In late autumn of 2018, following my Tensegrity exercises, my assemblage point shifted and I saw an old, robust woman dressed in traditional attire. Afterward, I observed a man wearing a hat, seated on a chair on a wooden floor suspended over a basin of water. He held a transparent tube in his mouth and was inhaling white smoke from a shisha. Suddenly, the wooden floor above the water basin opened up; the man fell into the water and vanished. Subsequently, I asked the woman, "What is the most important aspect of this technique?" She replied, "Under no circumstances must you fight the water!" Then I turned around and saw a young man dressed in white ceremonial robes; I walked toward him and asked, "Where do you go when you practice this technique?" The young man replied, "We do not know, for no one can remember; we only know that it changes our lives." Then the encounter ended.
After this encounter, I reached for the book by Carlos Castaneda that dealt with this very subject: The ancient seers devised an uncanny method to travel with their physical bodies into the inorganic twin world; to do so, they utilized a thick rope, which they bound around their bodies, knotted, and secured by embedding the end in their navels with resin. Since I could discern no such thick rope while observing, I surmise that this technique was subsequently refined by the Toltecs to enable them to venture even deeper into the depths of infinity. I also recalled having seen something similar once before, at a soccer festival. The soccer club had set up a water tank, above which sat a car seat operated by a pneumatic cylinder. To the right of the tank stood a target, at which one was meant to aim a soccer ball. If the target was struck, the car seat would tip, plunging the person sitting on it into the water below. Four years later, an unknown voice provided me with the insight that a mirror must be installed at the bottom of the water tank. Two years after that, I once again encountered the young man in the white clothing. Following this encounter, I discovered r/castaneda and learned about the J-curve and its five zones. Furthermore, I came across an account regarding "Timeline Awareness" by Dan, how is exploring the technique of the old seers. I also learned that alcohol shifts the assemblage point within the blue zone, THC shifts it into the green zone, and psilocybin mushrooms shift it into the red zone. All these encounters, along with the information I gathered, ultimately enabled me to gain an understanding of the enigma of the Toltecs and their technique and describe it in the syntax of Carlos Castaneda.
1.) The Blueprint
(Picture 1)
The first phase of this technique involves three sorcerers - each possessing specific abilities - joining forces to construct a device. They may do this independently, provided they possess the necessary craftsmanship skills, or with the assistance of a gifted artisan. For the purposes of this technique, I identify these three sorcerers as follows: The Medium, who possesses the gift of seeing; the Shaman, who is knowledgeable about power plants and the Sorcerer, who seeks to venture into infinity. First, the three sorcerers (or artisans) construct a sturdy, square platform out of dry wood, measuring 3m x 3m externally and 0.3m in height; this platform is supported along its perimeter but remains cantilevered in the center. Situated atop this platform, in the very center, they construct a robust, square water basin - also made of dry wood - with internal dimensions of 1.74m x 1.74m and a depth of 1.3m. On the rear side of the basin, the three sorcerers (or artisans) erect a solid back wall. Two meters above the floor of the water basin, two sockets are mounted, into which the trapdoors will later be inserted and secured. The two-part trap mechanism consists of a strong metal tube featuring a welded groove, into which a wooden component can be slid and fastened. Internally, the trap measures 1m in width and 1.5m in length. A device is mounted in the center of the back wall, upon which the traps will rest. The traps are equipped with an anti-reverse mechanism on the back wall to ensure that, once opened, they remain in the open position and cannot swing back. Finally, the interior of the basin is lined with a thick, waterproof membrane. Along the upper inner perimeter of the water basin, this membrane is secured in place by four continuous wooden slats, each measuring approximately 5cm x 5cm. These wooden slats also serve the function of deflecting the water - and any resulting waves - back toward the interior of the basin, thereby preventing any contact or connection between the water and the surrounding earth. A robust mirror, measuring 1.6m x 1.6m, is then secured to the bottom of the water tank in such a way that it cannot be lifted by buoyancy as the tank is filled with water. Next, the magicians must devise a system enabling the medium positioned to therightside in front of of the tank to trigger the trap mechanism without any delay, much in the same way the football club solved the problem using the target and the pneumatic cylinder. Ensure that the water tank is watertight; otherwise, you run the risk of inadvertently ending up in the "inorganic twin world" and vanishing forever in the Nagual. The wooden platform containing the built-in trap mechanism is positioned exactly one meter above the water's surface. On the trap, place a low-slung garden chair with continuous armrests and rounded edges, whose seat and backrest are smooth-gliding and tilted backwards, like those of a comfortable armchair. The chair is secured to the rear wall by ropes attached to weights, ensuring that once the trapdoor opens, the chair is pulled backward and does not plunge into the water. The magicians then fill the tank with water and thoroughly inspect the structure for stability, water tightness, and proper functionality.
2.) The Correct Location
The second phase of the technique involves the three magicians locating a suitable, hidden spot with a solitary tree and a small stream nearby, which will help them venture into infinity. The trunk, roots, and crown of the tree represent the different aspects of infinity. Then, at the designated spot in front of the tree, the three magicians begin leveling the ground with a spirit level. The man above the water basin wore a hat to protect himself from the sun. That is why I suspect that the technique was performed at noon/in the afternoon, in summer/autumn, on the sunny side of the tree, when the north/west wind was blowing. Afterward, the three magicians set up the prepared platform with the water basin on the leveled ground with the back towards the tree, and fill it with three cubic meters of water. The distance between the tree and the water basin was approximately eight meters.
3.) The Shisha
The third phase of the technique consists of mixing the four elements -Water, Fire, Earth, and Air - in the shisha and inhaling them through a transparent hose approximately 4 meters in length. The hose is transparent so that the shaman can verify that the sorcerer is, in fact, inhaling a sufficient amount of smoke. The objective here is to shift the assemblage point from the blue Water Zone into the orange Fire Zone, thereby enabling one to defeat the fourth enemy: Time.
The moment has now arrived; what is needed is a beautiful, calm, and sunny day. The sorcerer seeking to venture into the depths of infinity for the very first time takes his seat upon the chair, clad in dry, long, white ceremonial garments. These garments serve to prevent the sorcerer’s skin from sticking to the chair. Furthermore, once the technique has been executed, the clothing can continue to be utilized as a power object.
The shisha is prepared and set in motion by a shaman positioned on the floor to the right of the water basin. Presumed ingredients include: Moon Water, glowing charcoal, a power plant suitable for inhalation, and the North/West Wind. Subsequently, the sorcerer seated on the chair places the end of the transparent hose into his mouthpulls his feet back under the chair, places his hands on his stomach, looks aheadand begins to inhale; he continues to do so until his energy body (Nagual) manifestson the left or on the right side. Then the sorcerer turns his head toward the energy body and waits for the perception to jump to him. At thatprecise instant, the medium positioned to therightside of the water basin triggers the "First Kick."
4.) The First Kick
The fourth phase of the technique consists of shifting the assemblage point - via a "kick" - from the orange Fire Zone into the green Earth Zone, thereby defeating the third enemy: Power. To achieve this, the medium abruptly opens the trapdoor situated above the water basin, delivering a shock to the sorcerer seated in the chair as he suddenly loses ground.
5.) The Second Kick
The fifth phase of the technique consists of shifting the assemblage point via a second kick from the green Earth Zone into the red Air Zone, thereby defeating the second enemy: Clarity. This occurs during free fall.
6.) The Third Kick
The sixth phase of the technique consists of shifting the assemblage point - via a third kick - from the red Air Zone into the blue Water Zone, thereby defeating the first enemy: Fear. This occurs the moment the sorcerer plunges into the water and assumes the posture of a Chacmool.
(Picture 2)
When I asked the woman what the most important aspect of this technique was, she replied: "Under no circumstances must you fight the water!" Later, I was reminded of the story of Don Juan, when the Nagual Julian threw him into a raging river and called out after him: "For heaven's sake, do not fight the water!" The objective of this act of Intent was to utilize the Nagual Julian to cast Don Juan into the raging river, thereby attracting his energy body and enabling his perception to oscillate between the Tonal and the Nagual. I surmise that, during this maneuver, Don Juan's assemblage point was situated within the orange Fire Zone. I am now searching for power plants capable of achieving the same effect as Julian's maneuver. During my research, I identified two such power plants capable of inducing a state of dual perception: the thickened resin of the poppy plant and smokable Ayahuasca (DMT)—also known as opium and Changa, respectively. However, this conjecture can only be confirmed or rejected by a sorcerer who can see.
7.) Burning from the fire from within
The seventh phase of the technique consists of the assemblage point spontaneously shifting from the blue Water Zone into the purple Love Zone, whereupon the sorcerer, while underwater, burns with the energy body from the fire from within.
Knowledge regarding the J-curve and its five zones is derived from r/castaneda.
In the third picture, the five zones of the J-curve have been intentionally divided into equal parts to allow for a clearer visualization of the five shifts of the assemblage point:
In the books of Carlos Castaneda, it is explained that when a sorcerer has attained his completeness by having reached the end of his journey through the First and Second Attention and wishes to depart from this world, he must be capable of making his assemblage point snap back and forth within his luminous cocoon. This action generates a pressure that causes the cocoon to burst open from within. Subsequently, perception is liberated, and the sorcerer merges with his energy body and enters into Infinity. This magnificent feat is known as "burning from the fire from within." The technique demonstrated thus far involving the three kicks executed within a single second produces this very same effect.
8.) Reflection into Infinity
The eighth phase of the technique consists of the sorcerer - after having been consumed by fire from within - allowing himself to be reflected into infinity by a mirror.
I received this information after four years from an unknown voice, which told me that a mirror must be placed at the bottom of the water basin.
9.) The Possibilities of Infinity
The ninth and final phase of this technique comprises three different options.
When I approached the young man clad in white ceremonial attire and asked him, "Where do you go when you apply this technique?" he replied: "We do not know, for no one can remember; we only know that it changes our lives." Later, following this encounter, I reflected upon the nature of infinity and arrived at three possible conclusions:
- Impeccable sorcerers who strive for freedom successfully enter infinity, where they exchange energy, for instance, with cyclical beings. However, the cantilevered water basin suspended above the earth prevents a sorcerer from remaining in this state. The cocoon reassembles itself, and the perception of the First Attention is reactivated.
- Upon returning from infinity to the Tonal, the sorcerer might be followed by a cyclical being.
- Non-impeccable sorcerers - those who strive exclusively for power over others and for material wealth - could be carried off by cyclical beings into the inorganic twin-world, vanishing from this earth forever.
Conclusions
To successfully apply this technique, one needs good friends or cohorts whom one can trust—individuals capable of seeing energy, knowledgeable about power plants, and able to work together effectively as a group.
The sorcerers of redditCastaneda - myself included - shift their assemblage points from the blue zone to the purple zone by means of Tensegrity exercises, moving along the J-curve. Within this subreddit, there are many successful sorcerers possessing unique gifts. Some are able to see and manipulate energy within the darkroom; others have established contact with inorganic or cyclical beings; some can move objects or pass through solid walls; and still others can consciously utilize their energy bodies to engage in dreaming together within the Second Attention.
The Toltecs I encountered employ this technique to shift their assemblage points from the blue zone to the purple zone; however, they cause their assemblage points to jump back and forth in a controlled manner much in the way described in the books of Carlos Castaneda.
Fundamentally, the Toltec technique is nothing other than the culmination of years of training between a Nagual and their apprentice albeit without the presence of a Nagual or the use of "Nagual blows," relying instead upon the elements. Through this technique, a sorcerer's physical body and energy body merge, enabling them to be consumed from the fire from within. This entire process is then encoded within the specific positions of the assemblage point, allowing it to be subsequently replicated once the opportune moment has arrived. Thus, any Toltec who has successfully applied this technique - even just once - is empowered to venture forth into Infinity entirely on their own.
Since I have never seen a person as a luminous egg with an assemblage point and a J-curvemyself, I have to rely on the rational perspective of othersorcerers. There aretreeaspects that should be examined more closely for accuracy so that assumptions can be replaced by hard facts.
