The best thing you can do is begin with making a list of important events throughout your life.

Start with family members, places you lived, jobs you have had and how these things made you feel.

Then close your eyes and envision yourself in those places and feel those feelings as if it were happening right now.

Then as this is happening breath back in those feelings that you left behind and breath out any emotion that you carry around regarding that particular situation or event.

This method will naturally begin to formulate a new list of energy blockages you have as one cleared road leads to another barricade.

Once you work through enough past emotional baggage the energy layers that particular entities may be attached too might become evident.

Don’t worry who is knocking at the door, better to clean the peep hole so you can see through clearly.

I'd just finished reading these words when a giant peal of thunder ripped through my house shaking the walls and my cat jumped up. It sounded like a canon blast. haha

That's an excellent saying.

Here we play with them. We call them IOBs (inorganic beings). If you are doing the Darkroom practice, we can teach you to see them, and use them for moving your AP.
If not, i dont really know how to tell them to go. Maybe you would need to learn to see them too.

Very informational thank you, I will probably be doing more research in my own time on the black room practice. If I could get any beginners tips I would appreciate it, thank you!
