Wasn’t gonna post, but I keep thinking I should, so here it is. It’s rare, I linger on experiences or fully remember them.
I “think/guess/assume” it was an IOB offering me candy. (Maybe they know I like those gummies covered in nerds candy?)
IOBs often show up as shadowy undefined presence(s).
Anyways, my reason and all too common common sense kicked in when I thought about grabbing a bag before actually grabbing a bag. Imagine that ride? IOB spiked candy! I missed out.
The Ai pic, is just a pic. I can say, things look real, dreamlike real, a CGI/Ai real, a different kind of evolving real that doesn’t look daily awareness real, which is real, is prob my best simplest description for now. It doesn’t really matter.
How to maintain some self control in SA? That’s what I’m still tryna figure out…….Will?

¿Dónde has estado, tío?
I’m not sure what to do. I don’t have deep enough inner silence or the necessary control to choose anything, yet. It’s also possible, or maybe probable that I never will.
Candyland
Damn………..
I’m just a loosy goosy light weight, but F’ing hell, everything here is……..similar/connected/parallel/coupled/interwoven? Something over my head.
lol I was thinking of that
If you get the candies, you have to take a tour 😳😂
I’ll pick you up, but at the rate I’m going won’t be anytime soon.
Deeper silence. It's all about the silence.
Once you forget that, you'll get lost from all the odd magical paths you could take, if you begin to believe we're trying to "learn sorcery".
that's a huge mistake, but you can't understand that until you get lost a few times and find your way back to emphasizing silence, and the flow of silent knowledge.
I'm afraid that most of our community is lost.
But at least now they know this path isn't pretend. So most will find their way back to emphasizing what Carlos told us to emphasize.
Immersing yourself in silence.
Here's some AI located quotes about this:
***(from an AI reading all of the materials)***
"internal silence is the only way to venture into the left side"
"It would be nearly impossible without internal silence. Stop your internal dialogue and you will get there."
He told the audience that don Juan's primary goal was internal silence, and that each person has a specific personal threshold they must reach to see.
Because Castaneda was the last Nagual of his lineage, his followers were instructed that they must rely on inner silence (or silent knowledge) to guide their next steps, rather than looking for a new human leader.
Castaneda states that the result sought by the shamans of ancient Mexico was "entering into a state of inner silence and deciding from inner silence what the next step will be".
AI summary: because there is no new Nagual to lead the group, the "new leadership" must come from the practitioner entering a state of inner silence and letting that silence dictate their next steps.
***
But it's not all so boring... Entering that state comes with endless "perks".
Such as "dream bubbles reaching the surface". That's where you are gazing at silent knowledge, and then remember something very odd that "just happened".
It takes weeks of that perhaps to realize, your sleeping dream world is beginning to overlap with your Silent Knowledge gazing. So that your silent knowledge can trigger a flow from a specific dream, which seems to become a "memory" of something which "just now happened".
That's not really what's going on, but it seems to be at the time, and it's probably a useful confusion.
Because the actual truth of what those memories are, is too disturbing to believe.
I’ve been lost 🙋♂️ “trying to learn” (language screws us up), but maybe I get what you mean: via “silent knowledge” there’s nothing to learn. Learning isn’t the same as practicing, learning is closer to pretending. Other than tensegrity there’s nothing to learn. It’s consistent effort and practice at silence that matters?
> “the actual truth of what those memories are, is too disturbing to believe.”
- those memories come from our double/energy body? In normal dreaming we get a peek at how overwhelming and unfathomable those worlds and inhabitants are? Thus, our language, reason and common sense protect us?
**I’ll take my lumps here, if I’m incredibly oblivious. I also like some sense of what I’m getting myself into which is why I’m still hesitant to beckon IOBs.
The AI gave me some quotes about how silence relates to doing tensegrity, and it's pretty obvious the tensegrity is designed to immerse you in silence. Silence isn't an afterthought for Tensegrity.
Even though it's largely been tossed out as necessary to do Tensegrity correctly.
Carlos did his best in private classes, but people just ignored the silence part.
Maybe with Yogis and Buddhist "masters" saying it's impossible, they just figured if that could happen, it would come by itself.
It doesn't... Silence has to be "coveted".
*** (From the AI) ***
from the Silent Knowledge publication explaining that goal:
***
Don't worry about the IOBs. They'll fade away to invisible at some point, the way they did for La Gorda. And don Juan didn't seem to perceive them as vividly as his apprentices did. Maybe he just saws them as "shapes" or a "pressure".
But inside a sleeping dream, they're as real as can be, even after you've reached Silent Knowledge.
Im cognitive of my internal dialogue setting up shop and becoming a “natural” part of my practice. Trying to keep tensegrity unique to inner silence. The internal dialogue is a sneaky and demanding forker.
I’m noticing, recap creeping in. While practicing vivid memories and actual life situations have started popping up while in Darkroom. Im not sure how to handle this? So I’m pausing tensegrity and moving to recap head sweeps. As far as I know I’m not initiating, so it could be internal dialogue looking for attention. What do you think/suggest?
I doubt anyone's suggestion for what to do in a situation like that is of any use.
The details of everyone's experiences are pretty much unique.
And yes, inner silence attracts the IOBs. But once you've steadily seen on a daily basis, I'm not sure they can show up in a realistic form.
Certainly don Juan didn't see what Carlos saw, when they were running around in the mountains and some Allies were visible to Carlos.
Of course, what anyone sees, comes from them. So even La Gorda and Carlos saw different things when the Allies were messing with them.
True and the large fish faced one eyed monster man DJM saw was also unique to him. I enjoyed those stories.
Did you notice that Julian tapped him on the shoulder each time he saw it?
He had to move his assemblage point at least to the green zone, or the allies aren't visible.
Naturally once you've seen one, fright can move your assemblage point that far all by itself.
But unlikely that's true until you "share" some energy with them.
And being afraid of them is the best way to do that for a beginner.
I got a long presentation in SK Last night, on what types of things we've misunderstood, from the books.
Because people didn't get them to work, they started pretending their results.
And once they have a pretense based on a very poor understanding, they'll attack anyone who gives a different interpretation, even when it's totally obvious that's correct.
I suppose the classic example is the part time Tai Chi teacher who pretends that's a path to sorcery knowledge, and has told all his friends "I can see!"
Those should pee their pants on looking around in this subreddit, but somehow they shield themselves from confessing they've been making up stuff all these years.
So you end up with the "visible magic is inferior to being impeccable!"
So at the least, it could turn out that this generation is screwed, and the best we can do is get a few who learn but can't figure out how to get others to learn.
And wait for a generation that grew up knowing this magic works, so they don't pretend themselves into a corner aren refuse to come out of it.
I suspect my use of the word “hesitance” is my macho man way of saying, afraid. I dole out enough “hesitance” for them to notice me.
Pretending is the enemy and it comes naturally and makes us think we are progressing. I’d rather be aggravated by having my fakery/foolery found than erroneously believing I’m progressing. You mentioned in a previous post/comment that you have 55+ years of practice that’s kind of commitment a person needs to advance, my one year is an iffy nothing burger attempt. But it’s been hella enjoyable and life changing.
Unless your goal is to be an A++ human there’s no reason to practice impeccability, losing self importance or any of the other stuff. Do it for the sorcery
I redid it as a Tai Chi teacher... Because I've run into several of those who claim "I can see", in the last 7 years.
Here's something educational:
Tai Chi comes from Daoism.
Daoism is a PLAGUE on Chinese countries.
All you have to do is actually study it. Start with YouTube videos. But also learn about what goes on with Daoist "churches" in Chinese countries.
As a practice, it's obsessed with longevity potions and procedures, because of its history trying to steal money from the Chinese emperor, who liked that "new" religion at one point long ago, because they were willing to say they "saw" the hierarchy of heaven, and the emperor is truly descended from the Gods.
Carlos jokingly called Howard Lee "A death defier" and at the time no one understood. We thought he was implying Howard was the death defier from the books.
Not at all... Daoists are indeed "death defiers".
They never get anywhere, but they like to claim they will.
There's absolutely no actual wisdom in Daoism. It's just self-flattering Asian fake religion.
They have the self-flattering part down to a science.
As a naive westerner, it's possible that you have to see outside the Island of the tonal, to become immune to the self-flattering explanations Asian religions use.
Buddhism relies on self-pity for their justification. But the self-flattery is still built into it.
Thus "The Noble Truths" read like a pity manifesto.
Totally irrelevant when you're gazing into the Nagual.
Which means, when you are no longer filtering out most of reality.
Taisha gave a lecture once where she almost came out and said what was going on with humans, in a nutshell.
Essentially, there's too much to perceive. So any being has to reduce the total they are willing to perceive at any given time.
Then in a large group, that soon becomes the ONLY thing people are allowed to perceive.
And if they perceive outside that, they're labeled as crazy liers.
Ya, I’m not a people person, or much for socializing. Delving into religions and religious beliefs is ringing the dinner bell for cuckoos to interact and socialize with me. Hard pass/no and I’ll take your word for it.
I agree with Tasha’s position on filtering, DJM and CC mention it in the books. Modern physics and neurology have caught up to CC with the same conclusions that humans filter reality via perception, maybe this is why our eyeballs have evolved to limit the colour spectrum as well. In my own words, Sorcery is all about increasing the filters porosity in a controlled manner.
Pretty sophistimicated stuff for an old Indian and freshman….
forker?
My ID is very sneaky, it basically ruins every not doing that I try - initial attempts have best results and then slowly the ID figures out how to become a "natural" part of it. Worst nothing helps with that. So good luck and if you find your cure for it - please share:)
Forker aka “Fucker” I was trying not to be a foul trucker mouth, but you ruined for me lol 😂 j/k
Yes I have the cure: practice incessantly. Practice outside of your Darkroom practice everyday, doing differnt things. It’s not something we learn to shut off and good to go. We’re forever practicing and challenging ourselves, and not all attempts are equal.
Roll with it. Don’t take yourself or your efforts seriously. But practice seriously.
haha 😂
I think the internal dialogue always finds a way to hook part of my attention.
When I first started gazing, it felt like I could place almost 100% of my attention on what I was looking at. But over time the internal dialogue gradually started claiming some of that attention for itself.
At one point I thought that maybe the solution was to keep about 70% of my attention on the gazing and use the other 30% to monitor for the appearance of the internal dialogue. It seemed to work for a while, but then the internal dialogue adapted to that as well. It somehow found a way to sneak into the background, and before I knew it, it had been running for a few seconds—or sometimes even a few minutes.
If you pressed me for to choose, I’d probably say I’ve had better internal dialogue control with Gazing than in Darkroom, but I do DR practice more.
Seems like gazing is harder to commit too than DR, but Gazing facilitates inner silence. If that makes any sense?
I don’t time or think in terms of percentages cause I don’t wanna fixate.
Have tried water gazing? Fast flowing water seems to work best for me and it forces you to move your eyes.
There’s trees I gaze at regularly and they’ll make appearances in DR.
Before, I used to spend a lot of time staring at water, especially the sea and lakes/reservoirs—most often facing the sun so I could watch the sunlight sparkling on the water, especially when there were waves or wind. But even that ability has weakened considerably, so lately I don't do it anymore.
In darkroom, my internal dialogue has been the slowest to adapt, but it is adapting nonetheless.
Sounds very cool 😎
Don’t give up! It’s not a straight line up into the 3rd attention. It’s a marathon with 1 step forward and 3 steps back. I’m middle age with all the responsibilities, dependants and distractions that come with it and I’ve been practicing 6 days a week for over a year. I primarily stick to Darkroom Tensegrity. It’s changed me.
You’ve already started go give her hell amigo!
To this warning about not getting sidetracked too much (it's ok to play with magic, but keep your eye on the goal of SK), there's the tendency of your "self" to fight back, as you begin to move past it nightly.
That most likely just comes up as impatience, or a desire to go do something else even when you're gazing at intense, unbelievable magic for a half hour a night, every night.
Somehow that's "irrelevant" or "unusable", or even "delusional".
You'll be fighting the hard sugar layer at the bottom of our cup of reality poison, given to us to drink by the family we were born into.
But don't anyone confuse my analogy with an admonition not to consume sugar.
That's silly. You'll figure out what you can't consume, once you're trying to remember "watermelon man" and how that could possibly have happened just now, while you were practicing.
If you try to go religious and spiritual before you have specific reasons to do so, based on what's actually happening, you'll also get distracted, and lost.
Also, it's a good idea to have one of those "thumbs up" markers for all states you encounter.
My list is up to these five. I just added the "will" thumbs 2 days ago, on noticing that "will" is fully visible at the level of those tentacles.
When I get to witness "will" stabilize something forming from Silent Knowledge, I use the fist bump to mark it for remembering.
From last night, I don't remember what triggered it anymore,. other than a wave coming from my midsection.
But I do remember doing the fist bump "thumbs up" twice.
That's the reason for those. To carry over significant magical experiences during practice, until the next day when you'd normally have forgotten them.
kind of loving that memory system in your picture! 🤩
Good. I'll tell you a secret I hope no one else notices since this is a reply to your comment. And we don't need beginners pretending their results.
The "secret" is, intent stores into containers...
So in this case, at advanced stages you can invoke one of those levels to "resume", by using the hand signal.
The hand signal you use to boost memory of an event, stores the intent of that sort of thing happening. So that for example,. the "not here" palm, works to increase translocation scene visibility.
And it works with the palm pointed down at the floor also, when the floor translocates to a moss covered patch in the mountains.
I was testing it last night. It does indeed work.
That led to me discovering this movement to increase the intensity of SK videos in the air.
Here's a puzzle to solve.
What the hell did Carlos mean, with this explanation? I'm sure it bothered everyone who read it, because it wasn't what they had understood Tensegrity to be:
"From inner silence, the practitioners of Tensegrity will be able to execute, by themselves, for whatever effect they see fit, without any coaching from outside sources, any movement from the bulk of movements with which they have been saturated; they will be able to execute them with precision and speed, as they walk, or eat, or rest, or do anything."
At some point, you literally get to visibly see that it's true.
But at that level the world isn't at all what it seems to be, at our normal level.
It's more like an interconnected flow of scenes you perceive, linked so well that they seem continuous.
It sounds like developing a control panel for something that previously might not have been controllable... or at least, controls that weren't so readily accessible!
Now this sounds like fun... and very handy--literally! Thank you! 😃
Movement, always a key that seems to need re-emphasis
I also got a look at "emanation ranges not previously accessible to the lineages", while playing with this effect.
That's actually a real thing! That if you get energetic mass going, for instance with people doing tensegrity in groups, you light up new emanations that sorcerers can utilize.
And possibly that's how Carlos found a way to survive death, without any of the containers sorcerers have used in the past.
