Hey... don’t be too mean. This is my first post, and maybe my last.
It took a long time!!! In the end, I was satisfied with these image results.
I think this post should be banned and burned.
Regarding the reaction that happened on Discord to the idea that not everything in sorcery is a construct and that they are actually “energetic facts”...
I think reactions like that actually come from the fear of losing the purpose. The idea that if something isn’t a fact and unchangeable, then the goal becomes meaningless, the way society has taught us.
But really... one encounter with the abstract is enough to make all the facts disappear.
In fact, the witches’ talk about “having an unbending purpose” comes from facing the abstract. A realm without facts, everything real and unreal,....
Before that, having a goal is easy; even knowing that something is a fact is enough to make us take action.
But actually, the idea of having a purpose comes in to fill that possible motivational void after encountering the abstract, so that your enthusiasm and daily practices still make sense to you.
I also made an image of the practice, but I didn’t know where to put it, so I’ll leave it in the comments.
This is the result of my practice a few days ago, which came to me while gazing at the pieces of my energy that were glowing, about how “thoughts and daydreaming” are formed.
Our perception forms when our energy puffs put pressure on the emanations, and that pressure causes luminosity and awareness.
The place that is called the assemblage point, and in fact the world we are currently perceiving, is a place in the emanations where a mass of our energy has become concentrated and illuminated... We have tons of them!
In fact, the pieces of our energy body are scattered throughout the luminous sphere, and each one is illuminating and enriching a portion of the emanations. And recapitulation detaches those pieces, and that mass becomes ready to be enriched again, where the person directs them again and engages them with other emanations.
In the same way, thoughts happen when the activity of other puffs that are focused on other emanations starts to be injected into the puff we are currently perceiving, or they are perceived simultaneously, depending on how you experience it. And this causes the experience of a “thought,” as an additional perception that is experienced alongside the perception of your current scene.
This also gives us an idea of how one of the witches of the lineage could perceive 200 different assemblage point positions simultaneously—not that she had 200 assemblage points, but that assemblage point refers to the place where perception is taking place, meaning a puff of your energy that is illuminating the emanations. And in our case, our perceptual focus is on the puff that has illuminated the emanations of the everyday world.
And this also sheds light on why daydreaming consumes your dreaming attention, because you are actually sending your puffs to new emanations to assemble new perceptions, but you are only focusing them as a hook for receiving “moods” and blurry scenes, instead of dreaming, which comes with the full perception of the scene. And this causes the amount needed to perceive a complete scene to become dispersed throughout the day, until it is gathered again.
Therefore, there is no such thing as "thoughts" or "daydreaming" in the way we think of them. It is a kind of work with puffs and dreaming that society has taught us to do in order to reinforce the stability of this world...
We never gave up on sorcery! We simply changed the way we interact.

Banned and burned !!!! lol 😂 good evening and thank you for the information and taking the time to post this , just as I’ve been catching myself day dreaming less and less ; a true reminder . 🙇🏻
No this is not the case, this specific sorcerer was able to dream-enter 200 different assemblage points and it's really well explained. In another account from Don Juan she was the teacher of La Catalina and they could Indeed totally transform into an animal ect in real.
From the book " The Witches Dream" by Florida. Donner
" Legends of men changing into birds or angels are accounts of a concealed truth, which appears to be the fantasizing, or simply the delusions of primitive or deranged minds. So it's been the task of sorcerers for thousands of years to make new legends, and to discover the concealed truth of
old ones. This is where dreamers come into the picture. Women are best at dreaming. They
have the facility to abandon themselves; the facility to let go. The woman who taught me to
dream could maintain two hundred dreams."
Esperanza regarded me intently as if she were appraising my reaction which was complete
stupefaction for I had no idea what she meant. She explained that to maintain a dream meant
that one could dream something specific about oneself and could enter into that dream at will.
Her teacher, she said, could enter at will into two hundred specific dreams about herself.
"Women are peerless dreamers," Esperanza assured me: "Women are extremely practical. In
order to sustain a dream, one must be practical, because the dream must pertain to practical
aspects of oneself. My teacher's favorite dream was to dream of herself as a hawk. Another was
to dream of herself as an owl. So depending on the time of the day, she could dream about
being either one, and since she was dreaming while she was awake, she was really and
absolutely a hawk or an owl."
Women are too self-critical. I've been reading this subreddit for about a year and noticed that women just share their experiences, while men mostly chat without even starting to practice. Probably, now there is such a stage – we need to realize that this is not just a fantasy, and accumulate experience. So far, I have only momentary appearances of puffs and their transformation. Balancing dreams and reality is not easy at all.
It's not a great achievement, but I'll try to tell about my experience: in practice, I saw an apartment building covered with a huge amount of white mold. This mold was stirring and spreading spores. Then only my interpretation is in the usual state. I recently moved from the capital to a small impoverished city and rented an apartment in an old house, surrounded by a crumbling school, bad roads, and people tired of poverty and war. Maybe this mold is my impression of a city that seems to be covered in mold. Maybe this mold is something more real, but invisible, the perception of dirt in the air, for example. Or the impression of the emotions of despair of others. I understand that this is a minor movement of the assemblage point, almost an ordinary dream, but how vivid! If we talk about goals, it is useful, at least, for artists. That's probably why there are so many drug addicts among them.

That's possibly an inventory expert, even if it's a woman. And maybe trying to turn this into a religion, mostly because they can't get it to work well enough to motivate them so they try to find some other reward. Such as being a knowledgeable and angry defender member of the community.
You can witness this kind of behavior by experimenting on Mormons and Jehovah's Witnesses who come around to convert you.
They try to escape the prison they were born into, by transferring to another prison they think is less horrible.
And as I've learned, inventory experts are grievance collectors.
So there's good reason to discourage that type of thinking, if you don't want our discussion groups to devolve into political fist fights.
I was looking at a different kind of puff just last night, wondering why its color was different and spotty, and whether you could do that same thing with it that you can do with the others.
And realized there's endless ways to perceive the second attention. You try to stick to the "intent of the sorcerers of ancient Mexico" as best you can, but to ignore something new that you see, just because you never read a description of it, will doom many to never learn.
We want magic. ANY magic that's real.
The only thing we should ban is pretend magic.
But there's the problem. How can you tell if it's another person's experiences?
I'm not sure even the person doing the pretending, knows that's pretending.
Because everywhere else, pretending is the only thing they have and it's encouraged. It's even a technique in Buddhism. Visualization.
Thus we all grew up to believe anything magical requires pretending it.
Here's my idea of an alternative to the J curve. One which fits the "second half" of the lecture on the J curve that Carlos gave. He mentioned this and started to explain what women are able to do.
But realized our attention span was so short that he couldn't even manage to finish the lecture on the J curve, let alone give a lecture on how women can cheat and move their assemblage point directly to any point on the egg.
This diagram is very poor, but you get the idea. Our assemblage point can move anywhere on the egg, at which point we keep track of how it got there, only by the effect. By the scenery along the way.
Just as Athina was suggesting the powerful witch that could keep 200 dreams around to assemble when needed, identified them by their characteristics.
Owlness, for example.
You can more easily explore this awake in my opinion, by watching for "videos in the air", and seeing what "knowledge" flows while viewing them.
After a while you begin to accept "irrational" knowledge, and get to view continuous "knowledge" of numerous other positions of the assemblage point.
But reproducing those locations you identify seems next to impossible. There's just too many.
Haha, that’s very funny. Although, to be fair, I recognize myself as having been one of those in the past as well- maybe a little less so now.
Actually we've come under attack lately, but it's not clear from whom or why.
One was a Tata Kachora zombie attacking instagram. Perhaps the one who tried to take us down 4 or 5 years ago, once they became aware that all this stuff actually works.
They were trying to sell the pretend kind where you just go around saying "I have a benefactor", after paying to have one. And then you just repeat stuff from the first 3 books.
It's not suppose to actually work, in their way of looking at things.
It just makes you "impeccable" I suppose.
This might be my favorite visual depiction/illustration of both one's tonal and nagual assemblage points being in alignment, at the same position.
Burn and throw away if you must, but thank you for sharing! 🙌💖 Wonderful post
I’m digging this post. Been and re-reading it.
I’m not the Castaneda expert, but I don’t think you’re saying anything contrary or controversial to the books or workshops, if anything you’re illuminating info for others to relate to. You did so clearly.
Your SK findings on thoughts, dreaming and daydreaming, while gazing are pretty awesome and interesting - the kinda thing serious practitioners strive for.
I save Dan’s posters that resonate. Yours is great and I’ve saved it. Hope it’s ok with you.
