A short intro:
I had my first astral projection about 30 years ago , shortly after that I discovered the books of Castaneda, read them all but it took me years to actually understand and practice them.
For a very long time my experiences were mostly separated. Great dreaming body development, going outside of my body, visiting astral worlds, places etc .. with some premonition or information leak into the regular Tonal awareness.
Things have kicked into high gear in the last few months.
Some of the phenomena that have started happening on regular basis I would like to hear about other practitioners of this framework of their own experience and what they mean in their view:

Feeling of 'currents' of energy in various parts of the body. Often times the energy starts in the solar plexus area and goes to the throat and is then 'converted' into actual information, knowing, usually with a heavy emotional load for processing. They used to be painful but now my body seems to have adjusted.

Sometimes these 'dreaming awake' visions are very vivid.. so much so that the same vision in a day or few days time is played out in actual 3d physical life. At first I thought it was a peculiar coincidence but now it is basically the main confirmation mechanism that the 'dreaming awake' session was real.

The same thing sometimes happens during the actual dreaming while asleep. Only the vision will be of course much more alive and the 'dreaming double' is in charge. It feels like 'me' but and expanded me that knows better.. my normal waking mind is not in charge. Usually these serve a very specific purpose, in the last couple of months have been mostly involved with an intense form of recapitulation.

All of a sudden 2 days ago I just 'knew', during a walk in the Zoo with my kids, to perform a Tensegrity pass. Never really had much interest in these forms but it just 'came to me' and I started waving my hand in a motion which was very similar to 'Sil Reeling' or 'Cloud Hands' or I even found it here on this sub:

I am not limiting myself to Castaneda, I am exploring this from many frameworks point of view with the help of ChatGPT but so far, in terms of recapitulation, ego deconstruction, actual energetic dynamics castaneda seems to be the most helpful framework.. so I am here asking if anyone has had these similar experiences and how they have developed them further.

It sounds like you're trying to use terminology from here, to redescribe what you've done in the past.
As if you could fool anyone in here...
If you're a male, give up. You'll never learn. You've got your eye on the wrong prize.
If you're a woman, you can certainly make all this work. But not get very far with it.
Sorcery is a very very long path that's difficult at all stages. If you don't push harder each week, than you did the week before, your progress stops.
Even when you're juggling realities on your hands in the air, that's the end of your path if you don't push even harder than that.
There's infinitely more beyond that trick.
So get serious and find something you can repeat, and do it daily until you discover something else from it, then follow that.
It's called "navigating".
The point being, to move your assemblage point further and further, due to perfecting removal of the internal dialogue using feedback from real magic.
On the other hand, if you skip from thing to thing trying to satisfy some lack in your life, you won't really get anywhere.
You might even end up as a catholic. Seeking the support of that "system".
Although Cholita herself is a catholic, and also studies anything she can find.
From all systems.
But she had the advantage of learning from Carlos and Florinda.
Lately there's more and more neighborhood cats hanging out in our yard, and a few nights ago a giant Calico cat materialized in front of me, standing on it's hind legs like a human.
While I was fully awake with my eyes open. I got to watch it for a long time.
It was such a bizarre cat that I started to wonder if Cholita had learned to shapeshift into a cat. She's done similar things in the past.
But I can't ask her. She won't talk to me more than 10 seconds, and will become violent if I insist.
But I did see a clue that it's not just my idea that she's interested in cats all of a sudden. And not just a coincidence cats have fixated on her little garden.
She got a new placemat for her dinner table.
