I was surprised the other day when I went looking around in my dark room after completing my tensegrity, hoping to find a physical passage out of the room using the second attention. Those can look perfectly ordinary, except that since it's your own room you know for a fact there's no open window on the east wall, no rip down the middle of the south wall, or maybe you know for a fact that you have a ceiling and above it a roof, so that it's not possible to look up and see the night sky moon and stars.
But usually I don't focus on the floor.
This time I did, and I was shocked at how my energy body seemed to LOVE hanging out down there, to put on a show for me.
That's not really what was going on with Carlos and don Juan's insistence that he had to "find his spot", or else he couldn't learn sorcery.
As you may know, don Juan needed Carlos more than Carlos needed him, so in fact that whole episode was a trick of some kind.
But it's no trick that you can see colors down there, on the ground.
You can do that during darkroom practice.
Just be warned, if you "look for your spot" you might not like what you find. Depending on where you've gotten so far, along the J curve.
I used to find Minx down there, pretending to be a pink squirrel / puff fish.
Minx is the second ally that Carlos introduced to his private class.
Cholita loves that one. I often come home to find her talking to Minx, until she realizes I'm there.

Fun fact: this exercise was the first time i ever saw color puffs. I was 15 when i read jurney to ixtlan and i remember when Carlos found colors and his spot. I remember thinking it was going to be easy considering how fast he did it.
I ended up not seeing colors when i tried my first time for hours, but in about a month of trying every time before bed, i did end up seeing faint colors, like green and purple. I don't think it was ever supposed to be hard to find, yet for some reason it is just not available for some people. Makes me think that alot of this is just about intent.
Your energy body has to come off the walls on the inside of your luminous shell.
Typically that happens when you have learned to stop your internal dialogue, but "looking for your spot" definitely alters your internal dialogue enough to get you to the green zone.
Eventually...
So you could call it "Floor Meditation" and you can expect to get results just as good as the most powerful Yogi or Buddhist Master meditation technique.
Except your eyes are open, so it's even better.
Just don't forget it can take hours before your modified internal dialogue convinced your double to swarm out as "colors".
Here's the best the aI could draw Minx, in his purple/pink squirrel/puffer fish form.
He wants to be stroked.
He's far creepier than this, in that form. Most would flee for their life on running into this, but I'd gotten over the fear of the Allies when he started visiting me on his own, without Cholita bringing him into my room.
Where can you end up if you take one of those physical passages out of the room?
A billion light years away if you leap into the sky. You get to watch stellar systems and galaxies go by in real time.
It's absolutely amazing.
Thus my never ending attempts to preserve this magic, and fight off the endless pretenders who invade the subreddit to get attention for themselves, with hopes of selling fake sorcery lessons to people.
Judging by how fast stuff went by the first time I used that sky method to exit my locked room, my speed had to be millions of light years per second.
And it even hurt when I landed! I looked around on another world, and saw all white little hut shapes around 200 feet away from where I landed, with no variety. No roads too.
I was in my physical body, or so it seemed at the time. You just leap. And later you're back home, just like in the books.
If you jump out a window that materializes on your wall, you end up wherever you see through the window.
Perhaps on a Sonoran desert dirt road. I once spent 3 hours wandering around on one of those, after noticing it was only 15 feet down to the road if I leaped out the window which materialized, at high speed.
Couldn't just jump cautiously because it wasn't smooth just in front of the window, on the outside of the house.
So I did! I leapt out the window as fast as I could with only a 15 foot distance to pick up speed.
NOT IN SLEEPING DREAMING!!!
Never pretend your sleeping dreams are sorcery practice, or you'll never get up the determination needed to practice seriously.
I was practicing my tensegrity, went to sit on pillows on the bed to gaze at all the magic swirling in the room.
And that window materialized. I felt wind blowing through it, and realized it was a real place the window was showing me.
So no matter how you try to explain it, the leaping part ought to have left a big bump on my head if I was only hallucinating the window. I'd have smashed into the wall.
Another time Cholita showed up, walking through my locked door while I was doing a tensegrity pass, taunted me, then took off running.
She'd done that before, but the last time I chased her only 15 feet through what should have been the walls of the house, panicked, and ran back into my locked room.
I couldn't figure out where I had ended up, if I just ran through the wall. So I ran back and the walls were restored.
I could no longer escape.
This time I just calmly opened the door (Cholita went through it like it wasn't there), and chased her through our house, into our fairly large yard, and saw her leap over our 6 foot high block wall to land on a power line.
I chased her 20 miles, leaping across power lines.
Until we reached Long Beach.
Where the power lines converged in some odd way, and I lost her.
There's too many other stories to tell.
One of them involves Cholita going to hell.
This actually happened, but the video doesn't show me trying to follow her. My animation skills were too poor at that point.
In the real situation, she was completely naked. But if she ever sees this video, it wouldn't be good if she were fully nude in it.
That's a clone of Cholita in her 30s, when she first met Carlos.

She sounds absolutely terrifying. But I suppose that's just the way it goes.
Actually in that form she's much nicer than her physical body version.
My guess is that troublesome people have doubles who know their physical version is unpleasant, and behave a bit bettter.
But not much...
Today I was making a post about my experience with “daydreaming and thoughts,” and I just realized how time-consuming it is to make the images, and how much time you spend on your posts!
Or maybe I’m just too obsessive about the accuracy of the images?
I think I’ll eventually have to settle for those AI-generated images...
It takes an average of 4 hours.
Several weeks for a video.
But soon, you can do both on an AI.
