I am female. During the day, I practiced darkroom for 2.5 hours. Working on the lifesaver and lobster passes, the series for mashing intent (group 1), dreaming series, the center for decision series, being in the sky, and recapitulation. Around 1.5 to 2 hours were spent on tensegrity, and the remainder of the session on recapitulation. By the end, I was deep in the green zone.
After my session, I went to bed. Early in the morning, with my eyes open, I noticed one or two purple puffs floating just to my left in my field of vision. They were clearly defined. I watched as (in one of the puffs) someone who looked like my father drove a black car. Instinctively, I squinted my eyes and peered to the left, without moving my head… I found that I could change the dream’s vantage point, depending on the direction in which I squinted/peered. I practiced zooming in and zooming out, until I could read the car’s license plate. I concluded it was my dream and not remote viewing, since the car’s license plate number didn’t match my father’s.
Then a lightshow unfolded before me. Pink, blue, and yellow lines of light converged in a gridlocked, mosaic-like pattern. In front of this mosaic, a fuzzy ball of energy floated, drifting down and then rising back up again, as if trying to catch my attention. While I stared in silence, the mosaic and energy ball softened their saturation/hue to make themselves more pleasing to look at. During this time, my eyes were still open, although I saw my room as if it were daylight.
Once it got my attention, my ally pulled me into a series of dreams. Each time, I saw the tendrils of energy pulling me in before I blanked out. Most of the dreams were uneventful and short, and I often lost lucidity right away. The only dream I found relevant was the last one, which lasted longer than the others. I was walking underwater with my ally, but could sense my breathing… it was shallow and measured, and I almost felt as if I were holding my breath. I understood that my ally was using the backdrop of the water to teach me how to breathe properly. The sense of being underwater prevented me from gasping, which prolonged the duration of the dream.
Note: In the last dream, my ally appeared as a hermit cab. She was asking me questions about my life, such as where I wanted to live once I graduate college. Quite cute!
