the world, they can gaze at other things; and finally when the dreamers lose their form altogether, they can gaze at anything. I do that. I can go into anything. He made us follow a certain order in gazing, though.
"First we gazed at small plants. The Nagual warned us that small plants are very dangerous. Their power is concentrated. They have a very intense light and they feel when dreamers are gazing at them. They immediately move their light and shoot it at the gazer. Dreamers have to choose one kind of plant to gaze at.
"Next we gazed at trees. Dreamers also have a particular kind of tree to gaze at. In this respect you and I are the same; both of us are eucalyptus gazers."
By the look on my face she must have guessed my next question.
"The Nagual said that with his smoke you could very easily get your second attention to work," she went on. "You focused your attention lots of times on the Nagual's predilection, the crows. He said that, once, your second attention focused so perfectly on a crow that it flew away, like a crow flies, to the only eucalyptus tree that was around."
***
When she says, "his smoke", she means none other than Little Smoke, the Ally. The mushrooms were just a trick to move his assemblage point. The magic came from the Ally.
This picture is an old one, but shows the amazing ways that the Allies can teach us once you move your assemblage point to your lower back.
That was just what I did the night before I made that picture. None of my pictures contain anything I didn't both see and do myself.
With my eyes open, totally sober and wide awake.
No closed eye meditation make believe like other systems use, so their followers can doze off and exaggerate a dream into magic.
Ours is REAL.
Otherwise I wouldn't post it.
I did what you see in that picture with the help of my third Ally (at the time), which I named "Fancy" because she liked elaborate costumes.
My favorite is sexy red riding hood.
But Fancy first visited me when I was 4 or 5 years old, long ago. As Satan himself, complete with pitch fork and red long johns underwear.
Who I forgot about, until the Allies of Carlos reminded me.
As don Juan said, the allies delight in projecting images at us.
But not all are "well behaved" like the allies of Carlos.
As don Juan described them, "they are as close to human as the allies get".
So be careful when you make friends with the monster under the bed.
Those are not "tame".
But still make very good friends. They're like a "bad boy" friend who keeps leading you into fun danger.

Cholita had to be "rescued" the first time she took peyote, up in the mountains of Mexico where it grows wild.
She said she'd found a tunnel of light, and couldn't stop gazing into it.
The leader had to pull her out by the shoulders.
Carlos had his eyes on that place, through his oldest friends.
And took Cholita in soon after that.
Took over her life in fact.
If Cholita keeps getting better, imagine the stories she could tell us!
I'm convinced someone taught her stalking.
But not a "nice" kind.
I've found myself surrounded by security guards with guns drawn and all pointed at me, at the hands of Cholita.
No fear. That's the only way to deal with Cholita.
Just laugh.
Please what does it mean when I try to dark room gaze then I feel a tingling sensation in the middle of my brain. Also on progress, I’m able to silence my mind for shorter periods of time. So in dark room gazing, I gaze for about 8 minutes then I stopped and restart again
Physical sensations seem to be common for some.
We've concluded as a group, it's just a trick the tonal awareness comes up with to worry people about the effects of sorcery.
We have attributed it to "Mr. DoubleTake" in the past.
That "virtual being" implanted inside us, to prevent us from discovering actual magic.
Which is a threat to our "self".
I began to see some, I’d like to call them, unintelligible visuals, they were colors but I didn’t know what colour it was
When I was young at night when the place was dark I used to close my eyes so hard and see certain cookouts like green red yellow, and when I slept I felt spaciousness, I thought chills meant moving the assemblage point
Anything "odd" is moving the assemblage point.
Which is why unusual behavior is part of what sorcerers engage in.
But sensations and other vague impressions are also shifts.
It just depends on how far it moves to make it no longer "vague".
The trouble there is that in response to noticing anything unusual, our internal dialogue reacts and thinks of something that can only exist at our normal assemblage point position.
So the assemblage point has to move back closer to there in order to make any sense of it.
That's why rule #2 of darkroom is, "Treat anything that can't possibly be there as real, and the assemblage point moves horizontally to make it more so."
That includes noticing sensations. It's not just about weird sights. If you detect anything at all by any method, your awareness flowed into those emanations.
However, we might want to warn beginners. If they pretend to notice something odd, in order to get attention or make themselves feel better about their progress, that's actually not noticing anything. Even if they "detected" a normal thing, and are exaggerating it in their mind.
That's internal dialogue again. Which will pull you back to the blue line.
So that beginners traps themselves in having no magic, by pretending they do.
It's insidious! It's like of those horror films where you think you escaped something, but in fact you just moved to the next room in hell.
I'll have to animate that one!
I suppose women are somewhat "enhanced" by their own biology, which creates weird sensations on a regular schedule. Ones which can be an indication of things becoming unpleasant later on.
So they're constantly forced to pay attention, in case there's anything they can do before the assemblage point slides too far horizontally, and it gets unpleasant.
Likely shifts up at the blue line can be unpleasant.
Shifts to the right most likely. That's the "physical" direction.
So they try to notice it, and soothe themselves with things that worked in the past.
Cholita goes out to play with her gardening. Or cleans.
Oddly, I've never seen her clean even once.
But my home had not been cleaned in 20 years before Cholita showed up.
Now it's spotless.
But covered in weird spells...
For some reason, she needed to spray paint a series of yellow dots along the wall, and the electrical box was in the path. So a dot was sprayed over the clear dome display showing power usage.
Kind of a problem when you need to replace a breaker switch.
And since she's hard on electrical stuff, it isn't rare to be snooping around the power box.
I’ve tried searching the sub but couldn’t find what I was looking for. I haven’t read the books and don’t know any tensigrity. Are there like a top 3 or top 5 passes that beginners should start with in darkroom? Thank you
Life saver pass, mashing energy for intent. You don't have to learn all of them. Just pick like 10 or so. Or go for it and learn all.
Life saver because it's the fastest to create visual effects in a beginner.
Keep in mind, no silence, no visual effects. Because the assemblage point can't move away from where darkness is just darkness.
So that's 2 "sets", even if life saver is just a simple movement. And between sets, always scan the darkness, to look for signs of what is coming next. Exercise that Jedi ability to look into the future for a few seconds.
Next "running man". I believe that's 10 movements with the legs which exercise every muscle there, from every angle.
That stirs up crusted energy, and in perfect darkness and silence you will literally end up seeing your legs dangling in a foot of pink water flowing through your room.
I do that one leaning on the edge of the bed with my feet extended, because I like to see the pink stream flow.
But Jadey from private classes believes it should be done on your back as Carlos taught it to her.
In that case, you can rearrange your perspective so that you can still see your legs.
It just takes a bit more work to gain that ability.
Now you get to pick from the rest.
Do you want to stretch yourself into an infinite line, and learn how to turn into a tree? Plus gain an Ally, from a distant sun?
Then Stellar Hatch.
Or would you like to surround yourself in a blue ball of energy, so that you can take off right through the walls?
Then "affection for the energy body".
Always remember. Tensegrity is NOT chi gung.
It's not some martial art movement you repeat over and over to please the greedy, delusional martial arts master. Which you might have noticed, did it differently last month.
It's magic!
If it's not producing magic that kicks the Buddha's butt, you need to work on your silence.
Without silence that "assemblage point" can't move.
Here's the diagram on what happens as it moves down the back, under the bottom, and up the front again.
You can do all of that if you find the time to practice and don't forget the 3 basics of darkroom.
Silence, darkness, and tensegrity.
Keep in mind, the basics of all other systems are attention seeking, cashing in, and lying to yourself well.
Don't get dragged back into that!
Thank you so much for the in depth reply. I really appreciate it. I don’t have a dark room but using a sleep mask with eyes open is ok right?
All of the magical passes you mentioned sounds great. I will have to try them. The stellar hatch, attention for the energy body I’d love to be able to do properly. Gaining an ally would be great too. Just hope I remember not to be scared and take the mask off.
I’ve been trying to force silence throughout the day for almost a year and honestly I can get 1-2 seconds, sometimes 3 on a really good day. Need to keep working on that so I can see the visuals and so much more.
From reading posts I noticed Carlos told you not to read any of the books. Would you recommend that or is it better to read them?
The fact that you know it's only 2-3 seconds is a very good sign.
I keep running into beginners who can't answer that question. Of how long they can be silent.
I don't know what to make of it. But I suspect it always means, they never actually tried at all.
>Would you recommend that or is it better to read them?
Read them.
Unless you find that boring.
Then don't.
BUT, when something crazy happens it's nice to be able to recall you might have seen that in the books.
When Cholita split our home into 2 pieces, with a phantom copy that looks as real as the "real one", it seemed a bit nuts to me.
But people in here had read Taisha's last book and pointed out, the entire thing took place in a phantom copy of Zuleica's home.
And then the topic of where Carlos lived at Pandora came up.
There's a phantom copy of that also.
And there's the death defier's village in Tula.
It was having read the books that let us know, it's not so strange after all to have a magical copy of your home.
Could be inevitable for sorcerers and real witches.
I can’t wait until I can be silent long enough to see awesome things!
Cool deal, I will read the books.
Thank you for all the time and effort that you’ve put into this subreddit. The images and videos you create look great and keep getting better. It definitely helps being able to see the of things that you’re supposed to be looking for.
The members here are kind and helpful. Thank you to all of you too!
There's 17 books and publications...
But each one invaluable.
Florinda's are "underrated".
Cholita even seemed disappointed to get more help from Florinda, than from Taisha.
I'm not sure why.
But Carol is even below both of them, in public opinion.
And Carol actually pushed me into the inorganic being's world!
As clear as anything.
And she didn't ditch us.
I suppose it's because Taisha is a stalker? So everyone likes her more?
Awesome. I’ll look for those 17 books and publications. I think I remember seeing links to those on the right sidebar.
Is there a recommended order to read the books/publications in?
That’s awesome Carol was able to push you into an IOB’s world. I will remember that she was and is still on our side.
I definitely need to find a way to force silence for more than a couple seconds. I’ve tried the sticks between the fingers but no luck. Maybe I just need to do things for longer.
Thank you again, Dan, for sharing your knowledge with us!
I don't read them myself. Carlos didn't like us reading them.
Ask in chat.
>but no luck.
You have 3 choices that I know of.
Work so hard blood drips from your nose.
Concentrate on the physical movements while doing tensegrity, in such detail it reduces your internal dialogue. But you still have to make an effort. You just use the tensegrity the same way you use the sticks.
Or tie it to a routine like driving to work, jogging, or going for a walk. Even making breakfast.
Increase it daily, even if it's only a few seconds for days and days.
I like to jog around my business park, so that I can look at the letters of the alphabet on the building back doors, to know how far I got.
'A' only? 'B' the next day?
'J' is the goal.
When you get it right, you'll end up in another world. Literally.
You'll walk right into it, piss your pants, and bounce back out.
Three in private classes did that, and Carlos gave us a lecture on power spots in Los Angeles as a result.
Cracks between the worlds.
I always come to a copy of my homes (I mowed a lot) - when I "dream". Thera are also copy of 2 towns I come back in my dreams, cus I lived so far at two cities. Greetings friends! Nice to have found you back!
But make sure you learn to do that awake, so you don't deceivie yourself by interpretting ordinary dreams and nightmares, as a path to sorcery knowledge.
Carlos made fun of that belief anytime someone voiced it, as did Taisha and Florinda.
Knowing it's basically just an excuse not to do actual practice while awake. Usually due to a lifestyle that doesn't allow it.
And sleeping dreams don't bring your energy body out of the dreaming world, to merge with your physical body in the real world.
So no matter how good you get at manipulating dreams, you won't develop an energy body.
Plus how cool would it be to do what you just described, fully awake and with your eyes open?!
No other system does things like that!
Don't you want to kick The Buddha's delusional butt, hands down?
I'd usually add here that this doesn't apply to women, but in fact Cholitia tried to explain a dream to Carlos once, and came to regret it for decades.
She still gets a look on her face when you remind her about it.
Myself, I kind of liked hearing details of her dreams.
It was obvious scouts were manipulating and trying to trap her.
One time we were walking that long stretch on San Vicente, and she pointed out where in the middle of the street, dream phantoms had dug a huge hole, which she fell into and couldn't get out of.
Thus I'm a bit convinced that sleeping dreams are mostly manipulated by scouts, and you lose energy by following that path. It's part of why following "4 gates dreaming" seriously leads to a bad overall mood, and no ability to "see".
Let's see if the AI can modify an actual picture of that street, by adding Cholita's nightmare...
Yeah. I missentrepreted it after reading all of his books at the age of 19. I was going well but you know how it may end. Thank God I did not fell into "you are nuts" when I had my first seeing. Family noticed a difference in behaviour , but I knew it was my warfare and didn't say nothing which would make them lock me up.
Now I am 38. It has been 20 years since I mowed in order to get my life to a certain degree noone can tell me anything about it. And haven't been practicing since then, only in term of what I cannot stop and that is dreaming. My name also means "Dream" in my Croatian, so sorry for broken English I speak. Maybe it sounds a bit peculiar cause I am translating my Croatian inner monologue.
I also did transcendental meditation, on which my mentor spooked out when I said I did Castaneda's learning my whole life.
Yesterday, after finding you guys I did some magical passes and remembered to visualise my hands during the day, so at the early morning when I woke up I fell asleep again. I managed to dream and rembered to look at my hands and we went trough. Always tones if people catching me in my dreams and I am trying to maintain a way. My friend Masa took my hand, we went trough city, then on a boat where I figured if I jump from a boat which is in traction I'll die , and then Dario came , my earth allie, he took me under his and we hidden in a church. I manged to take a little bit of blessed water on a step to church and my hand was in a gesture of a dog's tongue while drinking so I took too much holy water and thought too myself oh my God what will this priest think, and then said to myself nevermind I am at least fresh now, cause I was thirsty. Dario just made a gestur catholic do when they enter in churc and I went on fully on ground with my leg as I am bowing and did the same gesture. What botheres me the most is that I still keep finding in my dreams lot of parafinalia to do things , which make me harm - which means my real life is not clean.
TM only leads to our "green zone" on the J curve map.
But it does at least get people there, with their eyes closed.
The problem is, the "bliss" and resulting "insect hive mind awareness" leads to serious egotism.
You need to get perhaps 50 times further than the highest achievement of TM. Far beyond any Yogi who ever lived.
Notice the length of that J shaped path, which ues railroad tracks as a metaphor. TM is up on the far right, the goal is on the far left.
https://www.reddit.com/media?url=https%3A%2F%2Fpreview.redd.it%2Feven-better-j-curve-diagram-v0-9zmf1q8wiyt61.jpg%3Fwidth%3D3592%26format%3Dpjpg%26auto%3Dwebp%26s%3D81ad592f1b97f4de6a7a284beaf70e0d26774e55
I feel that. Thank you. I am happy to have found people who know.
I'm a big fan of TM, but it produces childish results which only fool people who have never seen anything real.
All Hindu "magic" is childish.
And by the way, Patanjali was a total idiot. If you learn our sorcery you'll realize that clearly.
That is, if he ever even existed and wasn't just made up by someone who didn't want to be accused of being an idiot.
That's common.
Lao Tzu for example, almost surely never existed.
Nor surprisingly, did "The Buddha" as described by the Chinese.
He was likely just a Maharishi Mahesh Yogi level common hindu religious leader.
He got famous because he dared to propose that your birth status wasn't divinely dictated, and wasn't as important as when you joined his cult.
That was a big deal in India at the time.
But since nothing at all was written down, of what he taught, and oral traditions are notoriously unreliable, we don't really know what he was actually teaching.
I only use it to calm myself.
It does indeed do that.
And it produces bliss, insect hive mind awareness ("cosmic consciousness"), minor visions, muscle spasms, and if you pay for those very pricey "Siddhi workshops", you can find out that the cerebellum will take action, if you use Patanjali's delusional siddhi techniques.
They call it "flying".
But in fact no TM person ever succeeded in flying, other than to hop around on expensive foam mats.
Whereas sorcerers can swipe away the ceiling of their home, like it was merely a cellphone image, and then leap across galaxies to land in other worlds.
For real! No exaggeration here. There's nothing for sale in this subreddit, so no reason for any to deceive anyone else.
Boxers take advantage of that "alternate brain" cerebellum effect, so well that their fists strike out on their own, in recognition of the right situation to get a hit.
Martial arts say to do a "form" 10,000 times, and it will "transform you".
But actually what happens is that you train it to be reflex movements, controlled by the cerebellum.
So while TM does in fact move your "assemblage point" a few inches down your back, And has some "tricks up its sleeve" in the form of body manipulation, sorcery moves the assemblage point it 23 FEET.
Not inches. Feet.
Here's a video. TM never leaves that green area in the J curve scale shown.
Some Yogis make it to the red zone below that and succeed at shapeshifting, which I suppose is what confused Patanjali.
BUT, they do that with drugs.
It's a dirty little secret of India. Yogi usually = druggie.
They just give that up in order to seem more spiritual to western audiences.
Of course, our sorcery came from drug usage too. But 9000 years ago, and then someone learned to do without the drugs and we got the modern version.
Real magic!
Using drugs you can only move your assemblage point around 6 feet, so it's still far short of the 23 feet you need, to learn to "see".
Don't worry. I am on my path of heart.
What is interisting to me, is that all of us are or have been in martial art. I am ex proffesional boxer.
I am travelling later today back on coast, to my hometown.
Hope to see Dario, in this realm.
Omg 😨I became a full-time staff interpreter at the Consulate of sorcerery 🧑💼 . I am translating the content here 24 hours a day and it is not finished!!!😵💫😣
Just remember, there's errors in the text.
Misspelled words and such.
I remember memorizing 6000 words in Russian about 20 years ago, thinking that would be enough to understand it.
Isn't in Russian... They have 16,000 swear words alone.
But I figured I could at least understand the lyrics to Russian music.
I couldn't get any of it...
I asked a native speaker and she said, "No one can understand song lyrics!"
Oops. I knew that. No one knows the lyrics in english either.
At the moment, the dark room is not available to me😩 and I got very confused😖. There are different activities and exercises of sorcerery and I confused myself😵💫... I progress in each of them for a few seconds🤕. I want to spin a little in my lazy way in my dream🫣... What does recapitulation in a dream mean? And how is it done?🧐 Believe me🥺, I got a headache from translating and I don't want to search😓.Thank you again for answering me🙏🧚
Ok... I searched and found it myself, thank you. I have little patience🥴🤏
Life saver pass, mashing energy for intent.
Those are good choices.
Might want to add stellar hatch though, so that your attention moves upward at the end.
Keeping in mind, all of the passes produce super amazing, fully visible magic!
So that when I suggest that, it's based on the sights you'll see once you can directly see the energy the movements generate.
Cobwebs on the floor mostly for mashing energy, which mature to full on scenes of other places. In particular, the surface in a valley, or on the top of a mountain.
You'll look down at the glowing yellow white cobwebs forming, and think you recognize some features such as crac ked mud or moss, and then a while later, you'll be looking very clearly, at a real surface!
Stellar Hatch actually pulls energy down from a dead star, and a little face forms on the floor.
Not vaguely!
It looks like a weird NASA photo from time to time.
Yeah.. i tend to do stuff they say they're not for women.
As Iboga for example... That plant cerainly does not like women and is so much harder for us.
On it I fell in nightmare, I don't remeber that part but my mentor said I was screaming and speaking in some language which sound like African. He couldn't wake me up. He said he even kicked me. Then he called back his wife who is simply a witch and I woke up the moment she and her Bob tail entered the appartment, but still I wasn't good. Not untill she did something with my feet and gave me a smoke of hashish to put me down, cause I was trapped. I told her I owe her my life when I woke up completelly..
Cholita had a similar experience the first time she tried Peyote on a mountain top in Mexico where the plants grow.
Carlos somehow heard about it, and imported her to Los Angeles.
She never left until just a few weeks ago.
She's gone back to Mexico.
Iboga though can kill you.
This is a thing Daniel Ingram is doing, though I have a sneaking suspicion you have no intention of joining:
We are seeking experts for an upcoming Delphi consensus study on emergent phenomena, experiences, and effects (EPEEs) and their intersection with mental health care.
EPEEs include energy-like body sensations, perceptual shifts, altered states of consciousness, mystical experiences, ontological disruptions, psychedelic states, spontaneous awakenings, and the like.
Without clear clinical guidance these experiences might be misdiagnosed, or otherwise genuine medical conditions could be missed.
How can the clinical mainstream be a better support for people experiencing EPEEs?
We’re assembling 60 experts, across medicine, contemplative traditions, indigenous knowledge, and emergent practice, to build practical clinical guidance aiming to bridge this gap.
Know a psychiatrist, meditation teacher, indigenous healer, psychedelic facilitator, or other practitioner with 10+ years supporting others through these experiences?
