So I joined this Sub Reddit two years ago and been experimenting a bit with the techniques in here and read everything till the end of Book 5. I have a few questions when it comes to certain phenomena that maybe someone in here can answer. I'm probably still trapped in the blue zone but that's okay.
When I go internally silent, gaze and sort of zone out a view curious things happen.
First I hear and feel cracks in the scull happening around the jaw and neck. Sometimes something fluid starts moving. At the same time sometimes the stomach and back convulses on its own. The State that I'm in is Like being semi awake. What's wonderful about that is that the Spine cracks itself into place again while doing that.
Next thing starting to happen is I see visions internally while still seeing what my eyes see and both are kind of separate. It's like an internal separation happening the one part that sees normally and a second part witnessing and experiencing something completely different. But both happen simultaneously and sort of independent from one another. It's kinda strange but I've gotten used to it. Sometimes it happens spontaneous during normal everyday stuff like cooking or on the train gazing out the window. I'm kind of in two positions at the same time. It's like an internal split of perception where I'm too things at once. It's kinda strange. But I've never seen the whole green zone and red zone stuff so I'm pretty sure I'm still trapped in the blue zone.
Last thing that's happening sometimes is a sort of energy I guess you could call it runs up into the head and sort of out of the hair. Not quite sure what that is about. While that happens also a kind of drone sound between the right side temple and right ear.
Another curious thing happening in general and everyday life is a sort of intuitive knowing. I also don't really think in general. I mean it changed from being words to more like rearranging I guess you could call it the pure information and sort of knowing stuff. I switch from observation like I did in my Military days to zoning out and just intuitively doing things. Hard to put into words. I just sort of zone out and perceive every body signal at once while doing stuff. My hearing and night sight have also significantly increased.
But I guess that's normal for you guys.
Also I gotta admit I sort of changed the recapitulation from the head movement and clearing the screen to sort of burning it up with a flame instead. I mean I healed years of very traumatic events with it and after two years of constantly doing that I'm finally at a place for the first time in my life where i have found a calm peaceful state of existing in day to day life with it. I do that with old memories as well as personal connections. Not sure if it might help others or if it just worked for me.
And instead of tensegrity I just sort of zone out and let the body move on its own how it likes to move. Kinda like putting away the controller and letting the body do its own thing if that makes sense. It mostly does these weird dance moves. Hard to explain. But I sure feel energised afterwards and my back and joints are cracking a lot but the body feels great afterwards.
So yeah I'm gonna get a lot of hate for this post probably. Just want to be put straight I guess for still being stuck in the blue zone after two years 🤣🤣🤣. I mean it's my own fault for not sticking to the script. No I actually just wanted some opinion on the phenomenas and what they might be, what I'm doing wrong and what I should change to start getting actual results.

I used to shake randomly fairly often. Doing tensegrity helped tremendously with that. Dunno if it's the same cause as you, but I recommend you try it.
I've done the "zone out and let the body relax" thing too, but personally I find that's more of a physical/psychosomatic therapy. Exercising, eating well are all good things to do too.
not sure what you mean by "clearing the screen" or "burning it up with a flame".
I'm confused about your question though. You open up saying you're practicing gazing and strange things are happening. And you're trying to distinguish these strange phenomena from "actual results"? If you're moving your AP then you're getting results. Try tensegrity! And do the recap with your eyes closed in darkness so when your AP shifts you can gaze in the dark. It's fun
You should follow instructions until you can stop your internal dialogue long enough to clearly perceive the puffs, and know around 20 minutes of continuous Tensegrity.
And have the situation needed to practice it in a dark room.
Then come back and tell us why this happened to you.
You'll surely know by then.
There's a lot of pretend magic techniques and religions where people shake and convulse to "prove" it's working as the system claims.
Kundalini Yoga, TM, Daoism, the "Shakers" religion. Too many to name them all.
Or even "Zen in the Art of Archery" where "it shot".
"It" didn't shoot... That's a bogus Zen delusion. And Zen archers aren't even as good as high school archers.
What's really causing automatic muscle movements is the cerebellum.
Something is feeding it the command to move that way. Obsession can even do that.
Carlos had "high hopes" for us to use that too, but he wanted us to focus on our "muscle movements" while doing tensegrity, with the internal dialogue stopped as best you can.
Since the cerebellum is not only conscious, but has access to most of our senses (even sight), it's kind of like a "second brain" the way women have a womb.
So Carlos and don Juan got the idea to tell us to focus on that while trying to silence our internal dialogue, with Tensegrity to help.
Interestingly, in any real fighting system such as boxing or MMA, your muscle memory eventually learns to block things all by itself.
It's quite intelligent.
It can even catch a glass that's sliding off the edge of the dinner table, before your conscious mind is fully aware of it.
If you learn to stop your internal dialogue, you get two chances to catch the glass instead of the usual one chance a non-sorcerer gets.
And then your foot will try to help too!
So sorcery definitely changes things at that basic "muscle movement" level.
Ah thank you for your help and kind Words. The Cerebellum part is a Great Point.
I created my own Dark Room in my Bathroom yesterday. With a heavy Blackout Curtain Taped to the Window and putting a Towel at the bottom of the Door.
No LED in there to distract. Nice cosily dark now. You see nothing. And my Night Vision is pretty good from my Military Days and the Night Marches in the Woods.
Yeah I'll work on the 20 minutes of continuous Tensegrity. That military pension I'm getting gives me the time to invest again into actual practice for prolonged periods of time.
And I'll continue reading the Books. Can't wait to see what to learn next. The Sorcerers explanation at chapters 11 and Chapter 12 of Book 4 had been amazing. Very detailed about a lot of mechanics and why Don Juan trained Carlos the way he did. The Evolution in Book 5 was also amazing. Can't wait to read the rest.
Just keep in mind, your motivations are all wrong.
Like all beginners.
It's partly for that reason that the lineages tricked apprentices by teaching them nonsensical things such as how "genuine Native American peoples" hunt quail and don't eat all they catch because they're in harmony with the world around them.
Which native americans largely never were... Even the famous Ancestral Puebloans were ruled by cannibals for hundreds of years.
Some blame the Toltecs (as don Juan defined that term) for it. But that's just politics.
At any rate, your motivations won't survive.
Such that once you see real magic, and assuming you work hard each day, you get increasing magic until you're up to your ears in it.
But then, your assemblage point switches sides on the body and your original motivations start to evaporate.
So that once you reach the orange (phantom) zone, you'll have to rethink those.
Most won't survive... At least, that's how it seems at this point.
Could be, the younger ones eventually figure out life doesn't offer anything very good other than real magic.
And as Juann said, "Women come and go".
But eventually you have to get past the "happily ever after" brainwashing.
recently, when watching videos in the air, there is a feeling that I am looking through my open eyes with something from inside my head, maybe I am watching with the help of the cerebellum and the visual apparatus? Sometimes I think I'm even slowly starting to manage it.
It's probably a mistake to both dismiss the physical side, or to embrace it too much when trying to explain what you observe.
Don't become a "quantum woo" guru like Deepak Chopra! He's become a major target of ridicule in YouTube science videos. And for good reason.
He's absolutely clueless about consciousness.
Even Carlos got lured into phony scientific explanations by his inner circle women, who came up with that "you only use 10% of your brain" make believe and featured it in one workshop as the explanation for how sorcery works.
It is of course, total nonsense. You use 100% of your brain! We just don't know most of what's going on.
As best I could explain this, the physical side impinges on your tonal awarness and taints it's interpretations of reality.
But it doesn't impinge on your energy body.
I've noticed that the energy body flees our grief stricken internal dialogue, but does NOT flee persistent mild body pain.
You could feel miserable and tired, but your energy body will still swarm you and try to get you to play (practice).

But if you are perceiving something useful in that physical explanation, pursue it!
It's just that...
This isn't a binary system.
Those are all frauds.
There's no revolutionary "achievements". No "enlightenment".
Just minor attainments which turn out to be largely useless because there's millions of those possible.
Not that they aren't fun!
I'm currently a bit jealous of La Catalina, since I have access to AIs that can research every mention of a character in the books.
One mention that she's 200 years old popped up, but I didn't realize the significance of that, and forget what search terms located it.
