Hello again!
I was wondering if there was someone with a list and description of all the breathing techniques, and also all the passes that should be done daily for general well being. Thanks in advance ✨ \^\^

How the heck did that upload from three years ago manage to remain on YouTube when so many others were removed in the DMCA sweep a few months ago?!?
Because it's lower quality, or a different runtime? Can't be anything to do with the title, as your found it via a standard search (I'm assuming).
I don't know how it survived but yes a typical search and it was there!
there are also others from 17 years ago that are still there and continue..
I mean all three Tensegrity Vol but also the 4th video with the Intent series.
Thanks for linking! I haven't watched any of the dvd videos before and I have found it very helpful.
Do a search for posts titled "The Right Way of Breathing" on this subreddit. These describe the only modification to your breath that would be advisable, as a baseline change.
As far as various breathing passes, many have their own "breaths" built into their execution. And there are others that literally have breath in their title. But whatever those are, specifically, should only be done while doing that pass. Don't mess around with your breath, otherwise, thinking that that alone is going to generate well-being.
The intent of an entire (specific) pass, and the level of silence while assiduously performing it with full attention, is what will shift your assemblage point and thus create "well-being "
Thank you Techno, I will keep that in mind. Also that I don't have to worry too much about other things and belly breath is gold standard, along with just doing the moves right and silent.
Well being comes from moving the assemblage point past the bottom of your luminous shell, and up in the front.
Anywhere in there removes "the self", which is the major cause of suffering.
It's that "orange zone" and onward.
It can also fight off a certain amount of pain caused by physical problems, but not all of it.
Here's why moving the assemblage point to the other side of the body produces "well being".
It's that "shine" from the eyes.
That's good that it's an assured thing if I can manage to just get it down and around. I was reading Taisha's book (listening) and in it she was prescribed several things to do since she was so emotionally unbalanced (I am as well), and since I was listening I don't have an easy way to go back and find those things to reference. I probably should've mentioned that that is what I was looking for or any other specific things lol. I will keep on with tensegrity/recap and trying to get that point flexible 😎✨ Very excited to escape the blue zone eventually... Still on foggy shit on good days.
I suppose I'll make a picture of what I was trying to understand last night, for close to 2 hours. Since it relates to the idea of changing yourself using sorcery.
In sorcery, you can change yourself in DRASTIC ways. Not just tiny little changes you aren't actually sure help out.
It seems that those "cyclic beings" we're connected to can intrude when you get silent, and you can find yourself in a very odd situation.
You want to look at amazing magic, but any remains of your internal dialogue, have been split into groups related to the cyclic beings, which make no sense at all to your normal self.
It's entirely visual, eyes wide open and wide awake, so it's not just some "mood" or nightmare situation.
In sleeping dreams, problems like that can be caused by the inorganic beings.
But they don't have much power to push you around, when you're awake.
