Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and Recapitulation

hello everyone, I came across this psychotherapy approach called Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), here is the definition:

Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) is a form of psychotherapy. It was devised by Francine Shapiro in 1987 and originally designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

EMDR involves focusing on traumatic memories in a manner similar to exposure therapy while engaging in side-to-side eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation.[1][2] It is also used for some other psychological conditions.

It's really similar to recapitulation, I think it's really interesting, any thought about it?

It seems to be similar but it's not.

They work fundamentally differently.

Recapitulation has the head movement and the breathing that have a specific purpose with all memories in the purpose of regaining the energy you gave and release the energy you took from others.

Emdr is a tool for processing is traumatic memories, flashbacks ect.

So different use and intent for both of them.

If you do both of them you will understand.

Yea. but you're thinking of the boring Cleargreen recapitulation where pretty much nothing interesting happens.

Whereas in the books, you go back in time and relive events. And can even do that with a second person around, who can witness them also.

That's Silent Knowledge, and only comes if you remove the internal dialogue during the recap.

And how you move the eyes is variable. Some hardly sweep at all.

Don Juan could "rearrange" his entire life with a single headsweep.

Myself, I can tell you that you can gain an inorganic being during recap, since they like to give you false memories, which become fully visual if you maintain silence despite remember the events.

Your energy body will come out, and you'll find yourself on the other side of the house, even if you have a crate you recapitulate in, with a lock on the inside so you can investigate later how you came to be across the house 30 feet away from where you started.

Your dreaming double will merge with you during recap, and move body parts to point out things you aren't paying attention to.

Such as a tunnel to the inorganic beings world opening up in front of you, inviting you to enter.

You're thinking about phony recap, and comparing it to something else.

It's pointless.

Just do a good job and follow the instructions, and this will seem silly.

You aren't ever going to "understand" sorcery.

That's a lazy beginners mistake.

Sorcery doesn't have to make any sense at all.

There doesn't ever have to be a "reason" for why the magic happens.

It happens, just because it did in the past.

And for no physical cause at all.

Physical causes are only valid up at the blue line on the J curve, and vanish completely when the assemblage point stops assembling those "emanations of causality".

Carlos told us about this in the forward to one of his last books.

Get to work!!!
