How to reset my mind and rewire thought patterns without drugs

I’m desperate. But I don’t want to do psychedelics and metaphysically kill myself so that I can be “reborn”.

This shit is so hardwired it will take years to undo on a normal human growth path and I don’t have years to wait.

Hmmmmm, have you tried "stalking the self"?

Basically, instead of identifying with those thought patterns and trying to change them you just observe them in an unbiased way. And you keep bringing it back to that level every time you remember throughout the day. And the goal is to not forget to do that all day.

Tensegrity also helps a lot

Tensegrity, Recapitulation, and Dark Room Gazing are a trifecta of a maneuver, for sure!

Dark Room Gazing be like creating your OWN Stargate!

And why do you think that this subreddit is the right place for your problem?

Recap. If you're able, take some time off (a sabbatical or something similar), or be zealous with whatever time you do have, and you can* make enough progress to affect the kind of change you're imagining on the order of months instead of years:

But only if you dedicate enough effort to it.

Also, work on silence, both outside of and inside of the darkroom.

Make it a 24/7 affair

Affirmations 10 mins before sleeping and 10 mins after waking up every day. You have to visualize and feel them with 5 senses. Choose your top 5.
Subconscious loves repetition. And most of all, have a mindset of patience. Good things take time.
