So I assume, I have to start with Tensegrity. But the wiki link is more like a reference about everything related to Tensegrity. There are animated videos, normal videos, books with illustrations, etc. Can anyone point me to something that I can just start practicing today, like a consistent writing, etc

I’m sure DJ or Dan would say something like “Stop complaining! You want me to hold your hand while you learn sorcery?” 😆 I’m new too and yes it is overwhelming. But the longer you stick around and just read the posts here, you’ll slowly catch on.
I think Tensegrity is a great place to start because you can start with your eyes open and then after you have your dark room set up and have developed some “muscle memory” you can practice with your eyes closed.
I feel you, the amount of information feels overwhelming at first.
Yes, definitely start with Tensegrity. Start with The Series For Preparing Intent.
When you’re not doing Tensegrity, I would also highly recommend to read all the books from beginning to end. Suspend judgement while reading the books. 10 books by Carlos, 3 by Florinda, and 2 by Taisha.
If you’re like me with brain fog that makes it impossible to read or if you generally dislike reading, check out the audiobooks on YouTube by Luis Moreno. You can listen to the audiobooks while driving or doing activities that require minimal attention.
The books give a lot of important background information that will come in handy in motivating you to practice, especially when you inevitably encounter walls that impede ya progress.
And what about Recapitulation, Not-Doing, etc? Are they need to be performed in sequence? If yes, then when do you proceed to the next thing? Or they are performed in parallel and are mostly independent?
Those are all important too. They can stand on their own as individual paths. However, I’m in agreement with the direct students from Carlos’s private classes as well as the other advanced practitioners.
Since we don’t have the luxury of having a Nagual at our side, you’re better off practicing each of the paths. From our normal reality perspective, it’s best to have diversity.
There’s really no defined sequence. Let the spirit - or rather Intent - guide you. To do that, actively fight to accrue silence.
You’ll become more aware of your own internal resources and the path(s) to embark on will materialize on their own. Ditto for changing paths.
The paths overlap with each other as they each aim to save energy in different ways. All the paths ultimately lead to the same road: Silent Knowledge.
You can perform them in parallel. Go slow and be deliberate. Echoing what Dan advised, set aside 3 hours of daily practice time.
For me personally, I fell into the linear mindset trap of trying to fit those 3 hours into 1 continuous session 😅. My internal resources did not allow that and I stalled.
I learned through failing that it’s best for my current internal resources to break up practice time in chunks throughout the day. My total practice time has substantially increased since that realization accrued from intending silence.
The most important part is to practice even if you know you’re gonna fail. If you’re gonna fail, fail spectacularly. It’s a quagmire that can only be resolved through practicing. Intent rewards you for your efforts.
there are live classes currently every saturday on youtube. there is a pinned post about that ( https://www.reddit.com/r/castaneda/comments/1in0jnd/free_tensegrity_class_on_saturdays/ ) here in the sub. and these live videos can also be watched afterwards: the links to them are posted there in a pinned comment.

If you want to learn from the official Magical passes book
To understand Tensegrity, we beginners need to get to the point where we can see (with open eyes) the magic hidden behind it. Until then, you can do any passes and long forms that you like and that suit you, from the resources that have already been suggested here.
Ahh, okay so I should just "do" the Tensegrity series, until I can experience the truth. Should I ignore, the other stuff like Recapitulation, Not-Doing, until that, or these are independent things that need to be worked on in parallel?
I think it will be more useful at advanced levels. Although recap can be done in parallel with a Darkroom to gain more energy for the second attention. In general, all these practices are for accumulating energy and bringing the assemblage point into motion. It's worth remembering that Carlos was trained in a state of heightened awareness and under the control of don Juan. So, I think, is noy easy to do alone, so we got a Darkroom, where you have less opportunity to pretend or distort it in some other way. It is enough just to intend to do it and not be lazy.
Do you ignore recapitulation! It is as important as tensegrity.
Recapitulation is worth doing even for the "non-magical" effects, in my experience. Re-evaluating my history in relation to other people, deconstructing patterns of behavior that were derived from delusion. Try it!
