Are not real memories included

During some pf mental breakdowns I've "experienced" various things that didn't happen to me some esoteric others not and even some of my old memories were "re-written" or I've actually been in said memory (love time travel cuz thats the only way I can explain it) but i was wondering do i include these memories because tbh it's really hard to remember and I wasn't really grounded enough to remember how I felt will this lead to a problem later?

Recapitulate EVERYTHING.

It's an Alternate Timeline. I must look at several of those each night, although typically for just an instant. You can of course focus on those, and zip off into them to live there for a while.

In your physical body. Or so it seems at the time. What really happens to your physical matter in THIS reality, we don't know yet. But you have new physical matter in the other one.

Here's a video on this. It comes up often in sorcery.

The vast majority of those are phantom but 6000 of them are more than phantom, and 600 of them are just as real as this world. And you could choose to stay there permanently.

Keep in mind, in this magical system there's no theories or beliefs or "the wise words of Master Po as transmitted on the sacred Jade tablet".

There's no experiences from past leaders that you not only get to see yourself, but even surpass.

There's only direct observation and experience.

But there's also, a lot of hard work to learn to stop your internal dialogue.
