When I do a recap session, should I stick to trying to remember one situation until I can relive it 100%, before I move to the next one? What I do is, trying to remember as much as I can from a situation which lasted a few seconds. And after 15 minutes when I feel like I cant remember more, I do the headsweeps without breathing and end facing forward. After this Id maybe add to the list and move on to another memory. I obviously cant mark this memory as "done" in the list, but does it make sense to switch between memories or to recap one memory until magic actually appears and I know that I was successfull?
Thank you!

Sounds fine to me.
You won't "clear it out" like a scientologist with an e-meter and a blackmailer taking notes during the session.
In fact, you likely won't notice much difference from recapping a memory.
If you want to try to remove all traces energy stuck in an event, likely the best you can do is go over it until you are "sick and tired" of thinking about that.
Which might not take all that much time!
The truth is, until you reach time travel levels you're never going to "clear out" any memories.
The stuff stuck there is beyond what you could conceive of until you reach Silent Knowledge.
But even if you don't reach time travel levels, it'll be obvious when you've done a very good job on recap.
Very obvious.
For a few weeks that is... Then it'll pretty fade back to normal.
Taisha and Florinda seemed to advise people to pretty much psychoanalyze themselves during recap. But from a sorcerer's point of view.
I suspect the main reason they thought that was because their teachers wanted to fix their crummy personalities. By getting them to notice they were to blame for most of their unfortunate memories.
That helps, thanks! Im keeping it going!
Are you saying thqt destiny and fate don’t exist?
Still pretending shamelessly...
Are you ever going to get serious and actually do some work to learn?
It's not like what we're doing isn't precisely what Carlos told us to be doing, and showed us in private classes.
But you're off in some "lineage" man of knowledge fantasy.
Which isn't even an accurate understanding of the books.
So it’s true that true recap is done by first gazing, entering silent knowledge via the inner dialogue silencing and collapsing the world. Opening up into the dark sea of awareness where all boundaries dissolve, time and space dissolve and then opening up into the timeline. the eyes and will to sweep the timeline with the breath… Is it true also that basically the darkness will starts to animate and turn into that location/envrioment of the memory and either it will be views first person or Birds Eye view and then the sweeping breath is done to reorganise the fibres of that memory snd clean the cords.
I personally haven’t time travelled just yet but I have felt the baseline effects of the sweeping breath neutralise the high charge memory.
But gazing defines is the key to true recapitulation. Gazing leads to stalking and stalking and dreaming go hand in hand. Permanent gazing. Continuity of the gaze between waking, sleeping and death.
Yes, but you're dangerously close to trying to "imagine" your results.
It's an accurate understanding, but FAR out of your reach right now.
So eat your vegetables, or no desert!
Time travel is so far out of the reach of beginning recapitulators, that it wasn't even mentioned by Carlos, except in his books.
He never suggested it at all in private classes.
I suppose, no matter how you do recapitulation it produces benefits for learning sorcery.
But it's also true that once you can time travel into the scenes, it's extremely entertaining and you discover what it actually means for energy to be tied up in the past.
And it's much more "bizarre" than you could imagine.
It's sort of like if you've never seen under the hood of a car, and visualize there must be little rats in there on an exercise wheel.
But the actual truth is far more mechanical, while also being a bit abstract.
That is also the intent behind doing a 4th step inventory, and for the purposes of that program, it does work.
