I have a question. After I started practicing the exercises I found here, whenever I enter a dark room, I immediately see two eyes directly in front of me, within my field of vision. They appear larger than my own eyes. If I move my eyes farther to the left or right, I can see them more clearly. Are these the eyes of the energy body, the eyes of IOBs (Inorganic Beings), or could they be something else

No one could say what the cause was unless they were capable of time travel back to when you were practicing. Or "seeing" that time period.
Maybe if they were there with you when you saw the eyes.
But not just from what you describe.
How detailed are they? What color? Is there a background that goes with them? Did you try asking them what they are?
Any left over marijuana effects?
That can "help", but in the long run it's just a pull to the green zone. And will pull you back up from the red, when you learn to get there.
I suppose 2 eyes is a Christian demonic warning type of thing, which the inorganic beings can pick up on and use to manifest.
Because it produces more reaction in someone who has that in their latent concerns.
And if you hike at night and know the sight of an animal's eyes reflecting from some dark cave, that might have colored your awareness and gotten picked up by inorganic beings.
To be analytical, there's only 3 common possibilities.
Inorganic being, your own double, or an SKE.
SKE is very unlikely since you can't reach silent knowledge yet, and thus no magical entities of that variety.
Naturally if it were your double it would look more like you. But there's the general "look" of each type.
Thank you for your response. The eyes do not have upper or lower eyelids. They are mostly white and appear larger than physical eyes, I am not sure of their exact size, but I would estimate that they are somewhere between two and four times larger. They do seem to have irises, but the white part is much more prominent to me.
I see them almost immediately whenever I enter a dark environment. It does not seem to matter whether my mind is busy with thoughts or completely quiet. As soon as the lights are turned off, they are usually the first thing I see directly in front of me.
Also, throughout my entire life, I have never used any drugs, not even a single cigarette, and I have never consumed alcohol.
And regarding the possibility of seeing animal eyes at night, I have never really had the opportunity to go hiking at night or observe animals' eyes reflecting in the dark. I did try asking them what they were once, but shortly after the thought occurred to me, I became frightened and decided not to continue with it.
Do you see them later on your practice? Do you see puffs ect?
The truth is that I haven’t been practicing for a long time. I still see these eyes and the purple puffs every night, but since I don’t practice anymore, I usually fall asleep after a few minutes.
Perhaps these eyes want to bring you back to practice. If you continue to ignore them, they will disappear.
Yes, that thought has crossed my mind as well, honestly. I never go into darkness expecting to see them, so every time they appear, it feels like a sudden reminder or alarm.
Our energy body does stuff like that. So it could be a manifestation of her own double.
Are the vibrations from feet to knees and the seeing of rings of light (especially right after waking up from sleep) all related to the energy body?
Sorcery is much more vast than that.
It's not simple like a fake system, where there's a limited inventory of falsehoods made up by someone trying to steal from others.
So for example in Daoism, someone might explain this topic in some writing they claim is hundreds of years old, where it's not only not hundreds of years old, but was in fact created by them on some fake aged paper they bought, in an attempt to have some "new truth" to make their sect more popular.
That happens in all religions. Even Christianity is famous for making up fake writings or fake religious artifacts. Important churches still have fake artifacts, and no one calls them out on it because of the temper tantrums of their followers, if someone did.
But the Chinese are infamous for fake "older secrets".
That's well known to any actual Chinese. So when someone claims his new Kungfu style is from a secret teacher 200 years ago, everyone knows that's bullshit.
And once someone makes up something new within a "magic system" such as Daoism and is successful with it, it becomes "law".
People try to franchise it for their own profit.
Because, such systems are entirely rules, with no actual basis.
If people can't actually see that it's true with their own eyes, the way we do with sorcery, they just figure that only a "true master" can verify it.
We don't have anything like that.
I know that sounded a bit harsh, and I get trouble over it, but it's just plain talk about something important to understand.
And the bad reactions are just the tantrum effect I mentioned earlier.
Meanwhile, actual Sorcery is VAST.
There's pretty much no way to diagnose your personal experiences if they're unusual.
If it's something simple like floating purple blobs of light (more common than you think even among people who practice nothing at all), then we can see it's most likely a piece of your energy body.
But for tingles in the legs or rings of light, we can't say what that might be.
Don't forget that we have access to 600 (Jadey pointed out the witches said 6000 at one lecture) completely other copies of yourself.
And this is no "wise master" claim.
YOU get to see those.
They just sort of become obvious while you're in silent knowledge.
In some of those, you might have 4 stubby insect like legs.
And you might live in a world where rings of light constantly bombard you to provide nourishment.
When you wake up, your assemblage point might still be "over there" a little.
Then there's the "latent awareness" effect.
Kundalini energy is total nonsense.
BUT, because millions have been told about it, with hundreds of thousands learning to induce something they can pretend feels like it's kundalini energy, you can end up experiencing a phantom version of it.
That's how I used to visit heaven, perhaps a total of 6 to 8 times.
I lost count.
There isn't actually a heaven, but there I was.
Fully awake, looking around for a fairly long time.
It was a good cure for a hangover while doing business in asia, where getting drunk to prove sincerity is often mandatory.
You mentioned the idea “It’s instant ‘not you’ if you can focus on them. YOU stop being you.”
Is there any post on reddit where I can read more about this?
Also, are Tensegrity practices suitable for everyone? how if if these practices speed up experiences and push people into stages they are not ready for. Or even dark room practices.
From my normal life experience, I know that everything requires consistent and continuous effort. However, this “magical path” sometimes seems to ignore that logic and can leave a person caught between two worlds
I'd like to post about cyclic beings, and simple "alternatives to you", but it's impossible to do that in any way that's helpful. It'll just lead to beginners and schizophrenic members here pretending to have done that.
Anything to get out of doing real work.
Many "systems" have pretending you are no longer "you" as their only result, such as Buddhism and Scientology, and too many others to list them all.
All pretending you are no longer "you" if you give them lots of money or work for them for free, and keep that up for decades, but with absolutely no visible magic going on.
Most likely you're only "not you" by viewing other real worlds and traveling to those over and over, in your physical body. Until you detect what it means to be someone else.
It's not what you'd imagine at all.
We need more people to get there before we can figure out how to explain that so as to avoid the inevitable pretending.
I suspect that's our path to losing the human form, and we won't lose it by the "we got dented too much from the Nagual's blow" path used in the lineages. Which is said to be heralded by an illness for a few weeks.
In my opinion we get to choose to drop the human form, by picking up an alien one.
Or as Carol Tiggs called it, "an upgrade".
>Also, are Tensegrity practices suitable for everyone?
Probably not. Thus we don't evangelize or care if anyone sticks around.
Certainly it's not, if you aren't going to actually practice. Tensegrity has already been well proven not to work without putting in a real effort to change yourself by stopping your internal dialogue, and learning what that feels like and how the Tensegrity can help.
Carlos himself taught us that! Then the next 20 years after he died made it abundantly clear.
It doesn't work, unless you do.
This isn't fake qigong or tai chi.
It's not "good for you" in the way those claim (to get your money).
Although, one of us who got to SK on a regular basis and learned to change worlds on demand, could create a new version of both of those asian systems, which actually works.
I just can't imagine who would want the burden of teaching that to mostly hopeless students.
It is genuinely difficult for me to ask questions here, and I truly do not intend any disrespect toward anyone, any practice, or anything else that might be taken that way.
Look, I do not have schizophrenia or any other condition at least if we want to call it a condition. Maybe it is actually an advantage. I apologize, but I feel compelled to say these things. I have never believed in any religion, and I still do not. I also have no real knowledge of other paths or systems that claim magic or similar phenomena.
I am just an ordinary person. After finishing Carlos Castaneda’s books, I came across this Reddit community by chance. Very quickly, I began experiencing things that I do not think I was prepared to experience.
For example, I saw the "wall of fog." I never had the courage to enter it. Later, I noticed that if I did not move toward it, the fog itself would begin moving from the wall of my room toward me, and gradually it seemed as if the entire space of the room was fading away and being replaced by that fog.
Another example is that several times at night, when I intentionally tried to see womb dreams, the moment I saw my hand in dreams, I would find myself in my own room in my energy body. I had absolutely no idea what I was supposed to do, and I was not even entering other dreams.
In general, I am not someone who can believe in something unless I have personally experienced it. At first, I even wondered please forgive me for saying this whether you and the other experienced members of this group had somehow influenced us newcomers and created these unusual effects, because believing all of this was genuinely difficult.
I cannot speak for others, but in my own case, I feel that through Tensegrity and darkroom practice I may have moved very quickly through a process that would normally require years of effortperhaps in less than two months. However, I do not consider this progress. It might even be called a setback, because I did not develop the energy, perception, and awareness that would normally accumulate over time and allow someone to understand how to deal with these phenomena.Instead, it has mostly left me confused rather than giving me clarity
No one's ever tried to do what we're doing in here, so it's inevitable we'll run into some "edge cases" we don't understand.
Too talented to believe, is always a possibility. We seem to have two like that right now!\
Both women of course.
And that's out of 10,000+ who passed through and subscribed. Which means out of more like 50,000 over the last 6+ years.
The normal fix for someone who is too talented to believe, would be to send them to an in-person teacher.
But there aren't any!
There's zero out there with actual sorcery knowledge.
Except for the surviving 9 or so lineages in Mexico, and those won't have anything to do with volunteers. They aren't even visible except to actual sorcerers who happen to randomly run into them somewhere in Mexico.
I suppose Cholita might come back from Mexico with news of some type in that regards, but it's unlikely.
Also, I use any comment I make to teach anyone who bothers to read it.
So it's not always about you specifically. Sometimes it's just something I figured out how to explain better, and I'm trying that out.
I've been studying Chinese religions lately, especially Daoism.
If you do that, it's hard to understand why any westerner would pick Daoism as some kind of path.
All I can figure is, they never studied it much.
It's pretty much total nonsense. Even the Chinese don't believe it.
Carlos used to comment on religions fairly regularly.
One thing he commented on that didn't make a lot of sense to me at the time, was that religions represent higher beings as being human.
Everything about them is human!
Such as the "Jade Emperor".
Just a petty human emperor, obsessed with controlling others.
Meanwhile, once you begin to assemble other worlds, you come to realize that only a tiny fraction of them are "human".
Then there's no worth asking. Huge possibility is eye junk since you see them right when you close your eyes. If you start practicing again it's worth paying attention and experimenting. Like a person said above just forget it and it will disappear.
I see them while my eyes are open, and I think it’s been about 7 or 8 months since I stopped practicing, but they are still there, that’s why I asked
And yet.. you're here, so you haven't forgotten about it. Would you like to have us be impressed by your "not practicing"? I hope you aren't comparing "not practicing" to "not-doing". You can forget about all of the mystery and go back to an ordinary life if you like, otherwise lose the self-pity stopping you from practicing.
I was in a complaining mood. I said that a state of deep fatigue such as mine could only breed uncertainty and lack of conviction.
"Your uncertainty is to be expected," don Juan said matter-of-factly. "After all, you are dealing with a new type of continuity. It takes time to get used to it. Warriors spend years in limbo where they are neither average men nor sorcerers."
"What happens to them in the end?" I asked. "Do they choose sides?"
"No. They have no choice," he replied. "All of them become aware of what they already are: sorcerers. The difficulty is that the mirror of self-reflection is extremely powerful and only lets its victims go after a ferocious struggle."
- Power of Silence
See if you can manipulate the eyes, using tensegrity and silence.
Can you alter their brightness, size, location, or background?
Do they respond to being spoken to?
If you reliably see them, exploit them!
Remember: There's no "goal" in sorcery the way there is in Buddhism, Yoga, Daoism, and just about everything else.
No single "attainment" that makes any difference at all.
We never "arrive" and can stop.
It's always only a matter of how far you can go.
Like any other technology.
I suppose, there is such a thing as talent.
But I've never seen it help anyone in the long run. Because it doesn't seem to correspond to working hard. Which is mandatory to learn sorcery, because it's a path developed over thousands of years.
Thus you get talented taibhsear (Scottish) witches who have the "second sight" without actually having worked to earn it. And without any clear path to go much further with real practices not made up by people selling books.
And despite moderate "seeing", none of them even dream of doing the things sorcerers get to do.
What I see immediately when I enter a dark room or put on a mask, I ignore, it's a residual photo effect. By the way, it's getting much longer in duration. It only prevents me from starting practice. if I looked in the mirror before going to bed while washing my face, then in a dark bedroom I see myself on a bright screen for a while (and my eyes, of course).
Did something similar happen to you?
I only see the two eyes themselves, without any image of my own face . Their shape is similar to the image in the sense that they are vertically oval, unlike normal human eyes which are horizontally oval.
As for the iris, I honestly cannot describe it clearly. I can tell there is a darker area each eye, but the brightness and whiteness of the eyes make it difficult for me to see the details or estimate its size accurately.
The eyes also seem to move from side to side within my field of vision. Occasionally they appear to blink, or at least give the impression of blinking, even though I do not actually see any eyelid
Have you tried rolling your eyes at those moments?
Yes, many times
From The Active side of Infinity- Inorganic Awareness
" Whatever you may call a ghost or apparition, when ut is scrutinized by a sorcerer, boils down to one issue- it is possible that any of those ghostlike apparitions may be a conglomeratation of energy fields that have awareness, and which we turn into things which we know. If that’s the case, then the apparitions have energy. Sorcerers call them energy- generating configerations. Or, no energy emanates from them, in which case they are phantasmorical creations, usually of a very strong person- strong in terms of awareness. "
Don Juan also warns in this chapter of the crucial mistake the old sorcerers made in attributing human characteristics to that impersonal energy believing they could harness it.
The chapter ends with this advice, which is what I first thought of when I read your post-
" From now on, whenever you are confronted with the strange sight of an apparition, hold your ground and gaze at it with an inflexible attitude. If it is an inorganic being, your interpretation of it will fall off like dead leaves. If nothing happens, it is just a chicken- shit aberration of your mind, which is not your mind anyway".
thanks
You're welcome!
When I see eyes they typically look like this:
The detail and style varies, they’ll phase in and out, sometimes more than one at a time.
Be sure to say ‘hi’ and acknowledge them, when you decide to start practicing again…
Thank you for sharing your experience and for the suggestion
