We've seen that before twice, right in this subreddit.

Unless there's more than one with a facially tanned asian lady and a stoned looking influencer.

Myself, I don't believe her.

The world STOPS if you have no internal dialogue.

I get to see that daily!

It's not an option!

She's got something else going on and isn't willing to spoil the attention she's getting by explaining it.

Which is the conclusion multiple people came to last time.

Your assemblage point CANNOT remain in place, if there isn't something refocusing your attention back on this version of reality, constantly.

The idea that it can, is sheer madness. But it's a madness nearly everyone has in modern times.

If I had to guess, I'd say if you don't focus it on an element here, other realities begin to become visible within 10 seconds.

Naturally that doesn't happen to those who practice darkroom, and we like to say it takes 2 minutes.

But in fact not a single person in here, including me, has EVER stopped their internal dialogue 100%.

That's a very drastic situation! Pretty much ALL worlds stop if you actually do that, and you find yourself looking at the hardware that runs it all.

Which is what she's claiming. And yet, she thinks everything is normal?

To stop it 100% you likely have to lose the human form, and be able to travel to other worlds on demand.

And you'd certainly be up to your ears in visible spirits by then.

Which is one reason you dream when you sleep. No internal dialogue. You even end up to your ears in spirits! Those dream characters that follow you from scene to scene.

None of this is theory. Anyone who puts in a serious effort gets to prove this to themselves, over time. And will get little glimpses that it's true, almost from the start.

If she came over here, we might figure out what's going on.

But keep in mind, mankind had no internal dialogue for at least 250,000 years.

The internal dialogue is a recent thing.

And yet, ancient man had a fixed reality.

So something in their mind (which directs the attention) held it in place.

We're designed to be like that, by whatever is behind awareness, and the dark sea of the emanations.

People are too hung up on the word "dialogue", me thinks. It's not literal voice in your head or a stream of words per se, it's a constant presence of imagery/moving imagery, it can be silent films, it can be music videos, but it's still what's stopping you from reaching SILENCE. Again, not just audio silence, but also a total absence of rushing visuals.

TL;DR: What Castaneda calls "internal dialogue" isn't just words or sounds, it means visuals, too, and that lady has some form of it, even if it's not words.

she said few times that she can ‘see’ sentence structure and some other things. So it can’t be nothingness 24/7

Even if there is no actual dialogues, whatever she is doing is keeping her assemblage point  in the first attention.
