Hello. Don Juan keeps saying that we have to collect energy to can move the AP with silence. What exactly does he mean by energy? Does it say the radiant coating? Does he say sexual energy? Does he mean spiritual energy? Is it physical energy? Exactly which energy should be stored and how should it be done.

In the topics, it was written that energy means the amount of time you can concentrate your awareness. But what is energy? I haven't seen a definition of it. Daniel once said that when your energy reaches above your knees, you become a sorcerer. So, is the definition of energy the same as the radiant coating? And the radiant coating fades with emotions, right?
So, does sexual energy have no effect on it? (Ignoring that sexual emotions themselves remove the radiant coating.)
I really haven't found a precise definition of energy. Please clarify which energy moves the AP and how to store it.
