Total darkness setup tip

after making multiple diferent setups to reach total darkness in a room i found a way wich you can easily set it up and take off if needed.

this is a way to prevent light to enter trough a glass window, wich in my case was always the biggest light source.

you only need to stick aluminum foil in the glass using water, its really easy to do and does not leave any residues on the surface wich happened to me when trying to use tape.

i cut the foil in rectangular shapes and wet the window using a spray bottle of water, and layer them until covering the whole surface with the reflective side directed outside, you can shine a light on the other side to see if you did a good job, but it doesnt need to be actually completely dark, in fact, advanced practitioners suggest using light slits to locate yourself when doing tensegrity.

the most important part is going in there and putting in the work!

and for not going through a whole roll of it in a week, just fold the pieces after taking them off and reutilize in the next night.

hope this helps someones practice!

Everyone should keep in mind that we are NOT what we seem to be.

We ignore the most basic parts of ourselves, and will even argue that those don't exist.

But once you can sustain Silent Knowledge, you can see some of those parts right there, in front of you! They're fully visible as ripples in the emanations, and not in any way vague.

They're so obvious, you wonder how we came to gloss over all that. Especially since it's like the floor to all of our daily activities.

And one thing that's not obvious right away, is that if you put a good effort into something, you get better results.

It's not entirely what the effort actually accomplished.

Just how well you did it and whether it included "good ideas".

Stalking is partly based on this idea.

I'll give a silly example that a witch could pull off, but don't anyone take it literally and give it a try. I just made it up.

But done right, you would in fact get better silence after doing this.
