The books repeat themselves, because we all experience the same challenges along the path.
And the missing key over the past years has been silence. Humans have an astounding capacity to ignore/dance-around what they don't want to directly deal with.
Silence is HARD work.

If Don Juan says so, it's always good.
So now we don't sound like crazy guys telling you to force silence, right?

Like Juan mentions, Luis posted about using other senses during darkroom gazing.
When practicing, ringing in the ears becomes very apparent. If you focus on it, it truly helps becoming more silent.
It's wonderful seeing practitioners putting in the work and living the books.
