Hope, this sort of post doesn't break the rules. But I want to use it as an accountability post for myself. Of all the practices recapitulation speaks to me the most. So I've started building my recapitulation crate and will aim to spend at least 3 hours everyday practicing recap as my main/sole practice and trying to get as far as I can down the J-Curve. Open to any tips from recapitulation experts and I hope I'm able to be share real, visual results soon.

If you do as you say, you'll move your assemblage point for real, and be perhaps the first person to make this path actually work.
Which means, you'll be time traveling in around 8 months.
Not regularly though.
There magic all along the J curve during recap, but it won't come if you just sit in there thinking.
Which prevents the assemblage point from moving.
So you have to find our own balance between suppressing the internal dialogue, but also looking at your list, and then thinking about the memory.
You'll know you have the right balance when you first start to see green zone effects.
Hopefully our Ally gift from Carlos, "Fairy", will help you out.
She can install herself as false memories in the green zone.
The green zone is characterized by wealth, spirituality, and insect hive mind thinking ("Enlightenment").
So if she shows up, you might expect a false memory about a fabulous chest of gold and jewels that you had as a child, and hid on a shelf.
Of course, it's absurd.
But when the assemblage point shifts, while you are "remembering things", that determines how she'll inject herself.
And Fairy is fairly kind to beginners.
As Carlos said, she's as close to human as you can get, if you're an inorganic being.
I suppose you might expect all meditation effects too, since recap is pretty much "contemplation meditation" at first.
I recommend a door lock on the inside. Just a latch.
And an open bottom crate, so that if it's locked, you can just lift it up and crawl under.
That way if you teleport (there's a good chance of this), you can go check the crate to see if it's still locked from the inside.
Recap brings out your double also, who might linger in the area without actually coming into the crate with you.
I recall recap as a topic but not the crate, can you please elaborate on this?
It's in the books.
And I myself made a crate. There's a picture in the wiki.
When Carlos saw a picture of it on the cover of Nagualist Newsletter (a free publication I put out in the 90s), he made fun of it.
He discouraged making one.
However, I have this theory that he had a practical problem, with too many "inner circle" people for the granny shacks and backyard he had, and if they all made recapitulation crates, he'd be in trouble.
The crate has multiple benefits.
It indicates you are making an effort.
It encloses the area and reduces outside influences, making it much easier for your assemblage point to move.
Symbolically, you get to destroy the crate, after you are finished.
Inside the crate, the inorganic beings seem to be able to manifest more easily than in a random space, possibly because it becomes a "ritual" and they love rituals.
It also seems to encourage your energy body to take control of your physical body at times. People might not realize it, but they've almost surely had their own energy body (the version of yourself running around in dreams), take over their physical body.
In my case, my hand used to raise when I had gone blank and wasn't looking where I needed to be looking.
Such as, at a white supernatural tunnel opening up in front of me, inside the recapitulation crate. The entry to Fairy's world I suspect.
Recap is FULL OF MAGIC when done seriously.
Thus I can only conclude, no one in any of the Cleargreens ever did as much recap as they pretend they did.
Yep, it really happened as vividly as this! Multiple times.
Grok made crummy pics of this, so I made my own. But when I finished it, I found that ChatGPT (which is slower) made one that's not all that bad. Just move the tunnel right in front of the man, and that's precisely what I got to see, many times.
There was also some kind of "wind sound" coming from the tunnel, as if it was welcoming me to stand up and walk inside.
Which you CAN do, at times. Our sorcery is so odd, you might easily stand up inside your crate, and walk off through a solid crate wall, into a tunnel that goes far, far past the boundaries of your home.
Thus, my incredible frustration when people pretend other magical systems actually have real magic.
Like this???!???
Nope. Never.
Only Dr. Strange in the movies has stuff this cool.
Once you create your crate, would you mind sharing images? I will try to look through the wiki, but perhaps you can share what you recall from where in the series it discusses the crate?
The OP is making the crate. And in the wiki, look for Nagualist Newsletter, and it's on the cover of one of the issues.
Or ask in chat, someone better at the wiki might point you there.

Thank you very much
I just managed to find the formatted and archived version. Took some digging:

I’m excited for you! Report back. My crate is my empty closet for now.
By the way, does anyone else get really hot when doing a lot of recap?
I jumped into it head first over the last couple weeks and I noticed that I'm getting very hot and immediately looking for sex partners or people to fight with.
I wonder if there is a Tensegrity pass that would help seal things or integrate. A golden hourglass on my knee showed up pretty quickly doing this at least.
