Practice with and without being "focused"

During the days that pass i noticed that there are some days that when i practice ( tensegrity for example), during the practice itself i have an imensly strong sense of intention/sense of power or something like that. It is not that i am thinking " oh i want to levitate so lets get to focus" . It is not thoughts, just an very intense inner power that creates great focus and commandment/sence of authority/dominion( not in an negative way) over all of my sences and self. Like i am in charge of the whole of me and i am aware of it and feeling in my skin, and fill bigger and stronger. Other times i feel a total deprivation of that sensation and determination.

Is that intent that is build up or something like that?

I felt it a few times in the past even before i get to read the books. When i feel it i usually astral progect or get awake in my dreams.

Also my practice is not consistent. I practice every second day the intent series from tensegryty.

We're going for more than just feelings.

Expanded perception is the actual ticket.

So if you've seen something that can't possibly be there, or heard it, or somatically perceived it as touch, or smelled it.... And you know you're not fooling yourself and just "feeling your bliss."

Or as we've termed it 'getting slimed in the green zone' πŸ˜‚ (see the j curve diagrams by doing a search on this subreddit).

My intention of wrighting this post is not to get more of that feeling or anything like that. It just seems peculiar to me that it is there sometimes and sometimes its not.

It’s a sign post along the path that the assemblage point takes along the J curve.

Do tensegrity in a Darkroom and see if these sensations come with colours and the stages we have on the J curve.

Because you can get really slimed from these effects believing that you got somewhere big.

You need to see things that are not there to start progressing.

There's probably something to gain by thinking as you are doing, but not at first.

Find some real magic floating in the air, using silence, and play with it.

And ignore all the rest until much later.

And keep in mind, there's nothing consistent as the assemblage point moves.

So you can't bring that kind of sensation of having power or focus, along with you past the green zone.

Once below that, you literally turn into a frog, or a beast from time to time.

A non-human entity.

past the red zone, you can be in 2 places at once.

So again, no "center" the way you're describing it.

Then out in the purple, there's no "you" at all anymore.

Which allows you go zip back and forth in time and space.

It's possible your approach or understanding is tainted by pretend magic from other systems.

Everyone alway tries to go "the wrong direction" at first.

Think of it more like falling asleep.

"Be here now" is very bad advice. Not to mention, it single handedly ruined the 70s!

So is "mindfulness" a huge mistake. Leave it to the Zen people to be completely confused.

Those are both the opposite of what sorcery is.

Which explains why systems using those don't actually result in any magic beyond simple meditative effects any woman can duplicate in a nice perfumed bath, surrounded by flowers.

It's also a death trap to close the eyes.

At least for men.

Besides never bringing the double out into this world, because your tonal awareness instead goes off into his, it leads to all sorts of delusions about ordinary visions and dreams being magic.

The women can get away with closed eye techniques, but as Athina pointed out just a while ago in chat we have more women who are successful with open eyed darkroom, than womb dreaming.

I'm even having trouble finding 3 who can do womb dreaming well enough to use them as examples in the next animation on that topic.

There are different moods that affect the experience in the Darkroom. You have to get to the point of seeing at least the purple puffs to appreciate how a change in the way you gaze into the darkness can change what layer you are looking at and what you see.

My IOB told me that percieving in the Darkroom is best with the entire body activated... as if perception is done more with just your physical eyes but your skin and muscles as well. There is more There than just seeing. There are feelings that can touch you or brush your arm, there are sounds and smells.

The breadcrumb you are looking for is the one that exists that shouldn't exist. That ghostly feeling of weight or substance when you are hold a puff, or the change of temperature in your mouth when you eat one.

Once you start finding those things that are completely incongruous with our shared socialized reality, you are going to get more aware of others. That's when your mind get blown. That's when you have found the thread that Dan talks about that leads to more magic and other realities.
