Gazing at Led Lights

I've taken to gazing at led lights in darkness after doing my nightly recapitulation and tensegrity. Those practices are hard work, so I like to end with gazing as there's something I really enjoy about it. What I do is gaze and slightly cross my eyes from time to time so the lights move and sometimes overlap. I try and silence my internal dialogue while I do this. Last night I was staring at a red light at the bottom of a tv. I have astigmatism and near-sightedness, so when I initially look at an led light when it's dark it looks something like this:

/media/1nxpllp/fd0polxmb2tf1.png

If I stare briefly, I notice geometric patterns in the light. Perhaps this is strange to people who don't have astigmatism, or maybe it's strange for them too, but what I see is something similar to this:

If I blink the shapes usually change. Though the image is static

If I blink the shapes usually change. Though the image is static

After a while of staring, sometimes I can almost make out objects. Sometimes I think its a girl in a dress, sometimes an animal or a face. Normally it's pretty vague, but not always! Last night I happened to be focusing on the right side image and it fairly quickly morphed into a vague fish like shape. After some more time it morphed into a puffer-fish! Or at least a fish that resembles one. It was fairly rectangular, wasn't vague at all and was very detailed.

This image doesn't do it justice, think 4k with lots of detail

This image doesn't do it justice, think 4k with lots of detail

I got really excited from this! Then a few seconds later I saw the reverse happen to the light and it went back to the original plain old led light. I tried again and again and only got a vague like fish image before calling it quits and going to bed

Definitely faces come up. I seen an Indigenous American bloke with a headband laughing at me lol.

Well that's a new one!

Carlos did periodically come up with "gimmicks" such as the silence poles, crystal between fingers, leaning your chin onto a coffee table, and probably too many more to remember.

The main point of all of them was just to get people to be eager to practice.

Didn't work... No one practiced seriously.

Which is all you really need to learn sorcery. To actually practice.

While emphasizing silence of course. No silence, and the assemblage point can't move. If that doesn't move, you won't get any results.

Eventually, you can literally burn a hole in reality with your silence! And create a tunnel to somewhere else, which will mean you're remote viewing somewhere.

Or objects can even spill out.

You might end up burning a hole with this technique, since it's the gaze that does that.

LEDs by the way, are an acceptable substitute for sunlight glitter.

I have no idea if using red is different, but there's plenty of red light in a sunset.

I’m no Carl Sagan, but all our elements and the suns come from a super nova. The Japanese have a recent study out showing that humans emit light and shine brightest at high noon, which is consistent with our understanding of the luminous cocoon.

I finally timed my silence. Like you suggested. I was sitting at work, noise and activity all around me. Not doing tensegrity and turned off my internal dialogue for 1minute 8seconds (I tried 3x and 1:08 was the average). It’s taken me one year of consistent practice for that 1 minute of inner silence. When I’m doing Darkroom I suspect I can go longer.

[-]
u/danl999 7 points 2025-10-05 12:12

Sounds great!

Yes, the human body seems to emit a light when alive, which isn't present when dead.

So that you could tell asleep and not moving from dead, using a simple imaging device.

but even more interesting is Penrose' collaboration with an anesthesiologist, trying to determine if "carbon microtubules" can cause quantum effects.

They've detected UV light bursts associated quantum superposition collapse over entangled particles.

However, in the long run none of that matters much, since in another reality, we might come from grey slime, and there's no stars or planets at all.

Carlos warned us about that in the preface to one of his final books.

Pointing out that "causality" is only true, here, in this copy of reality.

So that scientists who believe they've uncovered universal rules, are merely playing with the single reality we're stuck in, due to billions of other people focusing only on that one.

Which explains why witches can break the laws of physics.

That's just rules which apply to "here".

But they can use the rules that apply to "there".

Were you gazing at a timer?

[-]
u/BBz13z 1 points 2025-10-07 17:50

No. Used a stop watch. Just held it in hand….

Ready, steady…….GO!! ⏰

[-]
u/dorbim 1 points 2025-10-09 10:19

I tried both - stop watch and timer. Do you manage to shift this way? I have some small shifts sometimes when using it. Asking as Dan said in the past you cannot reach the second attention while looking at your phone..

The good news is, the internal dialogue turns out to be your overpowering enemy only before you reach Silent Knowledge.

The purple zone.

Out there, as long as you are looking at pure magic filling the air, the internal dialogue has no basis.

And you can even speak to request things. To direct intent.

Thus the awfulness of forcing silence eventually goes away completely.

And instead of having to "force silence all day", as people imagine of advanced seers, you just have to keep focused on the Nagual.

I'm trying to perfectly duplicate what it looks like for me lately, but it's a lot of work to get it right without hand drawing every bit of it.

But essentially, once you can see this during practice, shutting off the internal dialogue is trivial. In fact, it's almost painful to let it resume.

I got a little tickly cock teaser from the technique you gave me here. I’ve never seen the sparkles appear like strips/ribbon, I saw 3 somewhere around my hand. The purple puffs were faint but there. I tried it twice in between the other passes. Second time was the ringer.

I’m gonna do another sesh before work. Try it again.

Way cool! I’m digging it. Thank you.

And Magick people are the worst. They've seen some green zone effects, and hyped them up to such levels, they believe they already have real magic.

It's funny you mention magick because before here I was into Evola's magick. I decided to glance at my old notes/quotes and was surprised to see how his book on "introduction to magic" actually does hype up green zone effects! I'll never go back to that, but it's interesting to look back at something I thought was great and see it was actually beginner.

I didn't really get results with their methods. Here I actually get results so I can't leave.

Meanwhile practicing seriously is all you really need, for learning sorcery.
To actually practice. And maybe a touch of sobriety.
While emphasizing silence of course. No silence, and the assemblage point can't move. If that doesn't move, you won't get any results.

Silence is a constant fight for me. And the more I practice the more I notice fantasies intruding in my thoughts. I constantly have to redirect my attention back to silence.

You might end up burning a hole with this LED technique, since it's the gaze that does that.

I like the sound of that!

LEDs by the way, are an acceptable substitute for sunlight glitter.

Thanks for telling me, I remember having read that here but I forgot about it.

I have no idea if using red is different, but there's plenty of red light in a sunset.

Not sure either. I'm traveling a lot rn and it just so happened to be red at this apartment. If the LED lights are different colors in my new place I'll see if they produce different results

I've taken to water gazing. I quieten my mind with a short meditation and then stare at a river or stream. I try to keep my eyes fixed, and not follow the patterns in the stream as it flows. I describe it as "letting the water flow through me." When I look up, the landscape seems to move in a wavey pattern opposite the current in the stream. It's a cool effect, but I have no idea if I'm really acquiring any "silent knowledge." I also look at ripples in a pond or lake with the sunlight at the appropriate angle. If I shift my focus beyond the water and see the sparkles of the sun rise up. I call them the "spirit of the water." Again, I have no idea what I'm doing, but I feel that I'm doing it with my "dreaming eyes," if that makes any sense to anyone. I have a lot of lucid dreams, and feel that I know the difference between what DJ called using your "hunting eyes" as opposed to your "seeing eyes." Feel free to comment if you've had similar experiences or advice.

[-]
u/danl999 4 points 2025-10-06 11:53

I sure hope you aren't doing some delusional
Asian meditation system!

That's death to learning sorcery. You'll never get anywhere with that.

It's a substitute internal dialogue.

Not removal of it!

(I just learned ctrl-I and ctrl-B, so I might be abusing those).

You can get "green zone" effects though, using delusional Asian meditation, which is what you're pointing out.

But no one doing meditation ever got further than that. It's that "Green station" on the J curve map you can find in the wiki.

We need to go 46 times further!

Some crazy drug using Yogis got to the red zone, but that's still only 1/6th of the distance you need to move your assemblage point, if you want to follow this path.

However, "flow" is important to moving the assemblage point.

Carlos designed the tensegrity to add the sensation of flow. If you move your assemblage point to Silent Knowledge and gaze slowly at the room looking for "videos in the air", a slow head turn adds "flow".

Why flow is important, I have no idea.

But water flows also, even if it's not going anywhere overall.

Our path uses Tensegrity for the flow, which is why it's so awful when new people skip doing tensegrity, out of laziness.

They want the results, but won't do the work to get them.

Dan,

I just count my breaths for meditation. When I get deep enough, I stop counting and just sit for a few minutes. I do my best to chase any thoughts away. Then I open my eyes and gaze. I've looked at the Tensegrity videos. I've tried some movements, but feel like they don't do anything. I'm attending Renata's 10/11 AMA zoom, will listen in and maybe ask some questions. I've tried your darkroom meditations, but don't remember the movements to do the Tensegrity. And I just don't have the time or patience to sit for 2-4 hours as you suggest. I've found no group in the Asheville, NC or even Atlanta who are practicing Tensegrity. Just the usual Tai Chi and Qi Gong, which is better than nothing I guess. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

[-]
u/danl999 3 points 2025-10-07 11:55

You have to be more serious, and more sober.

Sorcery is only learned by intending to learn.

that stirs emanations you haven't used before, and those connect to the emanations of the original seers, to pull you in that direction.

It'd stay away from Renata. She has absolutely no understanding, her Tensegrity is mostly fake now, and she'll even tell you things that are harmful to you. While trying to figure out how to steal money from you.

Carlos warned us this would happen in his last books, and advised us to do what we're doing in here, to make up for losing all of our leaders.

To reach Silent Knowledge, where we'd get new leadership.

Tai Chi and Chi Gung are worse than useless. They create delusions you won't be able to overcome. A mix of chinese delusions which have plagued that country for thousands of years, with some evil western men misrepresenting it for profit, so they could import it here for stealing, added in.

All created just to steal money from naive people.

And not at all what you think they are, if you go look at them in a Chinese country.

“Substitute Internal Dialogue” fuck me the ego is a sneaky mofo - you think that’s what I encountered when I strayed into Daydreaming?

[-]
u/danl999 4 points 2025-10-07 19:00

Only you can figure that out.

The worst situation is someone who claims they have no internal dialogue at all.

Supposedly there are such people. We've gotten a few.

They seemed to take pride in telling us so when they first showed up in this subreddit. Didn't even try first...

But since their assemblage point is stuck firmly in place like everyone else, there must be some form of internal dialogue!

And they just can't spot it.

Those people are screwed royally, because they'll never even try to learn sorcery.

It's hard enough to believe people who are trying to help you out. When you live in a world were all magic and religion are ugly frauds, trying to trick you.

People have to notice that something is different with our magic, and force themselves to work hard.

Carlos' books are supposed to do that for new people.

But when the technique we have might not actually apply to you???

When you have the excuse that you already accomplished what they're telling others to do, and nothing happened?

That's a nearly insurmountable barrier.

Maybe someday we'll get lucky, and one of those will actually try seriously, and then tell us what they had to get rid of, to get their assemblage point to move.

Man, this sub is non-stop strange. I woke up early this morning with a weird ringing in my ears. Thinking, did I somehow get tinnitus? I rolled over, I’ll sleep it off, thinking: I wonder if some ppl naturally don’t have internal dialogues?

This sub….How? I dunno the word, but I can’t be the only one consistently experiencing this?

I’m so theologically basic, I didn’t know that fat guy sitting cross legged was Buddha till a few months ago.

The Buddha didn't.

At least, not as the Chinese describe him. They made all that up.

I’m working on Stellar Hatch today. A lot of folks here mention it. It actually makes sense to me now. Cheers

[-]
u/danl999 2 points 2025-10-08 17:12

I don't believe Stellar Hatch can be made to work, until the stuff that's going up, and down, are visible to you.

Carlos went to far as to describe a "baseball sized ball of energy".

It's a bit more diffuse if you ask me, but it's not vague at all on a good day when you've been practicing steadily, and can remove nearly all of your internal dialogue.

The stretching part is even visible.

[-]
u/BBz13z 1 points 2025-10-08 17:43

Maybe I erroneously thought I was ready for it. I can see the energy/puffs, was thinking Stellar Hatch is the one to try and learn to move the puffs, as I’ve been unable to interact with puffs at all, so far. But hey! I’ll def take your advice and hold off on doing it. Focus on what I can do.

[-]
u/danl999 6 points 2025-10-08 18:12

I've never sent any puffs into the sky using that pass.

Only the golden/whitish sparkle of silent knowledge energy.

Shiny outer coating, perhaps?

If you want to see that stuff, try sticking your hand WAY UP in the air, and far to the right. Then lean left and look up at your hand.

You'll be in a stretch.

Inhale deeply, and see if you can cause any lights to form up there.

By stretching, inhaling, and gazing up there.

Naturally a beginner would think it's some "eye junk" result of stretching.

But in fact, you're redeploying energy from the inside of your luminous shall, and it's possible to see it coming off the outside, to focus where you gaze.

If it's golden, yellow, or white, and sparkles, that's the shiny outer coating stuff.

Carlos described it as being like a sugar donut, saying the fliers lick the sugar off of it.

That's the stuff you can send up into space!

You could also send a puff, so if you get one to obey your gaze, go for it!

But in that case, you aren't stretching your shell.

You're deploying your double.

Who can in fact, zip from one galaxy to the other.

It's just that when you do that, you go along too. You don't stretch the shell, you shrink the tonal and zip along like superman.

None of this is vague or visualized, so don't try to do that!

It is of course, very rare to get that lucky.

But Carlos also learned sorcery with "demonstrations" he could repeat on his own, so that just seems to be how the real thing is learned.

Eye junk! That one tripped me up early on 😂

Did Carlos say, or do you know if there’s a difference between mud shadows and fliers?

[-]
u/danl999 3 points 2025-10-09 10:29

I still go by what Carlos told Amy and had her print in her book.

The fliers are just a metaphor, and only the intelligent can understand that.

Meaning, the religious won't.

[-]
u/BBz13z 2 points 2025-10-09 12:29

I haven’t read Amy’s book.

[-]
u/danl999 5 points 2025-10-09 13:00

Don't bother. It's depressing unless you get to witness intense magic daily, and realize anything Carlos was doing to try to teach, is valuable knowledge.

For those who haven't seen real magic, the book was designed to drive them away.

It's part of "the rule".

When the old nagual leaves, he sets up a situation to disperse the apprentices, so that any dead weight is lost.

And only the serious ones remain, and start to be independent of a need for others.

We lost all but 3 private class students, largely because of that book.

But they were indeed just dead weight, with a sense of entitlement from having been "chosen".

[-]
u/BBz13z 1 points 2025-10-09 13:04

You’ve told me previously not to read it. So I haven’t. I’ve seen some interviews with her. That’s enough.

"We're pieces of the sun". Not actually true... We're pieces of a long gone supernova, mixed with energy from local sunlight. But in fact, none of the particles are the original ones. They've mutated over and over again.

We may be pieces of the sun. If the sun were extinguished for example then there would be no more energy for us to be alive, we would freeze or starve to death.

[-]
u/danl999 3 points 2025-10-07 13:55

Life starts out on a planet, most likely, without sunlight.

Ours did.

Using geochemical energy.

And originally, it could be that life started on an asteroid, circling so far from the sun, that the amount of light energy wasn't even measurable without advanced light sensors.

/media/1nxpllp/bedrpb0p3ptf1.png

[-]
u/WitchyCreatureView 1 points 2025-10-07 14:10

Planets generally form around the gravity of a sun, and you're not surviving if the sun goes out.

There's also a sort of logic that the sun is the same energy as us but just a much higher concentration, so it has more emanational control over us than vice versa.

[-]
u/danl999 3 points 2025-10-07 14:24

Plants are actually the bad guys on this planet!

Life was around 1.4 billion years before the mutant plants came along.

An accident where a light utilizing cyanobacteria, got embedded in another bacteria, and evolved into plants.

That was the first mass extinction as far as I know. The plants rose, and poisoned the atmosphere with oxygen.

Almost all life died.

I suppose this has been known even since the 1960s, because there's a sci-fi (the Martian Chronicles) where a martian insists there's no life on earth, because there's too much oxygen.

I always thought that plants were the good guys, not harming anyone.

But they aren't...

In fact, the plants rose and enslaved the anaerobic microbes that were already there.

u/WitchyCreatureView 3 points 2025-10-07 14:58

500 million to 2 billion is what the carrying capacity of earth has been calculated to be if 1. everyone lives the lifestyle of an American with a car, a house, restaurants, a cellphone, etc. and 2. all the earth's resources are utilizable.

Any excess population beyond that point leads to poverty and starvation.

The Republicans deny the existence of climate disruption, the Democrats don't recognize how severe it is.

The Exxon study done in the 70s accurately predicted what the temperature increase would be, so the predictions have come true. And they predicted a 3°C average above preindustrial levels by 2100, so the arctic ice will be gone by then.

You have (1972, Meadows et al.): Used computer models (World3) to simulate population, resources, pollution. Predicted collapse in the 21st century if growth trends continued. Implicitly, long-term sustainable population would need to be 2–4 billion at mid-20th-century consumption levels.

Richard Heinberg (Post Carbon Institute): Argues carrying capacity under post-fossil-fuel conditions may shrink back to 1–2 billion.

Derrick Jensen & deep ecology writers: Suggest Earth’s true sustainable population may be under 1 billion, if ecosystems are to regenerate.

Georgia Guidestones, which said under 500,000,000. Before the stones were destroyed with an explosive a few years ago.

And you have Bill Gate's gem something like "if vaccines and healthcare do their job the population will decrease".

Though Ray Kurzweil, Elon Musk, and Peter Thiel want to raise the population. But Ray Kurzweil, Elon Musk, and Peter Thiel are creepy. I don't believe in their ideas at all.

Uhhh....

Ok?

You've gone Cholita on me.

Maybe watch some Youtube science videos on the current state of Nuclear fission (it's now working), and also ground hydrogen that renews itself, and can support our energy needs for 100,000 years even in its current amount.

It's carbon free energy.

Plus how mankind is continuously mapping the entire sky looking for the next killer asteroid, so we can do something about it. We can finally actually save the planet.

So far we've only got 42% of the solar orbit asteroids mapped.

And we'll soon be able to build human settlements on the moon and mars, using androids instead of risking people.

I'm looking forward to the Chinese red light district on the moon!

Not to mention, eventually we'll be terraforming mars using water in orbit at the outskirts of our solar system. Just need 1000 drones to grab asteroids, and toss them onto Mars.

In fact, mankind might be the only way the planet is going to support life for another billion years!

Earth has a very bad track record on its own.

Ask the Neanderthals and Denisovans!

But then, there's also 600 more copies of this earth, running concurrently.

No need to worry I suspect.

Since such worries tend to become political, with a goal to steal money, instead of producing actual answers.

[-]
u/WitchyCreatureView 3 points 2025-10-07 17:53

Nuclear fission has always been working. Cold nuclear fusion is what we haven't figured out.

The problem with nuclear is that it was expected to be super cheap (but it isn't), and it produces radioactive waste products like tritium that get released into the environment, and the solid waste has to be locked away forever.

Since such worries tend to become political, with a goal to steal money, instead of producing actual answers.

Though if your answer is that clean energy is a scam meant to make money, then the scammers are clearly very bad at making money. Like Aramco profited $161.1 billion in a single year, which is the biggest profit of any company ever. The most successful solar power company First Solar had a net loss last year.

Most of the organizations and scientists that say climate change isn't real, or that it is real but it's caused by natural cycles, or that it is caused by humans and not a big a deal, are paid by Exxon and other oil companies.

And some of the individual scientists are the same hirable ones who were originally defending cigarettes and saying they do not cause lung cancer.

And there's Piers Corbyn, who defends his own fake solar cycles model, that he uses to make scam and make money based on chance weather predictions.

[-]
u/danl999 3 points 2025-10-07 19:10

Sorry, I meant fusion.

That's almost working.

There's excellent youtube videos on how difficult it was to make it work. As I recall, they had to coat the inside chamber with the right metal, since it's continuously destroyed by the intense radiation, and if they made the right selection, the destruction of it contributed to beam confinement.

I don't feel bad about saying fission instead of fusion, since I saw Roger Penrose forget the name of an elementary particle.

He was like, "What are those called? Bozos???"

[-]
u/danl999 3 points 2025-10-08 17:09

He's too old.

But it sure would be nice if he learned to move his assemblage point far enough to see the laws of physics broken, and then started to try to use that knowledge to advance physics.

It's definitely off in multiverse territory.

And agrees with recent theories that quantum physics works, because "God decided he'd finished reality enough, and didn't bother to go smaller."

He didn't disagree with that theory, the last time I saw him giving a lecture.

Naturally he's atheist, but the idea is that reality can be "unfinished" at the smallest scales.

In our case, all realities are "unfinished" until observed.
