Does using the manta mask have the same effects as looking in completely dark room? I bought the manta mask as I have difficulties making a room completely dark in a two room apartment. I don't want to explain to wife what I am doing. When using the mask and you get to the point of more inner silence, do you get to see purple puffs all around you? Doesn't the mask block what you see, or this seeing has nothing to do with regular seeing and the energy can be seen even behind the mask?

When I use my blackout mask, I can see my hands through the mask after some time doing tensegrity.
It makes it easier to notice the second attention after doing tensegrity, so darkness or the mask are useful. Remember, the important part is to do tensegrity as well.
