If your goal is to make money, the double will not come to work for you in the tonal world, because the rewards of this world do not interest it. In fact, it’s far more inclined toward delivering destruction than wearing the ties you’ve chosen…
However, maybe you need money—or need to wear a tie in the tonal world—only to continue your exploration within the second attention… In that case, the double will set to work immediately, without doubts, without mistakes.
Thus, for no apparent reason, a "tailor-made" shirt might appear in your wardrobe, brought from Hong Kong—a place you've never visited.
When you see that the shirt fits you perfectly, you might then ask:
Who took my measurements?
Who customized it?
Who placed the order?
Who paid for it?
Who brought it all the way from Hong Kong to my home?
The double doesn’t care if you call it “little brother,” “boss,” “holy child,” “Mammon,” or anything else—it only wants you to accept your dual nature and learn to live with it…
The goal? Well, it’s definitely not to have money or a growing wardrobe...
But if you can’t avoid your ambitious way of working toward objectives, then let’s say the goal is to increase your magic.
So don’t practice 8,000-year-old Olmec magic just to get shirts—practice daily until Olmec magic gives you whatever you need to keep advancing.
It’s clear that you wouldn’t know what to pursue—beyond money and recognition—so better drop the self-pity, and let the double take over.
Let the double handle it. Let the double take charge. Step aside—let the double do what you can't. Surrender the wheel. The double knows the way. Stop explaining. Let the double act.

It seems a bit too advanced for any of us to ever reach, although it's possible Cholita already has this going on, and I never paid attention. I'll have to keep it in mind when I see odd things in our home.
And it explains Taisha's strange claim that she just intends the right clothes to be at the front of her closet in the morning, when it's time to choose her wardrobe for the day.

That always seemed far fetched to me, but if you bring your double out into the real world, and maybe even spend most of your time in it while your "too old" body hides out somewhere, I suppose it's possible.
You could in fact do what Luke did in that last Star Wars, fighting Ren in his double instead of his real body. It's a pity Chinese martial artists are on such big ego trips, you can't possibly interest them in learning something real. Such as REAL "Light body" abilities.
(Yes you can do this, if you can find an enemy with a lightSaber.)

You don't want to become a variety of the "look what I found" type, so common in magic groups where there's actually no magic, using the "look what I thought up" variety.
It’s not a random thought, nor a quote.
Finding a shirt in my wardrobe or discovering a tiny metallic figurine in the room where I practice has been a good impulse to keep practicing every night in D.R., doing Tensegrity and forcing silence.
I don’t know if it seems advanced—
I don’t want to be “advanced” in anything, I just want to share what I found.
But if posts should be more focused on what is seen in D.R., I can share about that too...

Maybe the double’s gifts are something that can be reached from the very beginning—
and while sweeping or cleaning the room where you practice, you might not be paying close attention to what’s in the trash... (Or maybe you’re just letting us Mexicans be the ones to clean the spaces where you practice...).
In my home, you need to pay very careful attention to what's in the trash.
Cholita prefers it for spells.
So never look in the trash and say, "Look! Someone accidentally lost $5 in the trash!" and then reach down and grab it.
It's corn kernel magic.
In Mexico, witches often use red corn kernels for that kind of “work,” which is why I make sure to never peek into the trash bins. I was referring more to the small remnants left after sweeping the room—as long as there’s no witch living in the house...
I usually do the Pandora’s Box pass, and at first, I would throw the energy ball into a corner. Later, while sweeping with the broom, I started finding little things there—like the one in the photo—even smaller than a corn kernel. A materialized object? Remains of an IOB? Gifts from the double?
I don’t know. I try not to explain it, not to give it too much importance, so I don’t end up obsessed with worshipping scraps.
And even though the shirt surprised me, I don’t think you can simply manifest the clothes you want—I believe that our real needs, especially those connected to exploration in second attention, should be obvious to the double... So I guess the double stole it from a second-hand boutique. It fits me, so I’m not throwing it away. I truly need it!
In summer, magic mushrooms grow everywhere, and you’ll see lots of young people walking around staring at the ground, searching for them. Some grew near my house, and a witch—probably—set a trap nearby: pieces of wood filled with pins and red thread. I had to go out and crush the mushrooms without touching or looking too closely at the trap, just to avoid drawing curious people...
Of course, it’s not the same when the trap belongs to a green witch looking for a new lover, as when it comes from Cholita, who might need to pass on a problematic IOB... Now that is truly frightening.
I’ve also heard those red corn kernels are used for divination. The red cob I show in the photo cost me two dollars—far too much for a single ear of corn...

Have you had any experiences with the double ?
I don’t know if they’re exactly “experiences with the double,” but I’ve definitely seen mist, shadows, and colors in D.R. I think “going out for a walk down the street” while I’m in D.R., and arching my back from the jolt in the lumbar region of the spinal column upon returning—or being pulled back suddenly—could be something related to the double...
Although I think it should be obvious to you that I don’t need you to believe me, much less to trust me...
Out the corner of my eye I've caught a couple glimpses of mine. The AI rendition above is basically what I saw, a shadow being of myself same height and build.
I'd finished the dish washing, walked away from the sink and went to close the door behind me and it was stood looking over what I'd done. Don't know how else to describe it. My role in the tonal is a user-focused product designer (digital tasks, accessibility etc) so I line washed pots up easy to access for the next person to pick up, put away or use without thinking.

Yes, there are often "magical things" in the places we're not used to looking, and you can easily notice that in D.R., by keeping your head still at some point and moving only your eyes through every possible direction… I've never seen the double as a human-shaped shadow, but many times I've felt it moving around... Doing Tensegrity in silence draws it in...
Here's the thing I had to learn the hard way:

The vision of the energy body isn't something you build—it’s something you remember. Hold it not with effort, but with stillness. It's not a visualization. It’s a felt presence, like remembering a forgotten limb. When it’s real, everything else rearranges. Total silence.
And that shirt from Hong Kong? That’s the moment the dream confirms itself. Not because you’re special, but because you finally shut up long enough for the dreamer to act.
Yes, the plot doesn’t allow the double to integrate, so it walks along the edges of its own story. If it makes sense to me, it doesn’t to the other.
