Lately, I’ve been struggling to quiet my body when I lie down to practice womb dreaming.
For some reason, the moment I try to get comfortable and forget I have a body, the body decides to give me a million little things to focus on, mostly random itching in different places. A few days ago I started taking L-theanine, and I found it surprisingly helpful. It seems to bring a lot of body comfort, and it also helps my mind stay clear instead of drifting away.
Of course, I could not accept that my body was getting in the way of the practice I’ve had the most success with, especially because this practice really does require calm, comfort, and stillness. So I kept insisting and practicing every day.
Last night, I went to my room about eleven or twelve hours before I usually wake up. I started with Running Man in bed, followed by darkroom gazing, after completing the series about three times. At some point, the side of my room filled with a soft pink, ethereal light. Puffs started forming, with little vibrant blue thunder-like flashes inside them.
During gazing, after each Running Man session, I would sometimes doze off for a few seconds. When I came back, I would see what looked like fibers in a golden light, mixed with other luminous colors, red, green, white, and little scenes forming inside the puffs, although still too dull to make out clearly.
Eventually, I fell asleep for what I think was around half an hour to an hour while still gazing. I woke up because some part of my brain remembered that this was practice time, not full sleep time.
So I placed my body in a strange position that seems to work well for my womb dreaming. I can’t lie completely flat, because I get the most annoying twitches and itches. So I sort of tricked my body: my legs and pelvis were turned to one side, while my torso and upper body were facing upward.
As I lay there, feeling my body relax and focusing on my womb, I kept looking into the space behind my eyelids. Purple and colored puffs began to form and swirl in front of my vision. After only a few minutes, an image of a place started forming. My body felt numb, like I could no longer feel it at all.
Then suddenly, I was inside the image.
I found myself lying in the grass and getting up, almost as if I had activated some kind of avatar body that had been asleep there, and my consciousness had just entered it. The first thing I did was look at my hands to stabilize the dream image. As soon as I saw them, everything became clear. Then I started looking closely at the details of the place around me.
It was an extremely interesting and strangely familiar world. It felt almost like Earth, but not Earth. It had a post-apocalyptic look, with concrete megastructures and whole neighborhoods in a softened brutalist style. The buildings looked old, almost like they had been inhabited for a long time, then partially abandoned, then inhabited again. Grass and plants were growing between concrete slabs and around the edges of the structures. The facades were worn and deteriorated, but the place was not gloomy at all.
The air felt pure. The atmosphere was sunny, tranquil, and beautiful.
As I looked around, I realized the place had many inhabitants going about their normal lives. It was a bizarre mixture of humans and other humanoid beings. One of them was a woman with a long human body who wore a bronze mask permanently over her face. The mask depicted a realistic human face, but it was clearly a mask. Another was a white, slender humanoid with large dark eyes and a face that looked almost insect-like, but very stylized, with no antennae or anything like that.
They all seemed to live together naturally.
There were children playing around the place where I was walking. There were markets, and something resembling schools. From time to time, when I felt I was losing dream energy, I would look back at my hands. Each time, it renewed the image and allowed me to keep exploring. I could look at objects, details, people, and the structures around me with great clarity.
I roamed around for what seems to have been about two and a half hours, based on the time when I woke up.
Before I lost dream energy completely, one of the alien-looking beings told me I had to go meet a few allies who were waiting for me in a room somewhere inside one of the concrete structures. It asked if I wanted to go there, and I said yes.
We partly flew, partly teleported into a huge concrete dome-like structure. It was very high inside, with enormous windows overlooking wild, overgrown nature outside.
There were three people sitting around a table. They told me they were inorganic beings, but they looked exactly like normal men. I was confused, and they said they could prove it to me.
As I was talking with them, I started losing dream energy again. Even when I looked at my hands, everything around me began turning black. I told them my attention was fading and that I would have to leave. Then one of them stretched his arm out very far and grabbed my hand.
The moment he touched my hand, my dream energy renewed instantly. The whole scene came back in the same clear, high-definition quality, and I was able to stay and talk to them a little longer.
After a while, I got a jolt and woke up in my bed.
I’m writing this mostly to help myself remember the experience, but I thought I might as well share it here too.
Also, you guys might want to try L-theanine. It’s a cheap supplement, easy to find almost everywhere, and in my case it seems to have helped a lot with body comfort and focus. I didn’t notice any side effects.
The image attached to this post is very close to the world I saw. I spent about two hours with ChatGPT trying to get it close enough.
Thanks for reading.

These physical sensations, such as the itchiness before shifting into the second attention, are quite normal. It’s almost as if the body checks whether you’re still awake in the meaning of first attention. The distracting sensations disappear on their own if one persists long enough without losing focus.
Yeah that’s exactly what it is. The brain checks to make sure we are actually asleep by “misfiring” electrical signals. Mine involuntarily made me kick my legs up in the air. Fun 🙃
Wahahahah omg! Such great selection of reactions hahah! Nature is trying to sabotage our perceptual evolution!
Yes, I figured, I am not very good at the part with not losing focus, I definitely loose it, hence why I try to hack the body somehow... I am sure with time I might get better at not giving into these itching so much, but it does feel like torture :)
Thank you for sharing :)
With love!
Awesome! I still have problems using wumb for dreaming, can't get it to work 🙃
Where does it go wrong for you? I found it to be very suitable for me, just requires to get used to focusing on not falling asleep...
I keep getting distracted! And internal dialogue wouldn't stop 💀
I feel you! Is same for me, except when I do womb dreaming, I let my body get very very relaxed, more like, I made it my #1 priority to put the body in the most relaxed comfy state, because I found that when the body is in the most pristine relaxed state, is when the dialogue eases as well and the feeling of sleepiness helps so much. Then is a matter only of not loosing tonal awareness when colors and images start to form and continue staying very still till you don't feel your body anymore and you find yourself in a dream image. At least is how it works for me...
What do you do before womb dreaming? Do you do alot of recapitulation? Or not doing and tensegrity?
Thank you very much for sharing this extraordinary experience, that Is also stimulating !
Hey! Happy to hear :)
Yea, I used to get the itch... Not sure when it went away. Perhaps it's an indication of a movement around the green zone? The red zone is too submerged to be itchy.
The initial display of fog, puffs, and flashes, seems like your energy body swarming in anticipation.
>Purple and colored puffs began to form and swirl in front of my vision. After only a few minutes, an image of a place started forming.
Yep, that's Silent Knowledge. I suppose you could say that SK leaks out at all levels of the assemblage point, even earlier ones. And Carlos even remarked that women are capable of skipping around, not always following a strict J curve path.
But in the case of people who manage to reach SK visions before moving all the way to the purple zone, as evidenced by seeing a little video in the air, the puffs being visible can be responsible for having made that happen.
Even as early as the green zone.
8000 years ago, the inorganic beings aided in bring SK to people who couldn't move their assemblage point far enough. Thus we got the talking lizards trick. Or the mushroom shapes used to "see" people.
But I'm afraid at this point, I'd better not comment more. I'll taint your expectations.
But I was doing this myself last night, trying to reach the real world. Once you can deliberately reach SK, you get to watch a series of "videos in the air", which makes remote viewing and teleportation possible.
I did manage to get to my office at work but only for 30 seconds.
I'll steal this for instagram and facebook if I don't get any objections.
Interesting! I always kinda thought is not working what I am doing, I always see dazzling light shows with morphing puffs and even the black and violet yin and yang you talk about and all kinds of very crazy but abstract activity that develops as soon as I got about 5 minutes of silence. But one of the reasons why I am a bit confused is the following: when I practice, I see all kinds of abstract visions like I said, everything from variety of colors, violet mists, white mists, blue, super bright blue sparkles, red, green, yellow sparkles, texture in puffs, little thunders, weird symmetric white dots that form shapes, whispy lights playing and list can go on and on. But, when I get deeper in silence, I kinda doze off for a split second and is when I have a little dream which I become aware of only after it happened and my brain is awake. My confusion stems from the fact that it seems to me that there are two types of seeing things if that makes sense. On one hand, the puffs and the visual show I just said, is so visual, it seems it almost happens in the eyes, if I have a source of light, it covers the light completely. Also I see them at dawn when I gaze and they completely take over my vision and everything I see. But on the other hand, the little "dream" I have when I doze off seems of a different nature, although I can tell what is happening, it does not look like it comes from the same place as the puffs. When I wake up though, from the little doze, I have then a mixture between as visually concrete as puffs and dream like image, as were the fibers I was seeing. Of course, once I am successfully inside the dream scene, is a complete replica of the every day reality we live in, for me there is no difference, details have the same feeling and even textures, like VR.
Sorry for the extra confused replay. I guess my brain was constantly expecting for things to appear in front of me as an extension of the puffs, and maybe at some point they will, but I am not sure if I should measure my advancement with that. Seems like extreme movement of the assemblage point create a completely different perceptual experience. But from my understanding Carlos, don Juan, don Genaro and company, were able to hold those states and be active in the first attention as well....
>But on the other hand, the little "dream" I have when I doze off seems of a different nature,
That's just the percentage of tonal involved in the situation. The "dream" is mostly in your double (energy body). Thus if there's too little tonal that goes along, even if you started out awake in the tonal and used womb dreaming to go in, you'll still have a hard time recalling it and manipulating it rationally.
That's why sorcerers learn to move their tonal's assemblage point into alignment with that of the double.
VISUALLY! It's not a theory.
That produces stable waking dreaming: AKA "seeing".
>But from my understanding Carlos, don Juan, don Genaro and company, were able to hold those states and be active in the first attention as well....
That's what we're trying to do, for sure!
"Clean our link to intent".
It's a very long path. I almost wonder if people who have too much natural talent, couldn't have a disadvantage over those who have to work hard to get anything to happen?
Of course all that matters is not giving up, and not dying before you can get to where don Juan and don Genaro got.
Could be if things come too easy, people don't value the early results as much so that they never get to the point of knowing enough to keep on the path?
There's plenty of opposition out there, to swoop in and capture someone on the fence. They rely on the fact that people seek human attention, and will give up a path that has too little, for a path that has plenty. Even if the new path is a dead end and obviously wrong.
For example, I got attacked by a little hoard of Jehovah's witness witches at the airport last night. They just showed up, seemingly to convince me to give up and follow their "magic book".
Might be why the lineages taught in secret, using the Nagual's blow.
And found something else, such as the history of non-seers prior to our lineages, to distract their apprentices.
We don't have enough information on how don Juan and group kept all the apprentices busy and entertained. My guess is, each apprentice got specific tasks and were assigned their own private teacher, without realizing what was going on.
Pity the apprentices don't seem to have left any written record.
Sorcerers and witches are master manipulators of people.
Which seems to include Cholita, who I managed to get home last night after hiring people to fix everything broken around the house (can't do that when she's here), only to find that on her first night home, she ripped the guts out of the toilet again.
That would be time #6 by my guessing.
Why, I have no idea.
Possibly she didn't want me thinking things were fine now.
Wow thanks Dan, I have a few more questions, I will write them a bit later. Some pesky sect those are...
Makes sense the explanation of the mini dream, although that happens only before I succesfully manage to get into the dream image. Once I am in is not only visual, is 100% inmersive.
Cholita is back!!! So happy shes safe home and you got her around gutting toilets and all ☺️
Forgot to answer you to post it if you like, no permission required, if I share it, is for everyone.
Here's a picture of the situation with dreaming. Our goal is to bring a lot more tonal awareness in, and to go directly into dreaming, from awake.

The results are astonishing. You'll end up in waking dreaming even while doing stuff in the real world. Which means, as a result of trying to bring more tonal into the Nagual realms, your nagual realms send more awareness into your waking world, to go along with your physical body.
Which is how things were when you are an infant, and the world was filled with amazing magic and wonders.
But over time, our tonal rose to dominate our life.
It's our internal dialogue which drives the Nagual awareness away, so naturally if you eliminate the internal dialogue, the nagual awareness finds accompanying you to be as fun as you find it to have magic come along with you with no effort.
For instance, I drove to get Cholita with my assemblage point shifted to the left, in the green zone along the J curve.
That makes even mundane things amazing to look at.
Thank you so very much! That image and explanation are spot on!! Exactly what I was wondering about, because it was always so confusing to me, since my experiences mostly involve womb dreaming, was wondering what is the state one must be in, in order to perceive the same type of magic as in dreaming but while practicing.
As I said, I already get crazy crazy lights and colours and shapes, but so far, except the little dream images when I doze off, almost nothing concrete while I am in my full tonal awareness. I was unsure if I had to put my body in a trance state in which is close to being asleep, like hypnagogic state or how.
Btw Cholita practices daily like you do, or do you know any practice she is inclined to use in order to get to that point of breaking the laws of physics?
Thank you for all you share, we are in a massive energetic debt with you!
You just have to stop your internal dialogue and your waking world will overflow with intense magic. Then anything you can do in sleeping dreams, can be done fully awake.
Even the impossible stuff.
It's not like there's a "real world" and then a phantom duplicate. Why people would believe that is unfathomable to me.
Both worlds are caused by the same effect: focusing your awareness.
It's just that when awake we've been punished and taught not to focus our awareness anywhere that society doesn't endorse.
At least, you seem to be doing the impossible at the time. You're fully awake, everything is normal, some magic becomes visible, and then you interact with it and things get out of hand.
Crazy stuff like swiping time backwards to see something again, walking through solid walls, leaping through outer space, opening portals and walking off into another world.
And you have close to 80% of your rationality, whereas in sleeping dreams you only have as little as 5%.
But do you really do those things? Break the laws of physics?
It sure seems so. Could be, the truth is more complicated than we understand.
Even for our ordinary version of reality.
>I was unsure if I had to put my body in a trance state
You could learn to do that, but only after succeeding many, many times. So you're not going to find a "trick" to get out of the hard work of learning to stop your internal dialogue.
That's why there's no real magic anywhere else. No one is willing to learn to stop their internal dialogue, so they're limited to lame meditation effects.
That's how far you can get if all you do is "alter" your internal dialogue. But that's enough to trick people into giving a guru money for a decade or two, before they realize their meditation system hasn't ever worked for anyone in any meaningful way.
To get where we go, you have to STOP it.
If you tried to learn to go into a "trance" without stopping your internal dialogue to see it happen via assemblage point shift, you'd just imagine how to do it, and mess things up. You'd end up stuck in meditative effect realms.
Trying is what's called a "dirty link to intent". It's the main problem we face as sorcerers. Doing things, without anticipating results.
>do you know any practice she is inclined to use
Sounds like tensegrity to me, through the walls.
But she likely practices everything she learned from all sources, based on which she believes might work better.
