Seeing light beans sport in sunlight

Hello
The thing I see most clearly and more often is a "bean of light" sometime whitish sometimes more amber. Sometims the shapeois more leaning toward a circle andsometimesmoreo "open"

It happens often after cycling, and more in the summer sun. Today it was the biggest I have seen it, eyes open

Anyone knows this?

What you're describing is likely just a visual artifact. But even those COULD be used as an entry into the second attention if you were mentally silent enough while continuing to perceiving it.

Then "grab" onto it as a gazing element!

Use it as a litmus test to further your silence, and allow your assemblage point to begin it's movement...
