"It is useless to get angry and feel disappointed with oneself."

"All that proves is that one's tonal is involved in an internal battle; a battle within one's tonal is one of the most inane [stupid] contests I can think of."

You want guidance because you feel you are making a mistake of being negative or of having a battle; those thoughts are the tonal. More thoughts won’t fix this. Physical movement, recapitulation, journaling are more along the lines of what might actually help. Do the one you are most resistant to if possible!

Physical movement

Why does physical movement help with freeing the tonal?

It’s one of the things that can produce a trance or meditative state in humans wherein we can experience a somewhat silent mind or where thoughts fall into a more natural rhythm as opposed to that looping anxiety of too many thoughts. Does that make sense?

Does that make sense?

Yes. Thank you for the clarity and for taking the time to explain it.

Do you remember the passage where Don Juan explains how we store emotions in the back of the thighs?

Yes I remember that passage; also the idea of shifting the assemblage point can immediately change our emotional state as well.
