Very strange experience (shift in reality)

Hello. A strange thing happened to me this summer, and I would like to know your opinion about it.
I want to clarify right away that I am dyslexic and English is not my native language, so I'm sorry for the mistakes.
Also, I don't drink alcohol, I don't take drugs, and I've never had hallucinations (but there have been many interactions with the "paranormal").

The story itself: I live in an area where there are many scientific and military buildings like institutes, hospitals and just extremely suspicious buildings. This particular situation occurred when I was walking home along the road where the long brick wall of the Institute of Virology runs. I was drinking coffee, which I love very much, but as I approached the top of the wall, I realized that I was starting to feel sick, and that some kind of panic and anxiety were rolling over me. Then, already walking along the wall, I realized that the wall was about 1.5 times lower than usual. I didn't show it and walked on, although the panic was getting stronger.
Then there was the entrance to the institute and the buildings next to the wall. The building was light blue in color. I then thought that the building was not the same color as it had always been, but at that moment I could not remember what color it was in my reality.
It was the peak of panic, and something was just screaming inside me, although I didn't show it outwardly and walked calmly.

Then I was afraid to leave the house for a couple of days, but yes, when I had to go there again, everything was normal. The height of the walls, the color of the buildings... it was peachy. As always. That
building was always peach, not light blue.
I think it was a strange shift in reality back then, so I wanted to share my experience and hear your opinion on what happened.

Sounds like all that caffeine induced a panic attack. Ha but IDK anything. Why would a funny color scare you into hiding? Did the wall get big or you small like Alice in wonderland? Lol

Nah, coffee was small with a lot of milk and ice in it, and also I didn't drink even a half a cup; and panic passed almost as soon as I walked away from that place.
The wall itself is 2+meters, but then only the wall became lower, I had a feeling that it was about 170cm, maybe 180cm.
And I wasn't scared about color, firstly it was irrational panic, but then I was afraid that the that place wouldn't return to normal/it will return to normal xD

I think the fear is supposed to be normal at times in new positions. But I can't really remember. Oh well good luck out there

I believe it’s one of three things: 1. This panic was probably somehow induced by something from that building somehow (probably through some kind of vibration altering method) 2. Long distance hypnosis (maybe you had an encounter with someone before this event happened?) and 3. Some kind of spiritual attack was attempted to your spirit.

I really think this is the first option, I mean, my whole neighborhood is very weird and guys in that institute just made some experiments lmao

(Other "oddities" are some kind of polyclinic right in front of the institute, where no one ever goes in or out, where the lights are almost never on (the building is functioning, but I've only seen one person leave it once in 16 years? wow. And it was only when I was keeping an eye this building), and directly from my window I can see a building where, in theory, some children's clubs should take place, the building is brick and with a fairly large territory (taxes should be gigantic) but I haven't seen children there for a very long time, and the playground looks abandoned (building is functioning too), and also, in 16 years, I have never seen anyone there, which is extremely strange to be honest
And like the cherry on the cake, there is also the Atomic Institute nearby xdd

So I think they just fucked up some of their experiments or smth

Oh and also that polyclinic thing is something like TARDIS from Doctor Who: you can come in, but you're just standing there, looking at this building and like, "NAAAH, I'm not going in there, I definitely shouldn't do this," as if it's just pushing you away and pretending that it's a completely ordinary building, most people just ignore it. But when you start to look at least a little more closely, all these small things and inconsistencies immediately become visible.

My daughter had a similar experience once, when walking through a Target store that was undergoing renovations, while open to the public.
She complained about vertigo, and a color change to the flooring and walls.
My hunch is that her discomfort was induced by exposure to infrasound. The open ceilings contained several 30cm diameter 4 to 6 meter long aluminum piping,

Her discomfort disappeared once we left the store.

The piping was producing the infrasound.

Here’s an example of a similar, purposely designed instrument to generate infrasounds

I find it very exciting that you had this experience. Next time you will probably be less afraid, you will stand more firmly on your feet. I think this was a gift to you from the Spirit.) Perhaps it also means that you have a lot of energy)

I also heard a similar story about jumping into another reality here:

It also seems to me that this is a little like the story when Carlos saw a branch lying on the ground in a dark forest, and Don Juan suggested that he focus longer on maintaining the image of the branch as a mysterious and unknown beast. When this happens to me, I always do this - I try to hold on to this unusual experience, even if it is a little scary. And I noticed that over time I managed to hold it longer and be less afraid.

Places like that are home to more corruption than many realize, the last 5 years case in point. Low energy, spiritual f'ery, and tears in reality are not to be unusual. We live in a matrix, not to say a computer simulation, but a universe of energetic values arranged in fields, with harmonics, naturally. Some places have very very strange harmonies, either benignly or from corruption. Worry isnt helpful. But I would keep your guard up and also your perspective. Stay spiritually grounded. You never know what your presence means when you add it to every different location, and the energies that occur there.
