Holotropic breathing causes a spike in dmt. Then in the darkroom you can see a flash of light, a bit like when the head is bowed up quickly. The effects of breathing pass quickly and again the black is the same black as at the beginning. We will definitely test further ...

I don't measure, it's just that everyone, including wim hof, says that the dmt is increasing. The longer you breathe, the greater the effects of hallucinations, etc.

But you can see the same things by just sitting in a dark room and gazing into the darkness. Take some folks hours. But mine kicks in almost instantly. But that is more a third eye thing. I think.
Will investigate the wim hof version.
Do not agree yet that it has anything to do with DMT.

I hadn't realize it was a "she", and misunderstood something she said. Talking to women is quite different than talking to men, when it comes to sorcery.
But I should have caught that comment.
It's a common mistake to make. Even Felix, with years of training by Carlos himself, continues to have that misunderstanding.
Intent is not your intentions.
So you can have the intentions to expand your consciousness, as Felix does.
(Besides the intention of getting lots of attention from people, and hopefully some of their money for being a guru like figure.)
But you won't learn sorcery that way.
Sorcery intent is more like rusty old railroad tracks, long abandoned.
You can only learn it, by putting your handcar on those tracks and pumping continuously to see where they lead.
I'm regretting the pumping part of the analogy already. You don't use that word around Cholita...
In the case of sorcery, if you have "good intentions", you get out along the way to clear dead plants from the tracks, so you can keep going. And you work hard.
But the intent is the tracks themselves. They have nothing to do with you. The ancient sorcerers built those.
For that reason, when someone shows up in this subreddit and starts touting ancient Chinese sage wisdom, I don't let it stand.
It's the wrong intent. Wrong railroad tracks. You'll end up in Beijing on those.

It never got mentioned in private classes.
On the other hand, there were lineage members who couldn't leave with their Nagual. And managed to do it later.
I really need to get Fancy to speak more often.
Maybe I'll have to spoil her one night, do 20 of her passes, and pay very close attention to time. Maybe some gadget in my pocket that has to be pressed once in a while or it records the missing signal.
I've gotten used to finishing practice, looking at the walls, and seeing that I'm clearly in a cave of some kind.
With fully stable details.
You just get used to that sort of thing.

What if it's not a matter of making 'her' happy(strengthening her). What if the passes are an alignment technique meant to be executed to 'tune' properly, not that they would make an IOB happy but that they create the proper effect for you to do the work necessary with that energy construct?
Just a thought that hit me when I read that line.
