Dream double

we all have 2 attentions... the 1st attention, or the waking attention, the attention you are using to read this message. And the 2nd attention, which is the attention used in the dream world. There is a chasm that exists between the 2 that often makes it hard to recall the awareness of the 2nd attention when engaged in the 1st attention.

It is like your shadow, always with you.

You can also conceptualize it as an Avatar. But remember the quote from the books "..it's the double that dreams the self..." not the other way around as we've been conditioned to believe.

We're the dream, not the dreamer.

Truth is, we don't know much about this topic. As I tried to write this, it got bigger and bigger with exceptions, until I had to give up.

I suspect the Nagual, our "totality", can form into the double, but is not precisely the same thing.

The Nagual contains the Tonal. It created that as a convenience, so you could get your share of cookies from mom.

So I suppose it could create a dreaming double too, and that would still not be the whole of it.

The Tonal is a subset of the Nagual created as an interface to society.

The tonal can be absorbed temporarily, so that the dreaming body can take over.

That's how you teleport or float above the earth like it was water. Or walk through a solid wall.

What happens to our physical matter?

We won't know until one of us learns to switch over on demand. It's not clear either way.

We know the IOBs can move your solid matter to their realm. But first, they kidnap the dreaming double.

It must be a lot easier to mess with the dreaming double.

You get out of their reach, by learning to switch to the energy body, and move around like it was a normal physical body.

Zuleica's technique leads to that ability. To let the energy body take over.

Once they can't trap your dreaming double, they can't take you prisoner.

About the dreaming double Carlos said, it's out there somewhere. But inaccessible except in some rare cases of people who's dreaming double likes to hang out around them.

That's Cholita's claim to fame. Her dreaming double is near by. Might be why Carlos took her in.

And it's solid because of all the tensegrity. It can push on your shoulder with around 1 ounce of pressure.

Is the dreaming double the same as the energy body of the second attention, the one that has an assemblage point?

We actually don't know.

I've seen a third body we all have, made of pure intent. If you want to enter some realms, you almost have to change over to that one.

Can't be sure of course.

These things just don't come with name tags.
