Hi, I'd like to know what any of you may think or know about Della Van Hise's technique for developing the Double. She was the admin for the huge Carlos Castaneda group that has since been infiltrated and censored and is dead, if you don't know who I'm talking about. Anyway, I'm specifically asking about her advice to picture your double with you, like a child's imaginary friend, and spend time with it, learn telepathy with it, but she said to envision/create it as being your perfect mate or love, and then fall in love with it. Is this legit or is it instructions on how to create a really great tulpa or servitor? Someone once told me I should never create my double as anyone other than myself. Your thoughts?
