What most of you are doing is still based on an old belief that there’s something else to find, to pull, to master. But you’re the very being others are trying to call back home.

But the one who screams about traps the loudest?
Usually holds the bait.
He was projecting.

He had asserted that the physical body and the energy body were the only counterbalanced energy configurations in our realm as human beings. He accepted, therefore, no other dualism than the one between these two. The dualism between body and mind, spirit and flesh, he considered to be a mere concatenation of the mind, emanating from it without any energetic foundation. Don Juan had said that by means of discipline it is possible for anyone to bring the energy body closer to the physical body. Normally, the distance between the two is enormous.
Once the energy body is within a certain range, which varies for each of us individually, anyone, through discipline, can forge it into the exact replica of their physical body-that is to say, a three- dimensional, solid being. Hence the sorcerers' idea of the other or the double. By the same token, through the same processes of discipline, anyone can forge their three-dimensional, solid physical body to be a perfect replica of their energy body-that is to say, an ethereal charge of energy invisible to the human eye, as all energy is.

The silence is not the GOAL, it is a mean to reach the GOAL, which is freedom to move on to the infinity.
When you silence your thinking, even scientifically, you literally stop the world as you stop being the observer of that world - ie. double slit experiment, Bentoff's pendulum.
You can then access no things, all the possibilities, the wheel of time, upward and backward, like a kaleidoscope.
You can choose with intent which reality you want to observe or perceive.
The way it is explained by Don Juan when the eagle trap the human being energy, only half was trapped. The one that is strapped becomes aware, conscious, thus perceived.
To become whole, you need to lure the other half so that you are WHOLE.
It is not just Toltec that talks about the dreaming body. The knowledge is ancient. I prefer how Don Juan refers it, the knowlege of the sorcerers of Ancient Mexico.
My two cents.
Also, those who are in the path of silent knowledge they remember already. But they just need to retrace the road back. I was sick and bedridden for a couple of months when I was young. When I got better, I had to relearn how to walk properly. The same is true for us with silent knowledge. Don Juan even said as a Nagual his task is not to teach, but to make his apprentice remember and believe.
