I read from workshops they did over 25 years ago, for instance Florinda Donner when asked about the implications of certain medical procedures, organ removal like the menopause, she stated from what I remember, that it shouldn't be a problem, that the woman in question would still have some kind of "phantom" uterus in the energy realm to work with, and that in practice this could even be an advantage as it would provide a level of sobriety and self control that usually they would lack.
It seems like they were trying to find the positive side of things and to encourage people to practice and not give up despite such challenges. Either way it's reassuring for people who have health issues. I also recall them saying that people with chronic illnesses have an edge from the fact they are aware of their death and have the opportunity to work harder instead of abandoning themselves to self pity.
The same was said about people with energy holes (having children), they would just have to work harder.
I wonder how other procedures like a vasectomy, or even more interesting if they remove their gallbladders; the latter, in the Magical Passes book, section on Inner Silence Tensegrity, Carlos Castaneda wrote the gallbladder (and the liver) are the organs for "immediate action". How would that being removed affect one in this path and practice, not only that but even also in regular life. Would it affect your ability to act? Would it diminish it to some level?

But it's not like we have any choice.
There's nothing else real out there.
So it's a bit like this situation:
Which table would you sit at if you were hungry?
And if you sat at the only table with real food, would you be asking them if it's ok to eat that quail if you have liver troubles?
How could they know? They aren't doctors.
I am quite certain that those are significant gamechangers. Especially when you consider the effects people with transplants experience - they develop/acquire some thoughts as well as emotions from their donors. There is so much to our bodies that we can’t really fathom at this point.
In the end, it doesn’t even matter that much, as the only thing that should preoccupy our thoughts is the obsession to be impeccable. When you give your best all of the time, then there is no place for regrets. Simply do everything to the best of your abilities. Whatever you do, have that wisdom somewhere in the back of your mind.
From a scientific standpoint, our reproductive organs are what we can live without. I would assume that one could work around them if they were detached from being male or female. That would even promote such freedom, but what do I know? I just started Eagles Gift.
