At the level where you'd be able to actually "turn your hat" as don Juan poetically phrased it and create an alternate timeline, one you wouldn't inhabit by the way, you wouldn't be concerned about your career either.
So...learn how to hack a computer system?
Or a different career if it's that bad....

I can’t do it. And I know anything is possible with spirituality. So I want to manifest this. I came across carlos recently. N I heard he is the best when it comes to manifesting. Especially through sorcery and stuff.

There are no magic shortcuts. Anything worth learning has to be done the hard way. But it doesn't have to take years, necessarily, if you're SUPREMELY motivated.

Read. Start at the top of the Wiki with Silence, Tensegrity, and Recap.
Search for some Silence Stones, and put in the hours with them.
Silence is key if you're male.
If you're female, you may surprise yourself and pull it off surprisingly well without it.

The technique to do that would be to intend it.
For example, Carlos spent years trying to learn to be silent enough to master intent.
At one point he was living in an apartment, with a piano in the basement.
Some kid was learning to play it, and the racket was driving Carlos nuts.
His teacher don Juan told him to just "intend to have the basement flooded".
And it did.
But to reach that level of control will take a few decades.
Too late to help with your exam.
We had a few sick people come through here too, hoping to learn how to regain their health.
The problem is always that what they wanted is possible, but not in a reasonable amount of time.
We've been taken prisoner by our socialization, and it takes a very long time to dig the escape tunnel.

Haha kind of a dick move on carlos part with the piano but if the other kids intent was strong enough then I’m sure carlos would have had no effect on him.
So in reality the kid should have strengthened his own intent.

The fakes.
The pretend witches living in N.Y., meeting at naked clubs hoping to find the right man (or woman).
Fact is, women are witches.
And intent doesn't care if your motives are bad, or someone else is hurt.
If you invoke intent using a bit of flair, a bit of humor, and your purpose is worthy, intent will help.
A disturbing reality, if you have a Cholita living in your home.
Lately she wakes me up, instead of me waking up, in the middle of the night.
She makes the most frightening sounds. "Blood curdling" would be a good description.
Last night, it was a bird sound. And then maybe, she sent Minx in.
Or at least, Minx showed up.
She gets me up for practicing!
But she's dangerous.
