Hi Everyone! I just want to give a little bit of context and who I am

I’m a native Spanish speaker and I’ve found Carlos teachings close to 3 years ago after being attacked by an inorganic being while on sleep paralysis
I’m 32yo and since I can remember I have the ability to remember all of my dreams (they are nightmares 99% of the time), some times I realize I’m in a dream and I can control it but I can’t hold it longer (for example if I realize someone is creating a nightmare for me I can say something like “show yourself” and the entity will appear in front of me and kick me out (I’ll wake up).
I’ve been attacked many times during sleep paralysis (I sense dark entities, I don’t know what they are but I think they are the inorganic beings Carlos talks about) they look like black fog and I can feel how they absorb my energy, the moment I try to fight them I wake up.
The weirdest encounter I had was inside a nightmare, I realized I was in one and said “who’s creating this?” And a creature that looked like slenderman but was coming out of a tar black hole appeared and I asked “what are you?” He said “you can’t understand, I will protect you” and I said “no thanks” and woke up very scared.
Since I found Carlos books and hearing him talk about us having a “companion for life”, the “flyers” and the “inorganic beings” a lot of things started to make sense to me and wanted to practice Don Juan teachings. All I’ve done so far is practice recapitulation but since I’ve found this forum I noticed there’s a lot more knowledge involved and since English is not my first lenguaje it makes learning a bit more difficult for me. Is there anyone who knows where I can find a step by step in practices in Spanish? For example, should I practice recapitulation first, then dark room and then tensegrity?
Thanks in advance, I’m sorry if I didn’t use the standard terminology, I’m very new and want to master my emotions and be able to figure out why I’m being attacked so much on the other side.

En lugar de intentar obtener material en español, lo cual puede ser un problema ya que no sabes quién produjo esos materiales (y si omitieron algo o hicieron malas traducciones, etc.), me familiarizaría con las herramientas en línea. que traducirá de manera confiable lo que encuentre en inglés.
A veces esto es más difícil de hacer en un teléfono inteligente, particularmente con la aplicación móvil Reddit, que solo puede mostrar el menú, etc. de la aplicación en español.
Un navegador web móvil como Chrome, etc. generalmente tiene una opción incorporada en su menú para traducir una página que estás viendo.

Rather than trying to source material in Spanish, which can be a problem since you don't know who's produced those materials (and if they've either left out something or made a mistranslations etc.), I'd get familiar with online tools that will reliably translate what you find in English.
This is sometimes harder to do on a smartphone, particularly with the Reddit mobile app, which can only display the menu etc. of the app in Spanish.
A mobile web-browser like chrome etc. usually has a built-in option in it's menu to translate a page that you're viewing.

Thank you so much! I know there’s a lot of people that are Spanish speakers and try to find knowledge about Castaneda and it’s very hard. Also there’s A LOT of censorship on YouTube or google so you have to really dig to find anything related to the secret knowledge.

I dont have tiktok but if what im hearing is true and there doesnt exists a spanish translation in print I bet between my spanglish and his we could do as good a job as any. That is if he would be interested/has the time but let him know I am Sorta Rican I've lived in Puerto Rico for 6 years and I would be all about it if he even just wanted to edit/revise my spanish failings

It's time to tame an Ally!
First learn to get it to appear while awake. You could do this inside a dream also, or while sleep paralyzed.
But then it's harder to come up with the rationality and sense of purpose, to remember you need to do that.
It's harder to perceive them when awake, but you get 100% of your rationality and sense of purpose.
Either way you need to "wrestle" it until it gives up, and changes its behavior.
Find the story about how Taisha battled an inorganic being for the first time.
She believed it was don Juan, coming to rape her at night.
Women have dark sexual fantasies which can be exaggerated by the inorganic beings, who like to use any fears you have to make their contact with us more vivid.
But once you "overcome" that fear, they change their behavior and try to interact with you, according to your new sense of purpose.
They realize you now believe they are real, and so are ready to behave based on that in future interactions.
They'll still misbehave occasionally, but what fun would it be if they didn't?
After all those decades of helping, the Allies of Carlos still tried to kidnap him at the end.

It's in her unpublished book, I assume.
She gave out a few copies around 1996, one of which Cholita got.
And one of which someone scanned in.

Hi, Fearless Mushrooms, I speak only Italian but use Google translator for understanding the articles I read in English language....
