What exactly is this reddit

Can someone explain exactly what this whole thing is? Like I'm in spirituality communities and whatnot and wondering is this the same type of thing?

I've been reading thru some post and I still can't put my finger on what specifically this reddit is about and I'm really curious to know!

This community is anything but spiritual. Tbh, given your low effort posting… this place may not be for you. There’s no handholding or spoon-fed here.

Once you’re familiar with and versed in the practices, there are 20 books and publications (one of which is technically unofficial), both narrative an academic, on just what the possibilities are with applying this technology to how you live life, and experience existence itself.

If I was pressed, I guess I’d have to use the word mystical rather than spiritual? Though that also is somewhat of a misnomer.
