The more I learn the harder it gets, and I can sense all the shit so I don’t like to give it to others so I feel weak and uncomfortable, is there a technique to be “impecable” and save my energy while at social places?

Stalking activities, read up on them
where can i reas about that?
Check out the wiki for this subreddit and also see ab reading Carlos Castanedas books. U can find an all in one pdf of every book Carlos Castaneda wrote in the wiki as well free of charge
While the books can be hard to find at public libraries because people usually steal them, they are usually available at University Libraries, and it's not hard at all to find used paperbacks.
People should take finding physical copies up as a challenge, even if that means buying a few "as new," and use the PDFs for searching.
Cholita keeps a stack of the books on her black candle table, in the living room.
Which has an upside down travel poster above it.
The day I come home and discover she finally lit that black candle, I'm likely turning around and leaving for at least a full day.
Skunks are bad enough.
They were back last night.
Are you serious? People really steal them when you can find the pdf online (usually free) 🤣. As far as the university comment, I never checked to see if it was in my university, of which ranks top 5 in the U.S. for enrollment size. Now I am curious if they had/have it.
I have my own theories on why they're so often stolen from public libraries.
Speculation, really....that the implications that his books reveal are so disturbing to certain people's worldview that they'd rather they not exist, or barring that that other people can't find them and be exposed to what MUST be dangerous lies.
Or more simply, that they need it to not be true and, feeling powerless and small, do the only thing they can think of and steal/destroy the book.
I'd like to know how those small-minded persons find out that his books exist in the first place, since they've obviously never read them. Is there some separate list (from the LGBT one) of "books that should be destroyed' that we don't know about (don't answer that 😣), circulated by the faith mongers?
So basically the pre-social media cancel culture is at fault 🤣. But in all honest, your speculation makes complete sense and I agree with it.
Post flair changed to Stalking.
Not really.
There's placebos. I've seen newly "Born Again" people last 15 years before it's obvious they were play acting. But only 3 years for their spouse to realize it. Since the first to go is homelife behavior. It's a bit easier to keep your outside voice down.
And of course you can go to a counselor, and that produces some tiny change in how you cope.
But who did you ever see that really help?
These days, the best among those counselors have come to realize pharmaceuticals work much better.
And naturally you can take drugs, which move your assemblage point a bit.
Making it easier to cope, except they soon damage the body and you're even worse off.
Meditation is also just drugs. Dopamine, Endorphins, induced by a repetitive technique.
Like Jogger's high.
Same effect, not as much physical damage as street drugs. But meditation seems to do motivational damage, pushing people towards being more egotistical and exclusive.
Back to Jesus Freak territory.
The real thing, real comfort with the world around you, or "Ease" as Nelida called it in a passage from Taisha's book, requires you to finish "growing up".
Read it on this picture. The page from Taisha's book:

We start out blank as newborn babies, seeing everything around us but not being able to "assemble it" enough to seem real. Even a chair isn't yet a chair. It's a collection of random shapes and colors, with no "meaning".
But eventually we grow enough to see the world the way other humans are perceiving it.
Then we're "hazed" into believing we're a separate being who might get cheated or harmed, if it doesn't keep a constant eye on everyone and everything around it, at a specific level of reality. Ignoring all the amazing magic a baby sees, which includes dreaming and spirits and exploring in its double.
We're taught that's not real, so we soon block it out. Not wanting to make a mistake and lose potential cookies or attention from others.
And after we master being "a self" by living it for a dozen years as a child, we pretty much stop growing up.
That's where everyone else stopped too.
Around age 14.
There's nothing you can do at the level of thinking or learning new rules, to grow up further.
There has to be some motivation to change, coming from OUTSIDE the reality we grew into.
Magic.
You need magic in order to finish growing up and thereby learn to be impeccable and not waste any precious energy.
The recapitulation can help you see your own patterns, and get back enough energy to perceive outside our current prison a tiny bit more than usual.
But until you actually can move your assemblage point and have amazing magic in your life, you can't figure out how to be "impeccable". You need the feedback from something real.
Without magic, you'll just be pretending.
