I really shouldn't have to explain to any of you how important Porfirio is to us. But if you don't know, read the copy store bound publications "Silent Knowledge" and "Readers of Infinity".
Carlos was dying and knew we were in big trouble as far as teachers. I think he even knew Florinda and Taisha were going to ditch us, and that Carol wasn't motivated to do much to help us anymore.
So he told us to reach silent knowledge where we'd get new teachers and guides.
And you do!!! Beyond your wildest dreams. Though not as quickly or as often as you'd like.
A few nights ago a beautiful long haired witch ran across my practice room. I wasn't sitting like a lazy Buddha with my eyes closed. They were wide open and I was completely sober when a woman ran from the north east corner of my room, to the south west.
At first I thought it was Cholita playing a trick on me, but the woman was smiling.
Laughing even.
Cholita doesn't do that around me. Even her double won't smile.
Well... Once Cholita's double smiled, when it thought it was about to scare me to death by bring Minx to visit me for the first time.
Didn't work. I was well used to the scare tactics of Allies by then.
For now however, just "Pick a Porfirio".
I don't want to choose myself.
Those are the order the AI drew them in, with me complaining after each one.
Looks like I'm not the only one who is Star Wars obsessed...
ChatGPT must have thought I wanted Obi Wan at first.
Makes you wonder if Soledad didn't tinker with the social order through Hollywood, in ways we can't yet understand.

L, in the bottom right corner.
Maybe because he’s more engaged with the plants, and the weathering on his face.
The brightly colored robes shout I’m showey.
And the ones with the hats, not the sombreros, feel too Middle Eastern or European.
But isn't L too much "Star Wars"ish?
Not that I mind.
I fully plan to get my own Yoda as a teacher.
You can do that!
If the ones with the sombreros weren't wearing such garishly colored robes they would be better choices.
I know that native tribes employ color in their traditional clothing, but those A.I. embroidery designs seem a bit much.

I'll add your mark to J also.
I'm afraid the AI doesn't totally obey when it comes to image requests.
It even told me that the last 8 pictures had no beard, as I requested of it.
And apologized twice, when they did anyway.
Maybe I should have said "hairless but wearing a sombrero?
I'll try it...
Got 1 with no beard, but the other has one anyway.
But these aren't good choices. We don't want to scare away newbies.
L, looks good
Well, I can't comment but he's not all that bad.
To get those last 2 I had to tell the AI, "VERY OLD".
That's what it came up with for very old.
I feel dissed...
Hat types worn by Mesoamericans.
They did in fact use turban like hats!
In view of the recent beheadings and delusional religious rampaging in the middle east, I didn't really want to see that on Porfirio.
Talk about "bad players".
But Porfirio lives up in the second attention mountains, and maybe they don't have TV or electronic streaming media up there.
I like L or J
Two votes is allowed.
I'll just take the one with the most votes.
Even if it's wearing a turban...
Apparently that wasn't uncommon among native americans around the turn of the century.
What's up with the guy who has a torn off set of wings for a hat?
I can't help but feel, his actual sorcery knowledge is 0.
L seems the most down to Earth. The colorful clothes seem a little corny but natives in central Mexico do often wear colorful clothes.
Of course, Porfirio most probably didn't actually live anywhere real at all.
I‘d pick K or L.
K or L..yes...pre sombrero
K is actually somewhat authentic, if you look at that picture I posted of mesoamerican hats.
L preferably, then K
Interesting that the last 3 are winning.
It took awhile to get ChatGPT to make those. I had to keep correcting the results.
J, like the path.
That's what looks the closest to a real Mazatec to me, though it's still just Obi Wan after too many years in the Tatoeen desert.
H looks like he could outdraw you.
Or kick your butt with a stick.
The one shown in B, it has a nice look with the monkey skull (could be nicer if it were an alien skull) on a stick.
Can't rule that out, since it's an SKE and not a real Mazatec indian.
Here's what ChatGPT drew for me, from my description of the entity who visited me two days ago.
It's not bad! Took two attempts, and the dress needs to be less victorian.
But I saw her clearly enough to know Cholita's hair could have grown that long yet.
She ditched the chacmool hair look and let it grow, but it's only just below her shoulders now.
That's an 8 year growth in that picture.
I've only had Cholita around 5 years now.
i like H and then J.
i wouldn't want porfirio to look like gandalf from lord of the rings or like a saint from a bible story.
H looks like Clint Eastwood ready to draw.
hehe. true, maybe that's why i prefer it.
I suppose I'll look for "Fistful of Dollars" tonight on streaming media.
I like H too, but maybe he could secretly present first as L and later transform into H in second attention?
This is just a still for the Luminous sphere animation.
But I'll have to make a real 3D version of Porfirio eventually.
And since he's a silent knowledge entity, I suspect he changes a little all the time, in order to best teach.
But I'll need more experience with such teachers before I can accurately show what happens with a repeat SKE.
Too bad Nestor didn't give more details.
He's possibly still in Los Angeles somewhere.
I would say I, H or L.
A mixture of those would be the ideal. The first 2 pics are too priest-like and the others look Arabic, pics 3 to 6.
It's next to impossible to get the drawing function to obey.
Otherwise I would have asked to switch clothes on some.
I never could get rid of the beards, even asking perhaps 6 times.
I suppose the middle eastern is because I asked for a "Mazatec Wizard"?
They do wear bright colors, maybe because of the colorful birds down there, idk
I pick J or H
I told ChatGPT "traditional Mazatec Indian wear from the 1960s.
So it probably was "authentic, except it got a bit too USA cheesy Indian outfit.
Some countries use the brighter primary colors a lot more than here.
Taiwan does that.
J!
Yea, I like J too. Looks the most "authentic Mazatec" to me.
If it wins, I might try to outline his outfit and "desaturate" it a bit.
Wouldn't be difficult.
K
I suppose if that one wins I can alter the color of the cap.
To match that one in the picture of indian hats I added to the post.
Brown perhaps.
G or J are legit.
First vote for G.
If it wins, I'll have to cut around his sombrero and make it a bit larger.
It looks like a "bowler" hat that Laurel and Hardy might wear.
G as i like his eyes like looking into Infinity ...maybe J also ok while it seems he has a little bit of self-pity in his eyes?
I suppose it's done then, and J wins.
I'll go "desaturate" his genuine Mazatec attire.
H then J
You may have just picked the winner, unless more come along.
But I'll "desaturate" it if one gets selected from the colorful outfit versions.
After I make sure that's too much color for a Mazatec sorcerer.
Could be, it's not!
Good with plants, good with dyes?
Might even wear that to show off his merchandise to potential customers.
Plants made all the vivid dyes in the past.
H
So far that's 3rd highest vote getter.
I tried to watch Clint Eastwood's first Spaghetti Western last night.
Because of "H" looking a bit like him.
Needs the cigar...
But why couldn't Porfirio have smoked big cigars?
Cholita does.
And Mexican sorcerer healers come in cigar types, power plant types, and one other I can't recall.
I found Clint on Amazon Prime.
But Amazon plays tricks with stuff.
They said if I watched just one of his Spaghetti Westerns it would be free, but after that I'd have to pay for any of the others.
I couldn't make a decision like that!
I suppose I need more "Decision Series" tensegrity movements.
I would go with D if he had a cigar, but it's one staff away from resembling Moses. I suppose K is also a good enough option i had in mind
Cholita's become a "stealth cigar smoker" recently.
I don't know how she does it, but a night or two ago I glanced at her at the dinner table as I walked by, having just come home, and she blew smoke out of her mouth.
But there was no cigar in sight!
Even more puzzling, absolutely no smell.
I lingered behind a french door in the hallway hoping to see it again, but she was on to me and didn't move.
😭 😹second attention cigar smoke. Wow I could imagine how much fun it is, kicking it and just smoking the second attention way 🤗 reminds me of good old times
That's what's so cool about having Cholita around.
Free magic you didn't have to work so hard to earn.
I hope she does it again, when I'm prepared to see what's really going on.
You should ask and see if somebody in the advanced subreddit has ever done darkroom with a pet cat.
We had comments on this in past posts as I recall.
Last night I came home hoping to see Cholita blowing smoke from her mouth, with no obvious reason she should be able to do that, and instead I found the rooms of the house I had to pass through on my way to my own room (which I lock) were filled with dense smoke.
I mean, FILLED.
She even had the side door open, and smoke was drifting back and forth both ways.
And the bathroom was filled with smoke, despite being behind several doors that isolated it from the other rooms with smoke.
I looked out the window, but there was no smoke coming from outside.
And there was no smell to go with the smoke. None.
Cholita was singing in spanish about "Muerte".
Loudly. Which is very rare.
So I snuck into the dining area to see if I could glimpse Cholita burning something on the stove, but she had nothing cooking.
And I looked out the side door where the dense smoke was drifting in and out, and there was nothing to account for it.
And it even seemed to be confined to a 12 foot long cube shape.
No smoke on the other side of that, going out into the yard.
Just there, where the door was, and 6 feet on either side.
Cholita seemed very pleased with herself.
