Ordinarily I would remove it as not being EXACTLY conducive to this particular sub, but in the interest of not turning off any new people from r/Synchronicity ...

All uncoscious actions waste energy,
You've only done what you've told yourself to do.
Physiological manipulations of the Tonal can be better learned elsewhere; it is a set of techniques that are only tangentially sorcery-related.

Bliss is a death trap for meditation junkies.
I's a pitiful self-flattering state achieved by interrupting your internal dialogue with some substitution, such as a mantra, puzzle, contemplation, or prayer, which only becomes a new prison wall stopping you from escaping to explore all the thousands of real realities available to us, fully awake, eyes wide open, and sober.
If you focus on "stress" you'll never get anywhere worth going.
In fact, some advanced sorcery states are highly stressful at first, but lead to miracles beyond description.
As for the Chinese, all of their mysticism is a con game, designed originally to steal from the emperor, and then evolving to stealing from ordinary people.
If the word, "Chinese" comes up when talking about the pursuit of knowledge, you have a person with bad motivations speaking to you.
Here's a map. "Bliss" is up at the green station, where "Enlightenment" keeps you stuck in your own ego.
We blow through that green station quickly (weeks), and never look back.
Real magic lies beyond where any Yogi, Buddhist Master, or Daoist ever goes.

I see that another user made a comment in your cross- post, mentioning us:

And that's why you put a link to it here.
