Feeling of a bag on the back and dark green balls

Hello practitioners.

I have a question that has been bothering me.

During my attempt at internal dialogue and falling asleep, I felt a strong pressure on my back several times, as if I had a very heavy bag on me. I felt its pressure every time I tried to lie silently, and every time I abruptly stopped it as soon as I began to feel it, until it suddenly dawned on me that the sensation of this pressure was already a dream.

In another attempt to figure out what it was, I tried to get up, but in the end, because of the weight, I just rolled over and fell out of bed. But then I reached behind the collar and tore the thing off with ease, throwing it aside. After that the heaviness disappeared. I interrupted my sleep again (intention to wake up) and went in immediately to check again and it was gone, no more heaviness.

Then I wanted to see what it was, in this same dream I looked at the floor and the side to which I threw it and even poked my finger with the intention of seeing (I even said my intention out loud), but nothing happened, except for the moment that I noticed some other thing on the body, residual and also tore it off with ease and threw it on the floor, it crumbled into many dark green balls.

They were VERY sticky and turned into some kind of liquid glue when touched, which stuck to everything, literally smearing all over your clothes. Not knowing what to do (apparently rationality sagged from this) I decided to go to the shower and wash off this nonsense, which I managed to do. While I was standing under the water, I wanted to strengthen myself in the scene (I also noticed that I had an active internal dialogue directly in the dream itself, I was kind of reasoning, and when I looked at my hands I told myself that I was bringing rationality with this), although I knew that it looked stable anyway, but I still looked at my hands, counted my fingers, at some point I had 6 fingers on my hand, but I perceived this as a normal phenomenon, because I knew that if I started to turn on my brain (when I change the vector of attention), I would most likely wake up. After which I decided to examine them in detail one last time so that when I woke up I could ask about it. They were still scattered there, in the same shape, in the same form, despite the fact that I went to wash myself. And they also stuck terribly and spread like glue. The only difference was that when I tried to look at them in more detail, they changed to red and dark brown.

I have uploaded a few photos that convey their appearance.

My question is: should I worry about such things that happen during a dream? I connected it with a normal dream I had before where I saw dead people wandering around. And another question: do such things affect the dream body? Because it felt like every time I entered this room (fell asleep and appeared here again), there was a huge bag (it felt like a huge ball attached to my back like a spider) hanging on my back until I reached out and threw it off myself (After that it disappeared once and for all). So I wondered if the dream body could be harmed during the dream itself, when we deviate from the scenario? Sorry if this is a bit off topic and departs from the core darkroom practice.

This is how they were scattered, dark green, when touched they began to behave like a strong sticky glue.

should I worry about such things

No.

That's the tonal generating a fear response when things start to get more tangible and real.

Thank you very much! I was worried that something might happen.
Sometimes my vision disappears: for example, I look at my hands and they seem completely transparent, I can feel them, but I can’t see them.
