When I managed to stop my internal dialogue for a few minutes, I clearly felt a very intense energy around me that was spinning. It was so strong that I became dizzy and closed my eyes. While my eyes were closed, I could no longer tell how I was sitting or what clothes I was wearing. I felt completely merged with that energy, and at times I even felt like I had no physical body.
I don’t know what I experienced or what that energy was. Can anyone guide me about this experience?
Is it possible that it was my double (dreaming body)?

It's the green zone on the J curve. So you might sense it and even switch to "it" back and forth.
But the double doesn't become visible until the early red zone, and probably won't stand next to you once in a while until "The Shift Below", which is the DEEP red zone.
I'm referring to assemblage point position:
The green zone is what's considered "enlightenment" in Eastern systems, but we just consider it a curious trap, designed to inflate your ego with your eyes closed, and prevent you from going further.
Past the green zone things get too scary for 99.9999999% of people. We lose a good 10% of people who actually try this magical system, to fear of spirits.
They're very scary when they're absolutely real looking, and standing right there while you're fully awake with your eyes open, doing physical movements designed to help stop the internal dialogue.
Spirits that are REAL are even scary to meditation "masters". Which lets you know, they haven't actually seen the "hierarchy of heaven" as they like to claim. That's just a religious fantasy.
Here's the map Carlos gave us before he died.

Carlos also wanted to give us a second map that applies to "some women", but our attention span was too short.
So he didn't even complete this J curve map. He stopped explaining in the purple zone, after suggesting a slight shift left results in "sublime" results. It's a real pity he didn't keep explaining. He was showing how the assemblage point comes into alignment with the assemblage point of your "double", but that there's a 1 inch diameter circle around "perfect alignment" which produces specific "practical magic". So a not perfect alignment is useful, as long as there's any overlap at all.
Here's the video showing that alignment and what happens. Super cool stuff, including switching to your double without realizing it.
The purple zone is continuous streaming of timelines alternate to this one.
Here's a cartoon on alternate timelines, and the three most common ways you get to view them, using our sorcery.
It's the 4K version. I've been watching YouTube too much I suppose because lately I get disappointed when they aren't 4K.
If it won't stream smoothly on your device, there's a 720p version over on the same channel.
Thank you so much for your detailed and thorough explanation and guidance. I really needed it.
Just to clarify again: when I first felt that intense spinning energy around me, my eyes were open. It was so strong that I had to close my eyes because of the dizziness. I also had mental silence at that moment (there was no internal dialogue).
So even with my eyes open and in a state of mental silence, was I still in the green zone?
Sure. You can be in the green zone all day long. Especially if you isolate yourself from real life.
That's the trick Zen monks use, to convince themselves that their horrible Rinzai Zen monastery training is a good thing.
Of course it's just Buddhism turning people into obedient zombies who serve their church system, and they don't even suspect there's 46 times more that's not covered by their religion.
I can calculate that it's 46 times more magic than they get to witness, because Zen "enlightenment" is just a 6 inch movement of the assemblage point down the back. You can tell by what they describe about it, and how they need to close their eyes to experience it.
Whereas our goal is 23.2 feet away from that!
We move our assemblage point all the way around the outside of the luminous shell so that it ends up on the other side.
No religion covers the truth. It's not profitable.
Here's my Zen master from the early 1970s. Turns out, he was raping the nuns the whole time.
I once heard him say, "Don't expect to fly to the sun!"
Except... I've done that a few times. And far more cool stuff than what he considered impossible (or rare). With sorcery, you get to do stuff that crazy daily.
Basically, Zen is a transplanted and misrepresented Hindu cult supported by green zone meditative effects. People get a little tingle, some bliss, minor visions, and they they fall for the whole lie.
Also, be careful you don't fall prey to Yoga which is merely one of the 6 branches of Hinduism, and greatly misunderstood by westerners. It's marketed to them as a self-improvement system, instead of what it really is.
A very confused religion.
Some of what they teach is actually harmful to people trying to learn sorcery.
Such as "Kundalini" and "Chakras".
That kind of idea in your head can lead to all sorts of confusion when you get to the green zone, and prevent you from moving on.
Some witches find those topics inspiring, but that's about like finding Christmas lights at the Riverside Mission inn, inspiring.
They definitely are.
But it's just LEDs and plaster statues. Not magic.
Thanks for your guidance, it’s been really helpful. I’ll definitely keep your advice in mind and put it into practice.
What makes you think you know everything? You can only get random magic to happen which is lame 😂
