Looks Like We Can Save The Whales After All!

Well still need some time traveling seers to get all of the magical passes back, but this is a good start. My animator is getting better at "Tensegrity".

Maybe we'll end up with a Pakistani Tensegrity group???

Either that, or some will be imprisoned for witchcraft.

By the live person video that Grant (Grian) will haul up the stairs at Dance Home, to project on a screen before the animation.

Carlos used to have "audio/visual" aids in private class.

Including a 1938 Argentinian Tango which Silvio Manual liked to dance to.

He never brought up a video projector, but if he had them back then he surely would have.

Jadey's video clearly marks the inhales and exhales.

In silent knowledge, your breath often becomes fully visible!

So I'll try to show it that way also. by how the glowing fibers of light are moving.

Maybe even light up a silent knowledge entity during this pass, when you push your palms forward and exhale.

Those entities which appear can be so clear, I often end up thinking them for showing up that might.

They are NOT allies.

It might seem so, because the Allies cheat, and channel silent knowledge depictions of themselves to us.

But once you reach silent knowledge on your own, the number and variety of such manifestations (videos in the air) makes it obvious that's not an Ally.

It's "seeing"!

Okay, now something from my own experience:

The movements that come from my shoulders cause my body to breathe on its own.

The movement itself causes the sternum to work and results in breathing without a conscious breath.

Is this method suitable for practicing tensegrity or is it better to use conscious breathing?

I have no idea... We didn't get details like thatt from Carlos or the witches, unless there's some obscure reference we didn't notice.

But the breath changes in surprising ways, as the assemblage point moves.

Carlos showed 3 types of breath, and I'm convinced the second two, not the first which is ordinary breathing, occur at the red zone, and then in the mid orange zone.

The red zone breath is simply lower. It's not the shoulders going up and down.

Could just be because red zone magic is so amazing! So your breathing becomes more relaxed.

The orange zone breath is the one that Carlos described as resulting from the Nagual's blow.

And can include gasping or panting like an animal, at first.

Automatically!

But that doesn't stick around (sadly) and eventually you barely notice the berath change.

It changes to only the lower stomach moving, and it's completely automatic.

You stop having to control your breath at all.

But you still might want to blow into the second attention, the way Carol Tiggs taught us to do at Sochi.

So that if the tensegrity move emphasizes that, you might want to assume it's actually breathing energy into the emanations in front of you, and that will eventually be visible.

It might be an attempt by Carlos, to get us to notice second attention magical effects.

What surprises me most is, in Silent Knowledge, where you are long past the orange zone breath change, other types of breathing emerge.

I've only started noticing them this week.

Odd things, like a rounded mouth breath.

Impossible to describe, but it comes by itself automatically when you are "seeing" something specific which I can't recall anymore.

And there's another, a sort of "flat" breath.

So to answer your question, if the Tensegrity says to exhale or inhale, do as instructed. Assume Carlos had a magical reason for specify that, based on trying to wake us up and stop the nasty pretending.

But also do the pass your own way if you repeat it.

Do both.

And hopefully you can eventually visibly see the difference, in terms of the magic sparkles or puffs or black clouds, in the air around you.

And pay special attention to the energy body once it forms, and whether a type of breathing makes it "form" more solidly, or start to break off from the "blue ball of energy" and swarm around you.

My theory is that the energy body likes the exhales more than the inhales.

And forms a little tighter if you are deliberately focusing on those.

Too bad we disrespected Carol Tiggs and she ditched us.

She might know more about the topic of breath than we realize.
